Have been waiting 36 days for my package and it says its still in China!!!!!! The company's web page says they are located in London, had I known that they were in China it would have been a hard pass from me. I will be diligent in the future and check that there is a customer service line before purchasing from unknown vendors. Shame on me for not doing my homework. Their web page was very convincing that they were a legitimate company. I am sure what ever product I do receive will be absolute trash, its unfortunate too, it was a Christmas gift.

I just received my items today. I only read the reviews after making the purchase and was honestly super worried if my order would ever arrive. Did it take longer than they said? Yes. The items are from China and they took about 3 weeks to get to me here in Montreal, Canada, which I find perfectly acceptable. Be patient! I don't know why they advertise express shipping. We're the items high quality? In a word no, but I wouldn't say they're complete garbage like some of these reviews are stating. The items are decent quality; like something you may find in a warehouse sale or like an Ardene here in Canada. I bought 3 articles of clothing and they all fit fine and look like the pictures. The only thing that I would have to agree on in the other reviews is that the fabric is thin and I would have to say that they're knockoffs of the actual images shown on the website. Take home message: the items are from China and you get what you pay for.

Awful merchant: AVOID! They are Crooks. The items took 3 weeks to deliver. The clothing, accessories and shoes are made as cheaply as possible with flimsy fabrics, wrong sizing for every item, breakable upon one trial wear - lowest quality possible. Their websites say free returns and instead when you request a return they push for you to keep the items and sell them yourself and give you some bonus credit. After 4 emails back and forth stating their own return policies, I received some absurdly long complicated mailing address in China: Zhang Haiming, 4th floor,Building G，GuanTang Gong Ye Yuan,GuanTang Village,NanCun Town, PanYu District,511400, Guangzhou ,China, Tell 13301386242 I had to defend the value of the return as they wanted to decrease it based on the shipping charges they selected as the merchant. I had to spend out of pocket 55$ to ship a small package back. I was told to select 20$ for the value fo the package by chicboho to avoid customs whereas the value was over 155$. It has been 4 months that the package was shipped back and the USPS cannot track it once it leaves the US- the merchant just keeps stating they have not received it on the China side. We have emailed over 20 emails back and forth and they take zero responsibility and offer zero customer service. I wasted a total of 210$ on the the items returned plus postage : NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE:

Just spend a lot of money on crappy clothes! What a waste of money. Terrible fabrics not worth a penny!! Total scam.

Scammers
They split my order without telling me and the 2nd part of the order is lost and there is no account for it
They didn't inform me about shortage of a product and they simply decided on their own to send me a pair of boots 3 sizes bigger
It is impossible to communicate

Have you seen that meme where they joke about the beautiful dress you order from my photo and then it comes and looks completely awful? That was my experience With what I ordered from chicboho.

What was supposed to be a beautiful white dress is an awkward misshapen piece of woven together plastic fabrics with no give, horrible quality and an overall unfitting outfit.

I’ve had 5 friends with similar but different body shapes try it on and it’s awkard on every one. The top part of sleeves are really tight but then the cut is so off it falls off the shoulders. The little tiny in the front stretch is the fabric and makes it look like it’s going to rip apart before it actually ties the front shut. Save yourself the money and don’t buy anything from this company… Their return policy is horrible and they will try to talk you into changing your decision and tell you cannot fit in their policy anymore

Ugly Christmas sweater.
Looked beautiful and totally boho online. The colors are totally not what I remember looking at. They are faded and look 1970ish. The front of the sweater was suppposed to hang down one leg. Wrong! I'm lucky if it hangs down to my hip.Also the sweater was supposed to arrive in 8 to 14 days. Took over 3 weeks. Arrived day after Christmas. This is a totally unacceptable product.

I have bought multiple items from Chic Boho and they have been pretty decent for the price. The shipping takes about 45 days so you have to be patient. The shoes are ok but you have to order 1/2 to full size up and they don’t look the same as the site.
My current favorite shirt came from this site so it’s not all bad, but the next shirt I got is about two inches too short or I’d love it also. I’m a typically a Medium but have to order size Large so order up.
The leather bracelets are cool. Just expect that half of what you get will be great and half will be crappy.

Habe ich gemeldet bzw. mich beschwert. Das Bild ist noch genauso drin, also nicht entfernt.

IHabe ich dem shop mitgeteilt .. dann sollten sie das Bild rausnehmen. Ärgerlich!

I recommend that you DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered several item for my daughter that looked absolutely adorable and decent quality on the website. Sweaters arrived with a pungent moldy smell, threads were dangling form clothes and they were the poorest quality I have ever seen. I requested a return and they offered me a partial refund. Due to the $65 shipping to return the items I took the very small refund and donated the clothes. Absolute waste. They know they have you because the return shipping is high enough that you are better off keeping the items. Hopefully someone will use them for the short period of time they will last.

This is actually a scam. Just got my package after a month. If I didn’t spend 90 dollars the products they tried to pull off as the things I ordered are comical. Also, missing a dress. They don’t take refunds either. Do not waste your time or money

Ok..look; Ive read JUST NOW some of the reviews left on here. I have finally recieved my goods. Did it take some time to get to me? Yes, yes it did. I inquired about it, recieved the same messages I had read others recieved about being patient as well. Guess what? I was patient, and my goods came in. I don't know this company at all. I honestly just threw a dart..It was in my FB feed and I liked a sweater, so I took a chance and ordered that plus boots and 2 fingerless style gloves. I love them all! The quality for me was acceptable. I paid UNDER $100 for what I mentioned that I had purchased. Sooo..if u have an easy personality, like mine..who understands that some things just take time. And as long as the company communicates when I have questions (which they most certainty did) and I had a couple..Then, I believe it not to be a scam site. I found it worth it. Hope this helps. :)

Do not buy from Chic boho. The shipping estimate of 7-12 days was not accurate. Lack of response from customer service. When they did respond they told me to be patient and provided a tracking order that was in Chinese. When the products did arrive they were cheap quality and knock offs. The picture presented online is not the product you will receive. You have to pay for shipping on returns. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from them EVER!

SCAM!!!
The quality of the clothing was cheap.The item says chiffon but it was NOT. Returns are to China which cost 50$ with tracking. Website says office is in London. When you contact them they try to negotiate for you to keep your clothing and give you a 1/3 of the money back. The positive reviews are from their company and clearly from Chinese native speakers. Dispicable! Pay pal should not do business with them. If ever you dispute it through PayPal DO NOT close the case!

I ordered from here and threw everything in the bin nothing like the picture just cheap crap and frankly am sick of paying good money to these rip off but I will say cheap is cheap is cheap crap

Worst possible customer service including terrible fitting clothes. So slow and sloppy in terms of responses. The sender has to pay to ship items back to China for which the postage is expensive and customer service never responds.
Total waste of money and time shopping here

I paid attention to other reviews regarding sizing and ordered 2 sizes up...my sweater and T shirt fit perfect. Quality is acceptable. It did take 2 months to receive my order though and thought I might have been scammed. That wasn't the case. Perhaps not everything is quality or as described. I will probably not ever buy from these China based companies again. You have to remember, the stuff is coming over on container ships so it's gonna take time, and the possibility of merchandise loss is very possible. I took a chance with this one after ordering a chunky blanket from another China based company...it was 2 months or more and was a blanket only if you were the size of a Barbie doll...lol

Quality of clothes is mediocre, think fast fashion that won’t last in quality. Shipping takes a while, coming from China and the tracking system was bunk. BUT the clothes fit as expected using their sizing charts and look good on.
