The size chart is completely off from US sizes. I placed an order of about 10 items and could not wear any of them. The company told me I could pay to return my items to China out of my own pocket, or they would give me $30 back! My order was over $250 worth of merchandise. Gee thanks!

Ask yourself this question, "if it's too good to be true it probably is."

Just to let you know,many of these sites change their name so the scam can be ongoing. Shopify is getting negative comments because a lot of these shopping sites are connected to Shopify.

There are many ways to see if it is a scam shop. Observe the details in the site, is it a shop email, look at s/h (if you see 30 days, etc), download the images and do an image search (google/yandex are pretty good), look at the prices (I'm sorry but an expensive looking, good quality dress is not going to be 25 and under, even if it's a sale), send them an email asking where they are located (for example this shop said it was located in Los Angeles but yet offered huge discount to people in Australia, huge red flag) and just be observant! Oh yeah complain, post reviews and also search "how to report scam sites." Also, if companies like this are putting ads on lets say Facebook, you need to report it and show this link via site trustpilot.

I hope this helps a lot of people. Also on FB there are pages and groups that warn about such sites, I would join them.

I still have not received my order. Credit card charged the day I ordered the clothes....two months ago. I keep contacting the company(24 hour response they say) and still haven't been contacted. I send a email every 3 days. I am going to try to dispute the charge on my credit card. Very disappointed. Saw an add on my Pinterest account and thought I would give them a try. It's a scam, buyers beware!!!!!

My order took about a month to get which is fine I guess. Then I get them and they fit ok, and seem decent. But they don’t look quite as good of quality as what they looked on the website. The fabric seems cheaper. I am not mad at my order, but not super satisfied either. I don’t think I would order again from this site.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered shopping online.
I even suspect this company could be an online scam. I just wrote to them on a refund since they are unable to deliver(no stock) my dress I bought waiting for nearly 3 months. Why allow people to do payment when there’s no stock available??? Just put them on a waiting list!

Worse experience ordering online I’ve had ever. I ordered 5 items. Two weeks later they email me and said one item is out of stock and would u like to order something else instead. I replied and asked if they had it in stock in any of the 8 other colors they displayed on the website. No reply. Two days later I replied again and just asked them to refund the money. No reply. A few days later they email me saying my package has shipped with only ONE item I purchased. I received one out of 5 items and nobody is replying to any of my emails. It’s been weeks since I originally placed this order. I want a refund!

So, o rendered this light pink faux fur pullover and when it came it was HIDEOUS!! In the picture it looked very thick and luxurious but in person it was thin, scraggly, and the inside felt like old burlap!!! There wasn’t even a lining on the inside. I immediaty reached out to the company in an attempt to return it and 3 emails later still no reply. I am so glad I bought this garbage on sale! If I had paid the $60, I would be beyond furious!! Wish I could give them negative stars. I can’t even donate this piece of trash!!!!

9 weeks and have yet to see my comforter. I got the App Arive to track it. There’s a tracking line that goes from Beijing to a town on the outskirts. In transit. Ha

Never got my order. The Chinese tracking link they gave me never showed any estimated time, it always showed an error message. Customer service was unhelpful and then stopped responding.

Photos don't correspond to the things that are sent. Cheap materials. They will not let me exchange or refund without paying a) for a cost of a new sweater, or b) for the cost of shipping back to China... (which costs the same as a new sweater). The employees responding to me are like robots, and keep "offering" ME to pay more money to get the product I needed, like that's an "offer"??? It's clear they make their money by refusing returns. Scam.

Bought the faux fur trimmed long sweater with a hood. It was made out of cheap material, and the design was printed on, like a cheap bathrobe, and it smells so bad that I haven't been able to wear it. I've washed it several times, even with baking soda and vinegar. I threw away 40 bucks on this garbage that I will NEVER wear. BEWARE of this and other sites like it. IT IS A SCAM! YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND. These clothes are trash. You'd be better off shopping at your local discount store.

Worst company ever. Clothes are from China and fit very awkwardly and don’t look the same in person. Tried to return the items and they wouldn’t give me the address. Continuously gave me the run around.

I am confused about all of the negative reviews. I know of many companies that ship poor quality from overseas, but I found a dress from their store that I loved. I paid a small amount and it arrived in 20 days. The tracking number was sent to me as well, which I had to toggle to USPS to actually track it. The dress is beautiful and an exact match to the picture. I would suggest that if you like something, try out a piece or two, and see how the company does. I would not dump hundreds of dollars unless I had shopped there before. good luck!

I ordered over $150.00 worth over a month ago. They accepted payment but I have yet to receive my order. Reporting company to better business beaurea and fraud to my credit card company. We have to get them shut down not just complain.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The quality does not present as well as the photo and RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE.I ordered over $200 for vacation clothes.They play games.No shipping return address, need to email,they do not promptly reply,then they claim it is past the time for return.You will also have to pay for shipping but I never received an exact shipping address and am stuck with clothes I do not want to wear.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, VERY SKETCHY.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.BE CAREFUL!
