They misrepresent their clothing. The measurements on the size chart are not even close to what they send and they have zero return or replacement policy. The shoes I ordered were made of foam. Not kidding. They are the worst! Run. RUN.

Don’t ever buy anything from this website! You will NOT get the items and they will NOT refund you. This is a complete scam and a waste of time and money. Horrible horrible

Goods came from China. Did not look anything like what I ordered. Upon contacting the webshop they claimed that it was. When I insisted on returning the goods they gave me a fake address and after 2 months of waiting the goods are being sent back to me.
Now I get no reply of them.
Don't believe the positive reviews they are fake.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA, WHICH MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS IF ANYTHNG IS WRONG. EVERYTHNG WAS WRONG WITH ALL THE ITEMS ORDERED. THE QUALITY IS SO POOR I WOULD NEVER WEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE ALL FAKE. YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE WHAT IS ADVERTISED. THE SIZE CHARTS ARE WRONG. WHEN YOU TRY RETURNING THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE SO YOU ARE FORCED TO KEEP THE ITEMS EVEN IF THEY DON'T FIT. DO NOT LET A COMPANY LIKE THIS ONE SCAM ANY MORE PEOPLE AND STAY AWAY! I WISH I WOULD'VE LOOKED/RESEARCHED BEFORE BUYING.

Most horrific experience ever. Clothes are cheap and definitely not made of the same material as shown. They sent me wrong color and size....they will give you a portion of your money back. HOWEVER, if you want full refund, you must ship back to China. I get clothes for the homeless at Christmas and I would be embarrassed to give them out. Didn't get my shoes. They were out of stock. Finally got all my money back for them but it wasn't easy. I suggest you just don't buy anything from a company based in China. I wish I had done my research first.

This company is very dishonest. I am writing this 31 days after I placed my order. Still have not received items.
Have emailed them several times. They keep telling me to be patient and will not refund my money.

It took 10 days to get my merchandise after I paid for expedited shipping. The order didn't arrive in time for my trip so upon my return I asked to return my merchandise. They never allowed it. I'm stuck with VERY LOW QUALITY merchandise that I will never wear.

Ich hab über 2 Wochen auf mein Paket gewartet, Qualität ist mehr als schlecht. Die Farben sehen überhaupt nicht aus, wie auf den Bildern, da überall tausend Filter drüber gelegt wurden, Größen sind total zufällig. Manche Sachen sind viel zu groß, andere zu klein. Anstatt eines Jumpsuits wurde eine Hose geliefert. Als ich um die Adresse für die Rücksendung bat, hieß es nur: wir sind sicher, die Hose steht ihnen auch gut. Da der Versand nach China sehr teuer ist, schlagen wir vor, sie behalten die Sachen und verkaufen sie selbst.

Ich kann nur davor warnen dort zu bestellen.

I bought a pair of sandals and I receive a piece of plastic- nothing like the picture- a big scam. I will never never, never purchase again from this website. The item was an awful render of the image, a piece of rubber with a strong petroleum smell. The design was grotesque, everything was unlike the image. The company did not refund me, they asked me to shipped my item and pay for my own shipping, in order to receive a 25% store credit and not a full refund.😫😡😡👎👎👎👎

I have just left a review on another website and I am sure the reviews are "bogus" as some are quite complimentary. I actually did receive all my goods but they were totally NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Most of them didn't even look anything like the photos, and I couldn't even recognise them as something that I would have ordered. I spent 179 dollars on some summer tops and 2 dresses. To say the quality was awful is an understatement. They all fitted into my small mail box and looked like rags when I opened the packages. They are not even really good enough for my local Charity shop. I am thoroughly disgusted that a company like this can post a website using photos of really nice clothes at a reasonable but not a cheap price and then send stuff that cannot be worn by the buyer. I've just wasted 179 dollars of my hard earned money to this SCAM company. I read the reviews unfortunately after I had placed my order, so I was waiting to see what I got. All the SCATHING REVIEWS WERE RIGHT. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND I HOPE YOU LOOK AT REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER. Chicboho have my money and I have nothing to wear.

Looks like I might be the only satisfied customer. I read reviews before I ordered but decided to take the risk anyway....I can't get clothes like this in my town. I spent $166 on 4 dresses, gloves, and a necklace. I think that's cheap. The clothes are not heirloom quality but they are good and the fit is right. I wouldn't return anything I received even if it was next door.

I placed an order more than a month ago, for a pair of shoes, and I still have not received them. They charged me right away and have already been paid. There is no 1-800 customer service number and I cannot make calls to their London office. I have sent numerous emails with what some seems to be a robot answering me, telling me my shoes have not been made yet and will be shipped out ASAP. I am extremely annoyed and although I had plans to order clothes for winter, I will no longer be ordering from them nor will I recommend them to anyone. I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service and how unfortunate for their designers! So sad! Does anyone have suggestions how I can speak with someone in customer service and get my refund? Thank you!!

Scam Website - Products sent are nothing like the ones in the webiste and you cannot return the goods because there are no address or contact number to call. Will never buy again from this.

J'ai commandé une paire de chaussures, des Boots marron, qui paraissaient vraiment très belles en photos ! Bien sûr ça a été la grosse déception à l'arrivée. D'abord l'odeur du produit !! Une odeur infecte de produits chimiques (mes enfants étaient à côté de moi et l'ont senti aussi... Dangereux pour la santé ? Moi qui connait bien les chaînes de production des produits de prêt-à-porter, je suis convaincu que oui !). Ensuite le style et la qualité, du plastique brillant horrible, loin de renvoyer un côté vintage comme ce que voulait bien entendre la photo sur le site. Et enfin la taille ! C'est noté taille 40 (ma pointure donc) mais je ne rentre pas dedans !!!!
Un service client qui ne fait bien sûr rien pour essayer de régler la situation. Qui vous oblige à payer 40$ de frais de retour.

Je déconseille donc vivement cette marque !!! La déception sera au RDV !!

This is a garbage scam site. The clothes they send are like plastic costume copies of what you see in the ads. Total waste of money. Not even wearable.

Quality was very low and items did not look how presented. And yes, they were the same items as ordered.

The sole of my shoe gained a mouth within the first 2 hours of wearing them. I was able to super glue the sole back on, to get myself through the day. FIRST TIME WEARING THEM!

One of the skirts I bought was cute, but sizing was way off. Thankfully it was off in my benefit, but off none the less.

One of my skirts was just straight ugly and a completely different cut and style (yet still the right skirt).

And the other pair of boots...pfft. Not even remotely as cute as they were online and to be honest, don't even compare.

I've had better luck on wish. At least on there if my order sucks, I only spent $30 as opposed to $160.

It also took everything almost 2 months to arrive.

Take my word for it...Not worth the money. Keep looking.

I bought a cape from them for only $24. It looked the same as the one in the picture. The quality seems very good. It's very stylish. It did take about four weeks to arrive, but it's like that with anything you buy from China. They have unique items there and their prices are quite reasonable. I'd definitely buy from them again.

What they show on their website is aged sexy leather and styling. What you will get in the mail is a completely different product, cheap chinese plastic-y item that you wouldn't even look twice at the store. Refuse to provide a refund when complaints with comparison photos are sent to them. Stay well away.
