Brilliant Customer Support
Brilliant company.
I actually emailed their support with a delivery question, and they replied within literally 2 minutes.
Delivery was quick.
Haven’t tried the trainers on yet as they were delivered whilst I was away, but I’m sure they’ll be spot on💪

Purchased my second pair of Cleens
Purchased my second pair of Cleens, however wasn’t a fan of the style on me. But the customer service team was AMAZING with handling a return for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to order a pair again given that the customer service team are really attentive just in case they don’t fit / suit me!

Easy to use website and app. When I contacted customer services with an error on my order, I received an instant reply and resolution within a day. Superb customer service and superb products. Very happy!

Order 368559 Yet to receive
Ordered my first pair of Cleens on 27th March after hearing good things about this brand, so I thought I’ll order a fortnight before my weekend away for grand national they’ll be here in time!
Fast forward to April 8th still not even sent parcel out to Royal Mail / Parcelforce
Left without a decent pair of trainers for my trip away leaving me no other choice but to buy trainers elsewhere.
Hundreds out of pocket.
Customer service repeat themselves saying it takes 3-5 working days no help whatsoever
At this point I’m not sure if I’ll ever get these trainers
Really disappointed for expensive trainers I’d expect better
