The service was excellent as was keeping me informed of the progress of my order right up to the day of delivery, keeping in touch with the company was easy due to the website. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. The twin wall roofing was just what I ordered and was well wrapped against damage.

Very bad experience because on the websites mountain 2to 5working day deliver I order September 2 still I didn’t receive delivery. be careful. also, I email customer care didn’t reply anything.

Thank you so much for agreeing to the return! I really appreciate your fast efficiency and wonderful customer service. You made the process so easy and smooth.

Commande le 19 août,,le 8 septembre tracking bloqué sur production, aucune nouvelle,en revanche le montant de la facture a été débité immédiatement.Visiblement je ne suis pas le seul dans le même cas!

They can’t improve as they don’t seem to be aware of their issues! Even with many negative reviews. We used them recently but never again.

Red flag- no phone number

NO communication regarding delivery date.

Contacted them many times to enquire when our order would be delivered. No response at all no matter which of the two ways we tried.

Only part of the order arrived- we tried many times to tell them but no reply even with order number given. Eventually a reply saying they’d ask someone but they had to wait for the people to come- no explanation given! They said it might be a split delivery but didn’t at any time give a definitive response. We didn’t know.

First delivery of corrugated sheets left on front garden without any notification.. in bright orange packaging - available for anyone to steal. Online it said delivered through side gate wasnt true at all.

The company responded saying at least the missing part was the last thing to go on the roof!!! As if that made a difference to their appalling communication and customer service.

3 or 4 days later after the bank holiday the missing part was dumped on the front garden. No communication - nothing! And now we find we are at least 12 screws missing - I wrote to them via email - no reply yet. There’s NO reply within 30 minutes as noted- in fact no replies and when they do they are dismissive, rude and unhelpful.

Many similar reviews- wish I’d looked now!

Update! I’ve emailed the company today the 12 screws are missing but they’ve signposted me to let another part of the company know!! Can’t they do this? Is there no communication between other folk in the company? Evidentially- not.

Great company, great service and an amazing customer service team , I had an issue with my order, I contacted them and they resolved it straight away! The after sales experience makes shopping with a company a whole lot better when they have someone you can reach out to who listens, understands & resolves 💫💫💫💫💫

The online order system was very simple to use, the amber sheets were delivered on time and they were well protected, the driver was very helpful and polite.
Regards Philip Kowalski

Easy to install system flat panels which are held together with a simple click on system well impressed and the staff are very helpful would recommend them anytime 👍🏻

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Have used before and will continue using them.

Great product, fast delivery, easy to install and looks great. Excellent value for money

They cut the glazing sheet to exactly to size which was spot on to fit the garage door. Ordered and arrived within 24 hour’s excellent service what more can you ask for.

Although initiall order was short this was easily rectified and remainder delivered promptly will shop again

Having looked in all the usual builders warehouse stores I discovered Clear Amber and that they had absolutely everything I needed in one place. So the long overdue reroofing jobs on two lean-tos finally got attended to…
I needed advice on a few points, and on some sundry items, and the online (human) chat responses to my queries were handled swiftly and professionally - received good guidance and advice, from Elliot and A N Other (sorry, I forgot who).
I ordered the Stormproof grade sheets, 950mm wide, plus rock n lock flashings and sundries. All delivered in a couple or three days, and all in good condition (no issues at all).
Quality of product: very good
Pricing: good
Conclusion: Great business model, product offering, and customer service.
I’ll certainly buy from Clear Amber again, and recommend highly to friends and prospective buyers.
Thank you.
