Extremely Poor Service

I’ve complained about this before and still no further forward on any information from this company.

The service and severe lack of communication is incredibly disappointing.

Having spent around £800 in the past for trainers from this company and built up membership points. I can no longer use these points/benefits as they seem to no longer stock items under 5.5. I’ve asked if this is the direction the company are going in and have been advised “no we still stock smaller sizes and if you’re looking for trainers that aren’t ranged in the smaller sizes, to register for stock alerts”.

This cannot be done as the size is not there to select for any notification to be received. But I’m expected to check back to see if there has been any more trainers added to the range in smaller sizes (which they haven’t).

The last email I’ve received from cleens in response to my queries was back in December.

Cleens were my go to but I need confirmation if this is the direction they are going in - something they are not confirming, or denying. When is there going to me more within the smaller sizes range? Or is what is in the range now, staying in the range and not increasing. Would also like to know why I’ve not received a response in 4 months..

Won’t hold my breath

Thank you for your review and again we're so sorry for any disappointment caused here.

I can see that you have reached out to our CS team regarding this and have left us a review regarding this matter. Our team have been in contact in response to your original review and in response via email to confirm that we do still stock some styles and colourways in smaller sizes however this is a limited selection.

To shop by size, please visit the Shop All section on our website and filter to your required size.

I'm afraid we're unable to confirm the size range for unannounced releases. Please be assured that this will be outlined on our social media and website.

With regard to current styles and colourways, as previously mentioned, we advise to sign up to stock notifications and to our members club to be the first to know of restocks.

Ordered a pair of these from their…

Update. It's now the 8th of April and still no despatch from cleens. A Royal Mail ticket was created but they still don't physically have the parcel. Honestly want to just cancel now. Needed them for sons holiday and in 2026 waiting over a week for shoes to be dispatched is wild!

Ordered a pair of these from their website for my son. Says delivered in 5 working days, 5 days passed and haven't even been dispatched. Customer service reply quickly with an automated email that gives no help. Seems the responses on here from the cleens team do the same thing. I don't like the timescale for despatch. The lack of communication or the poor customer service so wouldn't purchase again. There is more reliable retailers!

As per our Shipping Policy and the order confirmation sent via email, our Next Day Delivery service is currently unavailable due to improvements being made to our service. Our current UK delivery timescale is 5 working days.

Extremely poor service

Have a few pairs of cleans and always a size 9. Bought some new ones two weeks ago, size 9, but they are too small. Returned them and have conformation that they have been received by Cleens from the post office tracking, but not received any confirmation from Cleens. Messaged their customer Service three times and finally got a response to say when they receive the trainers they will process a refund. They received the trainer's 6 days ago. Still no confirmation that a refund will be processed. Their customer service is shocking. I will not be buying from this company again.

As per our Returns Policy, we kindly ask that you allow 7 working days for your return to be processed and your exchange order dispatched.

Excellent Customer Service

Royal Mail messed up the delivery, but the customer service team responded quickly and arranged a replacement within hours. A great response, and I'm looking forward to receiving the kicks!

Absolutely brilliant customer service

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Trainers I purchased had small defect sent them over a email got a quick reply and sorted with full refund. I won’t hesitate to reorder. Really impressed with trainers and the how they treat there customers

I had an issue with an order and contacted the team at Cleens, they were all really friendly, helpful, and extremely quick to respond. They handled everything smoothly and took the stress out of the process. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

After a failed delivery

After a failed delivery, customer service were really helpful and promptly investigated and refunded me the money. Great service provided and happy with the outcome.

Highly impressed

Cleens! I’ve got three pairs now. The court trainer is comparable to an air force 1 but much more sleek and minimal. The triple black goes with every outfit and is good for smart casual or even a tracksuit vibe. I’ve also got two pairs of the skates which look amazing. Great quality and something a little different to your average Nike etc

I purchased a pair of £200 trainers for…

I purchased a pair of £200 trainers for my son for Christmas, I bought them late October. My son is a 32 year old man and has worn them a handful of times.

I contacted customer services with images showing how all the materials had frayed and will only get worse.

There resolution is not acceptable 20% refund for a £200 pair of trainers that will eventually split where they are fraying on both trainers,and will not be fit for purpose.

They way they have dealt with this I certainly would not buy as gift in advance again or buy from here again.

Disappointed in the quality and the service received

Cleens

I ordered a pair of Cleens for my son on the 8th of March. They arrived at Glasgow Royal Mail center on the 9th but unfortunately they lost them in transit. Couldn’t fault Jason from Cleens at all he’s been really understanding and kept me upto date with everything as much as he possibly could. Probably one of the best company for answering emails also.

The shoes caused me extreme pain

The shoes caused me extreme pain - massive rubbing and blisters after one day wearing them. I always wear size 9 in all shoes, and have 4 other pairs in size 9 that all fit fine. These were too small and messed up my foot for days.

Where are my trainers????

Paid for trainers 4 days ago on the understanding I would receive them within 5 days for my holiday and not received any tracking number.

Tried to email customer services today and just get a general email back saying they do not do next day deliveries at the moment.

No phone number to call to find out what is happening.

Super bad!
