The engineer was on time, efficient and polite. He also was able to send the service report within 30 mins of leaving the site which is very helpful for health and safety admin purposes

I had a call from my regular Chubb…
I had a call from my regular Chubb technician, who was in the neighbourhood,and wanted to do a service.It was convenient as I was going to ring about something that appeared on my screen.He arrived and went through my system thoroughly .Every item was checked and batteries were required .Fortunately my maintenance includes batteries. After filling in his report he arranged a time to come back and left.We were not inconvenienced one iota.I highly recommend Chubb
