This is an absolute scam. I am totally disgusted by what this company sent me. Every item was nothing like the photos, wrong sizing, rubbish quality. Not what we expect in Australia. I would like to report this company to the authorities. I want my money back too but they refused. Disgraceful. They should be ashamed.

This company are SCAM ARTISTS!! They literally STOLE MONEY from me!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! BOYCOTT THIS BUISNESS!!! Not only are the clothes *Extremely* low quality, I'm talking about picnic table plastic here and way too small sizes,but harmful chemicals smells that are disgusting. More importantly, when I tired to cancel my order, they fiddled around for days and then said it's "too late" when I contacted them right away about changing my order. Total BS. Then when I got everything and saw what it was, I asked for a return immediately. This was in SEPTEMBER!!!! To this day I have still never received my refund back,and not only that, but they said they couldn't refudn it all because of shipping anf that furthermore i had to pay to ship it all the way back to China!!!!! What the heck!! So I did, and now I'm out $25 more dollars,so basically they have $100 of mine and have claimed to have never received the package!! COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS PEOPLE!! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!! Not only are they unethical and need to be reported to the better business bureau to hopefully stop their trade but the environmental impact of their clothing is probably astronomical! And it's disgusting, seriously. Save yourself the headache and never buy from these overseas polluters of the environment who don't honor their word and scam you of your money.

Sizes are tiny..comes from China so delivery took nearly 2 months ,everything i order was awful..Nothing fitted ...nothing looks life pictures...fabric descriptions are incorrect " says linen or cotton BUT they are synthetic...
Worst purchase ever...

I ordered $160 worth of clothing & it was fraudulently recieved by someone while I was traveling for work. It’s been over 3 months and I get the same scripted reply from “if you want the products, send us the money again” . The rudeness & lack of interest infuriated me! I filed a claim with DHL, to no avail. Don’t have the cc I used at the time so I’m screwed. I’m filing a small claims suit. I’m THAT MAD.

I bought two items from chicboho and they were both very disappointing. I took forever to arrive at my house and the sizing is way off the scale and the fabric very cheap and nasty. The saying you get what you pay for is certainly very true - cheap price, cheap clothing. I certainly would not recommend anyone buy from this company.

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with my purchase. I saw this beautiful maxi dress on Pinterest, and thought it would look great. However, when I bought the dress from chicboho, it took forever to get to my house. Then, when I tried on the dress, it looked awful. The fabric was clearly cheap and not durable. In addition, the light could shine through all of it, including the slip. After I decided I did not like the dress, I emailed the company about how to return it. The website clearly states that they would get back to me within 24 hours. However, I was not given a reply until 72 hours later. The reply did not even address the concern that I had. They told me that they would be willing to take it back, but that shipping would cost a lot. Therefore, they offered me a compensation of $6. The original price I payed for the dress was around $30, so was not happy with a $6 compensation to keep a dress that was terrible. I have been emailing the company back and forth for over 2 weeks now, and they have still not informed me of how I can return this poorly made dress.

Total scam, They just take your money and you never receive your items.

Worst experience ever over 10 emails back-and-forth for a return I sent it back to the address it was sent to me which was California but they state it’s in china. The material on the jumper was worse than polyester don’t know what it was the dress was like a shirts length looks nothing like the picture They offered me $10 to keep it LOL junk horrible customer service do not buy from them

The worst customer service they never refund my money back even though I payed to send the item the worst experience, this company owe me $70 bucks they don't even respond to there emails. There product is rubbish as well.

Scam, cloths are all rags and unwearable and they are not willing refund you because the refund policy says the items on sale are none-refundable yet every single item is on sale !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Vous me faites peur avec vos commentaires puisque j'ai vécu la même situation avec New CHIC : Les bottes ouf ! Aucune ressemblance avec l'image et d'une odeur et piètre qualité! SI j'avais vu ces bottes en vrai, au centre commercial... je ne les aurai jamais achetées.

I have ordered a dess and I received it very fast but it was copletely different that on the picture and the quality is bad (and this dress wasn't cheap so I expected more for this price). I regret I didn't see all of these comments before.

Biggest cheats! I would have given these people minus infinity if I could! Worst website ever! I ordered some clothes from here. Initially they didn’t even confirm my order. I started a case with PayPal that I’ve not received my item. They were quick enough to respond there and ship the item. Then the tracking status never changed. I tried contacting them and they kept saying “you will get your parcel, do not worry!” I continued asking them and for once they said “Your parcel was lost so we would reship to you”. Finally, I receive one of the parcels. The clothes are like rags, threads coming out, itchy, not stitched well. Nobody would be able to wear it. I ask they to give me a refund and they keep begging me to wait for my next parcel. I try to tell them that it’s not my responsibility to wait for the other package because I only ordered 1 and received it. They continue to beg. I finally agree and ask them to refund me. They somehow agree to refund but they have a great scheme behind this. They give me a return address and say that I should be mentioning that the packages are worth $20 to avoid customs. I spent $120 for the clothes and shipping of $23 to send them to the address via DHL. It reaches their country but is now stuck at customs!!!! When they said it won’t get stuck. DHL Keeps calling me to ask their contact, I give their contact but they neither reply to DHL not to me. They keep sending me an automated reply!!! Crazy people!!!! Now I don’t know what to do and how to get my money back! Please help.

chicboho does not deserve the time of anyone, the site must disappear because made by a vulgar band of crooks. thank you for fighting to eliminate these crooks from the internet.

They must play the numbers game and just bank on more customers accepting their fraudulent charges instead of fighting them.

I ordered an item I knew I could cancel if need be because of their 24 hour cancellation policy. I then read reviews online about their scams and the poor quality of their products so I cancelled my order 4 hours and 53 minutes after the order confirmation email. I then received a weird reply from a customer service representative begging me not to cancel (also within 24 hours). I replied confirming that I was indeed cancelling (still within the 24 hours). I then got a notification that the item shipped, so I replied again asking them to refund my card because they shipped an item that I did not authorize payment for (my credit card company’s definition of fraud). They refused because they already shipped the item and said “maybe you’ll like it,” which is clearly irrelevant to the fact that they’re trying to scam me.

I let my credit card company know and they already gave me my money back. They’re now reporting the company and seeing if they’ll dispute anything. If they do I’ll have to provide the screenshots of our email correspondences with time stamps, which I obviously have and will save.

Chicboho is a pathetic excuse of a scam aritist. Really not artists at all...more like sad scam hacks preying on people who might not dispute their fraudulent charges. Don’t support predators like this. Shop elsewhere. I’m interested to see how bad the quality of the free dress they sent me is though. It won’t be worth the price I paid of $0 and an hour of my time corresponding with them and my credit card company.

Cheap, Cheap, Cheap product. I'm been trying to return some products for weeks and now I'm to the point of having to contact my attorney. It's getting absolutely ridiculous. People, please don't waste your money!

The stars are there because the color and general shape of the dress matched the website. But the material is uncomfortable with zero stretch, and awkward tightness to the hips while the dress was supposed to be a flowing style. Save your money and try someplace else <3

Delivery was much longer than stated on website. Tracking did not work. I ordered 7 items and 1 of them passes for okay! Colours are way off. Fabrics are less than acceptable. None of the items look anything, in anyway, comparable to photos on website. Also be wary of prices shown originally as they are in American Dollars.
