Exceptional service from such a lovely, responsive and friendly customer service team plus the best pyjamas! I own 5+ pairs now and planning on getting more in future. Love this brand!

I had a problem with my delivery from evri & the team sorted it out within a day and re sent my beautiful gift bags, wrapping paper and gift tags! Thank you so much. 5 stars

Had a slight issue with an order and within minutes the customer service team had responded and had arranged for a replacement product to be sent within 48hrs. I dont normally leave reviews but felt they fully deserved one

Ordered some pjs got message from evri saying that they had it but all of sudden being sent back!

Contacted emily at cs who replied back very quickly to advise that the items had been damaged she arranged another delivery with dpd and arrived the next excellent service csnt fault this.

Also had to return some pjs the week before very issue to return and refund went in a couple of days later.

Love chelsea peers pjs bit to have excellent customer service is the icing in the cake

Ordered some pyjamas and paid for next day delivery. 4 days later not received. Advised slightly delay and not the service they would expect. Not great customer service which seems to be a bit of a theme. Other retailers now also doing softer fabric so I would suggest Chelsea peers needs some internal reviews.

Absolutely amazing quality pyjamas, so soft and beautiful styles. I bought one pair and was so impressed ordered another two pairs the same week. I am tall and they do a tall range which are perfect and easily long enough for 6ft and above. They are so comfy too and have washed really well. Also after a slight mix up with my order the customer service I received was fabulous, over and above what I expected. I am now a customer for life.

I’ve been emailing for the past few weeks to get a refund for the order I returned to you in Aug but i haven’t had a response to my emails. The order is stuck with Royal Mail as it says it can’t be delivered to your address. I don’t know what the problem is but wondered if you could look into it for me please. The clothes and delivery/packaging were great but was extremely unimpressed with their returns policy.
To return a £45 pair of PJs, I was charged BOTH delivery costs and an additional returns fee - reducing my refund amount to £38.50. Considering I also paid £5 delivery charge on top of that original £45 cost, I ended up £11.50 down. This is a huge disincentive from ever buying from the site again. And their site's returns policy only mentions a £1.95 returns charge per order, which is highly misleading and likely breaking UK trading rules. Not cool, Chelsea Peers.

I ordered a pair of Halloween pyjamas and was so excited to receive them. I got an email from Everi saying they would notify me within 48 hours with a delivery date and time. A week passed and still no pyjamas so I contacted Chelsea Peers who were very prompt in responding and told me that Everi said my parcel was lost in transit. Chelsea Peers have organised a replacement to be sent out. I have ordered pyjamas in the past from Chelsea Peers and this is the first time anything like this has happened. I would like to thank Caroline from the customer service team for being so lovely and making sure a replacement pair are being sent out😀

I had to return a set due to being too big.
Asked for an update on my refund, had a quick response from customer services. The item had been lost in transit, but they went ahead and processed the refund to me.

Will definitely be purchasing more in the future x

Their courier misplaced our parcel but Emily from the customer service team was quick to resolve the issue. Their products are good quality. Would recommend and would be buying from again!

I contacted Chealsa Peers regarding a quality issue with a pyjama set costing over £40. The label had been poorly sewn on, with uneven, jagged stitching that made it look unfinished and cheaply made. What disappointed me most was the response. I contacted them first to try to resolve the issue before leaving a review, but they told me the quality met their standards and did not offer a replacement, refund, or even a goodwill gesture. If this is the quality they consider acceptable, then the pyjama set is not worth the money. I am disappointed by both the product and the customer service. The experience left me feeling dismissed and very upset. Unfortunately, due to their response, I cannot recommend Chealsa Peers.

Have bought alot of pyjamas from here but never again,no help what so ever,paid next day delivery for a special birthday,3 days later nothing!!!

I had a really unfortunate situation where my parcel was delivered insecurely by the carrier and stolen within 30 minutes, despite having a secure parcel box available at my entrance.

Chelsea Peers' customer service team was absolutely brilliant. They responded quickly, asked for the right evidence, and took my CCTV footage seriously. Within hours, they'd investigated and offered a fair resolution.

What impressed me most was how proactive they were. They even upgraded the replacement delivery and processed the refund immediately. The entire situation was resolved smoothly and professionally.

While the theft itself was frustrating, Chelsea Peers turned a potentially awful experience into a genuinely positive one. They clearly care about their customers and stand behind their products. Highly recommended.

I have a pair of the cheesecloth pyjamas which are wonderfully soft and comfortable- so much so that they have rapidly become my favourite PJs. So I asked for more for a birthday but unfortunately my gift giver got the wrong type. Sophie at customer services had a chat with me via WhatsApp and helped me identify the right ones and processed the return and issue of a voucher to buy the right ones in such a lovely way, I felt so well looked after and helped. New ones dispatched same day and I cannot wait for my parcel. Would highly recommend both the quality of the products and the company. (The ones I sent back were also absolutely lovely, but jersey was a bit thick for my requirements.)

I had a problem with a discount code, having used it and then immediately realised that there was another item that I had intended to order. As this was after hours I contacted Chelsea Peers via their WhatsApp facility, but, fearing my item would sell out I then went ahead and placed the order anyway.

I received a WhatsApp reply from Sophie this morning and was delighted to see that she had read my question about reusing the code - and seeing my second order had retrospectively applied the discount as a gesture of good will.

I love Chelsea Peers organic cotton pjs and have several pairs. I am now also impressed by receiving such efficient and thoughtful customer service. Well done!

Great quality product but even better customer service
I’d ordered a size too small for my partner and when it came around to her birthday (when we figured out the size issue) it was outside the returns window.
The customer care team (Emily & Sophie) both helped in enabling me to return the product outside of the returns policy, as a good will gesture, in exchange for a gift card so I could order the correct size again.

Really great help from the team when really they didn’t have to as I was outside the policy - will definitely be using again in the future!
