SO MANY ISSUES.
First, delivery: No communication of delivery date or window, despite all comms assuring us this would be provided. They just showed up one day. Luckily we were home to take receipt of the very large packages.
Second, wrong product sent: We rechecked what we ordered just in case it was our error... nope, definitely the wrong product. Opaque black roofing panels instead of clear pvc.
Third, and worst part, no way of reaching customer service to try to rectify. No telephone number. They _say_ they have live chat, but we've been trying to get an answer for hours. Initial response acknowledging our message, then silence for hours.
We had everything prepped, set aside a full day today to build our roof, opened our package and realised we can't do any of it. Plus all the time/effort we will expend dealing with their mistake and trying to get a refund/waiting on new products. Terrible (seemingly nonexistent) warehouse QA processes, and TERRIBLE customer service.

Bought poly carbonate panels and glazing bar and screws.
All good except the glazing bar was bent like a banana so kept popping out eventually had to glue and scew it down, no offer of a refund to date so 3 stars for me.

The range of products is very good and enabled me to do what I wanted . Quality is excellent and prices are good. Delivery was by their own delivery truck-and the parts were handled with care. I have recommended Clear Amber to friends and neighbours.

Great product, delivered on time.

I placed my order on line and it said it will be delivered within 2-5days . My order arrived within 3 days. This is the company I like to deal with. Excellent customer service.

Quality, engagement, delivery first rate

I used this company because I wanted clear polycarbonate to replace my glass on the greenhouse roof, I chose the 4mm thickness and ClearAmber cut my panes to my exact size. Very happy with the result.

Excellent company, fast delivery, very pleasant driver credit to the company, Excellent produce, very highly recommended

Great company to order from , panels arrived well packaged and all in perfect condition , they shipped out very fast aswell , happy customer 😀...

A item was missing but the team sorted it quickly.

Yet again we have received the wrong sheets. Even the delivery driver could not believe it. Another phone call produced yet another apology and promise to rectify, but still no sign of the promised refund. They just get worse.f

As described great products, delivery could be better.

Great product. The veranda I have put together with self supporting glazing bars and Axard polycarbonate sheets on an existing steel framework has worked well. Looking professionally done due to the quality of the parts.

Had an initial problem with my order probably me not knowing my way around the website contacted via the website but no contact then contacted customer service who put through to a sales agent who sorted out the issue in less than a minute with good grace and a helpful and positive attitude would definitely use again as good quality competitive price and quick delivery.

Customer service is good

If I'm totally honest I was unsure about ordering anything from a company I had never heard of, as it is so easy to get scammed these days.
But I took the leap of faith and put in my order, and I have to say the product showed up quicker than I expected and I couldn't be happier with it.
Exactly as described and very easy to install.
I used the website tool to workout what I needed for my project, and made edits to the outcome as I was fitting the sheets over some fake Wisteria on trellis, so the screws would not be long enough.
I ordered them from another retailer as you do.
The project has turned out really well and it looks great, I can now recommend Clear amber to you if your reading this, and looking for a company you CAN rely on to look after you and your order.
Would definitely use them again.
Well don Clear Amber.

Great experience from ordering to delivery. Ordered 10mm twin wall sheets and fixings on the Tuesday night delivered Friday morning. Bought to use as sides on our new carport and what a difference they make.

All items arrived on time and were of good quality making the installation straight forward. Communication pre-order was prompt and clear. i would recommend using this company.

Terrible company told me my order was going to be delivered in 2-5 working days and I ordered it on the 19th June and it still hasn’t arrived yet and it’s the 7th July now ended up having to take 2 days of last week because the order didn’t end up coming even though they told me on web chat it’ll be there in 1-2 days on Tuesday last week in the end I told them to cancel the order and they just blanked me

fast delivery and the quality of the product was very good . would recommend. 👍🏽
