SCAMMERS! Believe every negative review… they are TRUE! False advertising…Guilty! Cheap fabric, quality, and horrible customer service….Guilty! The long sleeve button-down shirt is NOTHING like the listing image. This company is knowingly ripping off buyers as a standard business practice.

Money back guarrantee - clearly stated on their web site which is false. See below about how you return it.
You also have to pay the shipping and customs to return the shirt.

TIP: I had the credit card company, CITI not pay their transaction which was perfect

Horrible company - don't waste your money! We ordered men's shirts from them, what came was nothing like what was advertised. "100% money back guarantee" - not true! We were given 30% back after complaining thru PayPal. Could've had 100% if we shipped them back to their warehouse in China at our expense (shipping costs plus tariffs, estimated at $75-100). "American based company since 1999"
- false! All returns go to China. We learned an expensive lesson, please save yourself the aggravation.

All I can say is buyer beware. Quality is deceptive. And returns are a nightmare. Cheap CHINA crap.

I placed an order for a shirt for my husband. The packaging came with NO identifying information saying it was from Clarkson NYC but the return address was a USA address. The shirt itself was poorly made, had NO label saying it was a Clarkson NYC shirt and had numerous strings loose at the seams. I asked to return and was told to send pics - which I did. Then I was told I had to return to CHINA and that it would cost me and was told it would cost $25-$40 to return the shirt. I asked for a replacement shirt but no response was received and when I contacted them later - they told me sorry it was past the 30 days.

This is the absolute worst company to buy from. The product received was terrible and there was no information regarding how to return. Their communication with the customer is below anything I have ever experienced. I would stay away from purchasing anything from Clarkson New York. I am only sorry I did not read any reviews before I purchased product from them.

Clarkson New York is a ripoff! If I could give a zero rating or less, I would. Clarkson NY is a deceitful, sham organization that will rip you off. The long sleeve shirt that I received felt cheap, did not breath, and one of the sleeves was 2" shorter than the other. The tail on the shirt was SO SHORT that I could not tuck it in. There is NO manufacturers tag on the shirt, so it was made by some unnamed, untrained workers. As noted by other reviewers, the products are cheap Chinese backdoor products, of no quality. and bear no resemblance to what's on their website. If you decide to attempt a return of your order, good luck! They will only waste your time in a well polished rat race. Scam artists! Expect to be stonewalled every step of the way. In short, a total ripoff that should be avoided.

My advise, if you have paid on credit card get them to issue a charge back refund under section 75 Consumer Credit Act. Every time a company has a charge back against them it impacts their credit rating as a business. You will get bombarded with threatening mails. Just ignore them.
Exercise your rights. Don't be intimidated. If you allow them to get away with this misleading mal practice then they will continue to rip people off.

DON'T BUY-SCAMMERS. My husband ordered 2 shirts, size medium, and the sizes were way off, more like a loose large. They say they have easy returns, and that is false advertising. They do not say on the website that they want you to ship it back to China at your expense. Their website is fake, they put photos to make you think they have store in New York City, and they do not, otherwise I live close and could return there. The clothes are cheap China clothes, and the size charts are incorrect, they slap on any size chart. Men's clothes have women's sizes. For returns, they made take pictures of the clothes AND the package label. Then they tell me they will give a 15% credit, and I have to pay $40 to return to China. I putting in a dispute with American Express.

Great video showing nice relaxing shirts. Clarkson New York was a great name too. Made you think you were buying USA product. What I got was silky shirts from the early 1970's that were the wrong size and looked nothing like what they showed on their ad. And it was from CHINA. I placed an order for 2 shirts but somehow I got put on AUTOPAY. Are you kidding me. PAYPAL saved me!

Absolute overpriced garbage.
False advertising. I purchased two mens shirts that showed a button down collar and " wrinkle free" just was and hang in descriptions. The shirts arrived very wrinkled so I washed on gentle and hung dry. Wrinkles were worse. I contacted them and explained my situation and was told sorry... you washed the shirts so no exchange or refund. I requested a partial refund and was told ..No way sorry. Awful deceptive company. The shirts are not even worth wearing. Very cheap quality

As noted by other reviewers, the products are of very low quality and bear no resemblance to what is displayed on their website. If you decide to attempt a return of your order, good luck! They will run you down a rat hole of needing to pay customs duty and international shipping charges, even though their customer orders are fulfilled from a US-based domestic warehouse. Expect to be stonewalled every step of the way. In short, a horrible customer experience that should be avoided.

If no star was an option that would've been my selection. Totally false advertising on their Instagram page. Major delay tactics in enablng me to return the lousy hoodie that didn't reflect the image at all. I totally complied with their return requirements, butn now I'm stuck with their junk. I'll be lucky to give it away, but Goodwill or St. Vincent DePaul might reluctantly take it. STAY away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Online, the colors and overall appearance of the clothing looked lovely. Not so much in real life. The material looks cheap and the colors are not as vibrant. To top it off, my blouse is ill fitting. Totally not worth the money I spent. Now I read the reviews. I’m not even going to attempt to return it. Lesson learned. At least with Temu, you know you are ordering from China. This company is deceptive with their
“Clarkson New York” logo.
