Terrible quality clothes. Photos absolutely do not correspond to the things that are sent. Everything is made VERY NOT QUALITY. And at the same time when returning a parcel with an inappropriate product they cheat with a refund. And besides this, you need to pay not only for the return shipment, but also for the courier.

I NEVER GOT MY ORDER WITH THESE DETAILS!

The order arrived in less than 7 days during a holiday week! The item smelled great, the material was exactly as was shown in details, the quality for the price was excellent. I ordered 4 more items yesterday, I will post a review of that transaction as well.
I suggest to all the negative reviewers that they take the time to watch,The Devil wears Prada. The entire process of how the fashion industry plays out is the basis for the movie.
Yes, the $ or $$ priced item will be significantly different from the original that was priced $$$$$. Yet the boho feel is still definitely captured. I have also ordered from the sister sites under this same umbrella and have had the same most excellent experience!

Wish i read the reviews - purchased USD225 worth of items in April, it never arrived (i paid up for express delivery within a week) - it is now June, two months later and they do not reply to request for refund. They keep on emailing me back saying this is the courier number, it left. So its in limbo - nothing to do. Clearly a scan - an expensive lesson to learn.

I never purchased from this website but wanted to warn others about the red flags I encountered while looking for wedding dresses.
They displayed an exact picture of a dress from 'Grace Loves Lace' aka a $2000 AU dress for $49. Yeah, right.
That was what did it for me, that and their suspiciously low prices. I could only begin to wonder how many other pictures they've taken from reputable companies and tried to pass them off as their own, with the final product being less than satisfactory.
Their marketing is exactly fitting for a counter feat company with all emphasis on prices and savings but very little on customer satisfaction.

I ordered a faux-fur lined coat that turned out to be a thin lycra robe. The fur smelled heavily of mildew. When I contacted the company for a refund, they had the nerve to send me instructions on how to wash this piece of garbage! They told me that the only way they could refund me would be for me to pay the costs for round trip shipping totalling $35... are you kidding me???? So I was mailed a health hazard, and basically refused a refund. This company is absolutely irresponsible, unethical, dishonest, and needs to be shut down.

I too should have known better and read the reviews before we ordered. How do we get this company shut down? The dresses we ordered were Soo pretty in the pictures, yes we saw them on Pinterest, but once we got our items OMG!!! They were so cheaply made. The material was so thin I could see my daughters skin through the material. My daughter and have definitely learned our lesson and will be very cautious with our next online purchase. I will Add, this experience has all but turned my 15 yr old daughter from online purchasing. It’s so sad that there are people out there just living to take others hard earned money!! Let’s get them shut down and prosecuted for false advertisement!!!!

The clothes looked very appealing in the photos, but the material was cheap and one dress was such a bright red satin that it looked as if it belonged in a house of ill-repute. And that satin dress was not the material or color I ordered.

That was only the start--it took so long to get the garments and when they were unacceptable and also too small (Asian sizes!) it took me THREE (3) months to get a location to return them--China, not England! The postage was the exact cost of the articles, so I am stuck with them. BEWARE, BEWARE!

Worst experience ever. They say they accept refunds but won’t send you a return address and then offer you to keep 200 worth of Halloween costume quality clothes you want to return for 30 dollars. So unprofessional! They also say you have to pay to return postage to China when they are based out of CA as a deterrent for you not to send clothes back. Also the pictures you see on website are not what you receive in the mail. Total misrepresentation and can’t believe no one has succeeded in trying to shut this company down or at least had them banned from Pinterest. Don’t order from this store!!!!

Terrible service!! Never order from them. I’ve never been more annoyed with my order. I ordered a dress and when it came it was 3x bigger than it said and it looked NOTHING like the photo. I tried to return the dress and they wouldnt give me a full refund of $45 but instead offered just $7. So unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. Will never order from them again and if anyone asks about them I will tell them how awful they are. So disappointed.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Similar experience to other reviewers. VERY poor quality and horrible service if you want to return items. When I wanted to return my items, they told me it would be expensive and difficult and offered me $20 back if I kept my items. I refused and then I received the same template email but offering me $38! It is very disturbing that they want me to declare only $20 on the return label. This has been the worst online shopping experience ever!!

These people are scammers. They send Halloween costume grade clothing that is nothing like the photos in their ad. Wish I had read before doing business with them. Maybe PayPal or your credit card will haggle with them for s refund. They also pop up under other company names with those same pix. Don’t buy under any name.?

I wish I had read the reviews. I saw the add on Pinterest for “Chic Boho”. I made the mistake of ordering from the link on the website. I am going to contact Pinterest as I am sure this company is getting business from using the Pinterest platform to sell their horrible clothing.

The clothing was way too small, made for different sizing than American sizing and looked nothing like the pictures. I didn’t read any reviews. I have contacted their customer service more than 3 times, each time I was offered 10.00 or 12.00 and to “keep the items”. I was ripped off and I will never buy from some shady web site for clothes again. Buyer beware....

As most people have said, horrible. I have ordered a dress two months ago and haven't received it yet! They sent me a tracking number to be used in a website in Chinese with no translation into any language available that, after being translated by me (google translator), informed me that there was no information regarding my dress. So, finally, I'm complaining through PayPal as I haven't received any other email from the company.

Horrible company!! I wish I hadnt had to lose over $40 to learn to check on companies priir to doing business.
I ordered a top and a dress which totalled over $62. When I re eived them the dress was teensie and the shirt was embroydered off to one side.
I contacted them to return for a refund and "Jimmy" gave me the same song and dance some of you have mentioned about it being too expensive to return it to China and they would refund me $12. I haggled with him and managed to get $23 refunded to my PayPal acct.
These people should be prosecuted!

Dress looked elegant in photo. Appeared to be made of Halloween costume material in person. Like a really bad knock off. Looked similar to the photo, but even seam lines were different. It was not the dress shown in the photo. No materials tag, no wash instructions tag, no brand tag. Just a teeny tag with the letters xxl, but this was not an XXL. It fit a slender friend who was small to medium. Wish I could post a photo. It was also see through with most of the dress unlined. I paid $42.99. I contacted them for return/refund. They said I was responsible for return to China, and postage would be very expensive, so they offered to refund $7 and I could keep the dress. The label on the package says it came from California. I contacted my CC company. Wish I knew what law enforcement agency to contact as this is a scam.

Worst quality I’ve ever seen. I’m currently trying to return 5 of the 6 items and they want me to keep the items and they will refund me $15. Not the $75 I paid. What? I’m a size 8 and bought a large and nothing fits. You have to send returns to China and it’s pricey which is why he’s offering to pay me $15 to keep them. Don’t buy from this we site. Clothes are poorly made and returns are impossible!

I was super nervous after I bought 2 items and THEN read the reviews. But the shipping time was good—better than the last boutique I bought from—and the clothes fit. It was a relief. QuAlity of material wasn’t great, but for price I felt it was fair. I am satisfied and very relieved.

The only reason I even gave one star was because I had to put something in to post this. I ordered a dress and shirt. The dress was actually beautifully made in my case, with all kinds of embellishments embroidered on it. The shirt was so tiny for the size that I literally could not get it on! I thought...ok, I'll return the shirt, but of course, as all the other people on this sight have experienced Chicboho are SCAMMERS! I initiated communications immediately via both my personal email account and their customer service prompt, and after sending dozens of messages to them...still ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! Finally, I was going to send the item back to California and ask them to exchange it for another item since I figured they weren't interested in giving me my money back. Now, I'm thinking...REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION! If they are going to shaft Americans, we should put an end to their ability to sell within the United States. I am definately going to take action in this way! All of this is disturbing. White Collar Thieves are Thieves...and they should suffer the consequences!!! SPARE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF AND DO NOT BUY CHICBOHO!

I wished I had found this site before I ordered bc they are still doing the same thing. I purchased a shirt thru PayPal a month ago and I finally emailed the company to get a weird response back that has two type fonts in the message so they are cutting and pasting a generic response that the courier has just picked it up and they will inform me of tracking number later. That is just plain BS. I filed a complaint with PayPal because they are using their financial service to facilitate these transactions. I canceled my order forthwith but I expect it will do no good so I went ahead and filed a complaint to get my money back and I also sent a link to show all the complaints posted here as support. If you used PayPal to do a transaction with this company I would file a complaint just to get it on the record with PayPal the more the better and maybe they can help you too and stop them from using PayPal to rip people off.
