Please note that trainers must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please try footwear on indoors – we will not accept a return if the trainer has been worn outdoors.
For future orders, we kindly advise to check out our size chart on our website for exact insole measurements and size conversions.
Skates fit snug so we advise sizing up half a size.
Icon run large so we advise taking half a size down.
Layup and OneSixty Runners run larger so we advise to take a full size down.
All other styles fit true to size so stick to your usual.
Please don't hesitate reach out if you need anything else and we'll be happy to help.

Really poor quality trainer for the…
Really poor quality trainer for the price. Felt cheaply made and was uncomfortable. Also had scuffs which looked like they’d already been tried on. Won’t be bothering again. Returned.

Top customer care, cannot fault them at all
Ordered on 6th April with expected delivery on 9th (according to their email) checked royal mail tracking and it was saying they were expecting the parcel still on the 9th! We're now on 22nd and although they respond to my emails, I am still waiting for my parcel. I keep being fobbed off with them saying they're waiting to hear back from the fulfilment team.
They have not even attempted delivery yet so I don't understand what they need to check?
**Update** a new order has been sorted. I absolutely cannot fault their customer care, thank you so much for resolving this. Because of this I've changed my 2 star to a 4 star.

As promised, this matter was raised with our fulfilment team who have reached out to the courier. The courier has confirmed that sadly, your order is being returned back to our warehouse due to an issue in their courier network.
In order to put this right for you as soon as possible, as confirmed via email, we would like to arrange a replacement order as a priority.
Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking link where you can keep an eye on your parcel's journey directly on the courier's site.

These sneakers really impressed me
These sneakers really impressed me. The quality is excellent—well-built, comfortable, and clearly designed with attention to detail. You can feel the durability the moment you put them on, and they perform just as good as they look.
The only downside was that the Essential Skate pair didn’t come with the original Cleens laces, which was a bit disappointing and took away slightly from the full brand experience.
That said, it’s a small issue compared to the overall quality of the shoes. Cleens has definitely earned a spot as my go-to brand moving forward. Highly recommended for anyone looking for stylish, reliable sneakers.

Excellent Customer Service
Had an issue with a return which was sorted so quickly and professionally. As soon as I sent the email within an hour Jason came back to and resolved the issue.
The turn around from me sending back my return and receiving a new pair was around about a week which I think is exceptional for a return. The level of customer service they delivered was 10/10 and the shoe itself is class. Will definitely be ordering more soon!
