Poor communication, unannounced visits, massive delays, CCTV cameras not set up correctly despite what the engineer told me.

My husband accidentally set the alarm…
My husband accidentally set the alarm off. We had just put it on for the night when he forgot & walked down the stairs and it went off. Nice to know it works!! The man who attended was wonderful. It took him time to sort it. Out & he left after midnight. We are most grateful.

The engineer was pleasant and appears competent.
What I don't like is the way the service has changed since alarm calls centralised to England. The time it takes for calls to be answered in an emergency , and also when the alarm goes off you are not phoned to see if you are ok. That was reassuring as you knew action was being taken if necessary.
