Look nice but feel quite heavy on

Thought the trainers looked nice and boxed nicely but after wearing them all day they were aching my feet and felt quite heavy by the end and are a bit pricey and didn’t like that you were charged a delivery fee

£160 for worn trainers

Ordered a pair of £160 trainers, when you spend that much money on a pair of shoes you expect them to arrive pristine. The trainers have scuffs on them, there is sock residue inside the shoes so they have been worn and the suede parts of the shoe have damage, the dust bag is also dirty. I just find it ridiculous that you pay all of this money and the quality is not 100% … there is no where to complain on the website or app all you can do is select return, I don’t particularly want to go down the route of returning them having to re package everything up then going to the post office and having to wait for a refund. I wish there was somewhere to report problems with orders

Their Luxor sneaker is dope

Their Luxor sneaker is dope. I bought it in a few colors. I wear a Nike size uk11 (us12). The Cleens size 11 in this model runs a little short in the toe. I tried up sizing to uk11.5 but that runs too big. I can wear it but i had to over tightened the shoe laces with kind of ruins the look of the sneaker. So get the uk size 11 and put a shoe horn in it to give it some room in the toe box and should be fine.

5 stars for the product footwear is excellent now on to turnaround for delivery is awful 11 days I waited for my shoes when it’s says can take up to 5 working days for delivery so I would give 1 star for delivery

Had to return the wrong size trainers ,return service was made easy with good communication via emails and refund was quickly received and new trainers ordered, I will definitely be using cleens again, thank you

Black suade dye leaking

Wore twice and got caught in the rain, and the black suade started leaking dye throughout the white mesh, tried to hand wash and it just turned everything blue. Stay away from black suade from cleens. Not worth the money

Awful Company with non existent…

Awful Company with non existent Customer Care. Second time wearing £190 trainers. Got caught in the rain. One shoe fine and other dye has run and will not come off. The company has offered a 15% discount and said not to get wet. I would understand this if both shoes were ruined but it is only one. Therefore faulty product. Stay well clear of “Cleens”. Responding to reply. We live in Scotland and it rains. As said previously 1 shoe is not fit for purpose and 1 is ok. Product fault. You are obviously not taken any responsibility and that makes you an irresponsible bad company. Steer Clear.

Please note that, as advised via email and as per the care instructions for this item, it's important that you do not get the suede wet as the dye can run and transfer.

Please kindly refer to our Care Description on our website, and the email sent post-purchase, for information on how to clean your shoes correctly.

It is important that you do not put your Cleens in the washing machine or allow material to become heavily wet. We are not liable for any defects that may occur from doing so.

Nevertheless, we appreciate your disappointment and therefore our team offered a partial refund to your original payment method as a gesture of goodwill.

If you do wish to proceed with this please kindly respond to our email at your earliest convenience.

1000% recommend

An amazing company not only are the shoes absolutely stunning and very well made and look amazing on the foot but the team working behind the scenes go above and beyond to give the best customer service and care ! Emails answered extremely quickly with full updates whenever possible and they made it happen that my partner got their present on time ! Thank you again and i couldn’t possible recommend this company enough !
