Needed to repair the shed roof, so looked on line as you do.
Clear Amber stood out to be the best.
Ordered corrugated sheets, which were half price to B&Q, and also ridge tiles.
Delivery was on time and the driver was polite and chatty.

Excellent service as always very easy to order very well priced and about 3 to 4 days to deliver so will definitely purchase from clear amber again.

The products were explained ok. Tracking delivery is difficult, not easy to navigate. Contacting and sorting problems with customer service team was challenging as no telephone numbers and the customer service team sometimes take hours to reply to messages on live chat.
Forgot to add the screws which were expensive to order and had a damaged sheet, going by what I can see on tracking, will take nearly two weeks to send these replacement items out, so the work has been put back by two weeks, no apologies, very little contact about delivery times. Would not use again, b and q and wicked are slightly more expensive, but easier to deal with.
*update* received the replacement for damaged sheet and the missing fitments, only to find they had sent one not three packs of fixings for the roof. Asking for a refund and going to screwfix for fixings. They obviously don’t properly read the order sheets before dispatching (in my order at least).
The replacements arrived earlier than their expected date, but again tracking was not existent on this order.
Further update,
Flashing bar now fitted, does not come with foam attached, but in a separate box with double sided tape. The tape has had the protective strip pealed off on both sides and was a tangle mess and not usable. The foam does not fit flush with the roof and does not stick properly.
Go to wicks, easier and if you have problems easier to rectify
*further update* stated 2 packs were missing and asked for a refund, they only refunded one pack. So back on their slow chat asking for the refund for both packs.
Would not recommend at all

Stormproof corrugated sheets are exactly that - storm proof. I built a lean to in South Wales using these sheets 5 years ago. It still looks like new with no opacity or cracking. Using the newly bought sheets to make a roof for brick shed at my daughters.

I got my Products cheaper than anywhere else and they delivered straight away. Highly recommend and will be buying again. 5 stars

First time using Clearamber. Good product range, useful how to guides, useful calculator to know exactly what you need , and excellent quality.
Turnaround from order to receipt of goods was quick.
Would certainly use them again.

I’m disappointed with the customer service I received.
I originally ordered two sheets of roofing and, a couple of days later, realised I needed to add just one more sheet. The original order had not yet been dispatched, so I contacted the company to see if the additional sheet could simply be added to my existing order.
I was told this wasn’t possible and that I would need to place a completely separate order. I explained that this would mean paying a further £39.50 delivery charge for just one additional sheet, and raised my concerns about the cost.
Rather than looking for a solution, I was told I could make an additional order of around £185 to qualify for cheaper delivery. I explained again that I only needed one sheet, so this obviously wasn’t a practical solution. The response was simply that I would have to pay the £39.50 delivery charge.
I appreciate that there may be logistical reasons why orders can’t always be amended, but I feel this was a missed opportunity to provide better customer service. The original order hadn’t even been dispatched, and I was only asking to add one additional item.
It would have been nice to see the company go the extra mile and find a reasonable solution rather than leaving me feeling that I had no option but to pay an excessive delivery charge for one sheet.
A disappointing experience, particularly when a little flexibility could have made such a difference.

I purchased several PVC sheets and sundries for a garden project after initial builder ghosted me when original sheets started to leak. I sought advice initially which Iona in customer services provided on many occasions helping me to determine what I needed and tips on how to install - thank you. Delivery itself went smoothly and as I over ordered on a few of the sundries - foam eaves, silicones and this sealant tape I asked for a refund which James handled seamlessly. From start to finish a true 5-star experience.

The corrugated sheets arrived on time and are really good quality. Makes shed look like new

Wow a company that does what it says on the tin. I ordered 3 polycarbonate sheets cut to size, they were delivered in three days and at the stated time. I am very pleased with the quality and finish and they replaced the old broken ones perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing materials.
Oh and I nearly forgot ,I looked around for a week and couldn't find them any cheaper anywhere.!

Delivery was most efficient and prompt. All materials were in good condition and fitted perfectly

hi everyone i placed my order for my polycarbonate sheets and have been updated throughout each stage and I'm super excited as now been despatched out for delivery arriving 12:40 to 14:40 so its a good time slot 😁😁😁

I was replacing old roofing to our patio bbq canopy. The website offers easy to understand listings regarding sizing, fixing etc. The whole lot was delivered on the second working day after ordering. I'm very pleased I ordered from Clearamber, top quality materials and the finished job is everything I hoped for.

This company are fantastic. AI tracking, ridiculously fast delivery. The quality of their products are superb and free delivery. I’m very happy we did our entire veranda and conservatory and spent over £2k

Keep away from this company. I had my goods been delivered. I used some of the items. I was called for a kidney transplant and stayed in hospital for 3 weeks. I left hospital to recover at home. I asked to return few items and they said I missed the deadline by two weeks. So they can’t accept any return. I have all the necessary documents to prove them I was in hospital recovering from the transplant. They don’t want to know and refused any return. No compassion or deep awareness of the suffering of others.No star should be given.

Easy to find what I needed online. My order was delivered promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery date.

Made an order in early June 2026; asked for a return within the allotted timeframe. It's now August and still no return.

The driver who came to pick up the items didn't have the right-size van, and then the next driver turned up when I was at work without any notice.

The items are quality built, but delivery happens without notice, and returns are non-existent.

I keep bouncing around customer service representatives Charlotte and James (if they are real) with no end in sight for a resolution to my return.

EDIT: 3rd pickup attempt (05/08/2026) from Clear Amber; still not notified that it was happening. This time, the wife was in, and they sent an even smaller van! Feels like I need to call Rip Wheeler!

Time to replace some cheaper corrugated clear roofing that I’d got from a large DIY store.
Came across the Clear Amber site and ordered their storm proof clear corrugated roofing. Ordering and paying was easy and delivery was reasonably quick. Delivery time wasn’t advised but as we are in Scotland could understand. Arrived well packaged and complete. Roofing panels are good quality although flexible enough to help easy installation. So far (as haven’t finished the project) no complaints and will be using Clear Amber for future projects.

I ordered roofing at the start of July and got no delivery updates, despite their website stating a 2–5 day delivery window. When I chased them, the best they could offer was “whenever a driver is free” which is basically their way of admitting they have no system, no schedule, and no clue.

I cancelled the order and have been chasing my refund ever since. First I was told it would be processed on 24 July, and now, days later I've now been told 5–7 days. At this point it’s not a delay it’s total incompetence.
This company is an absolute circus. Zero professionalism, zero reliability, and communication skills that barely qualify as human.
