Not just another processor...

I've just only recently signed up with FanBasis and already the communication and support has been phenomenal 👏🏽 We've had payment processors in the past, most don't even provide you with a dedicated account manager... With FanBasis, you receive your own dedicated slack channel with multiple points of contact in addition to your assigned account manager...

Used fan basis as a client, very seamless payment processing and integration. Support team and overall communication was unmatched. Compared to strip where I can never get in touch with anyone. As a new company they're doing a great job and we'll only be getting better!

Requested numerous refunds and have been ignored . Next step Attorney General!

My personal experience - Never allow a merchant to process a payment using Fanbasis. Fanbasis appears to only process payments for fraudulent merchants. One of these merchants sold my son a fake pair of Air Jordan tennis shoes and the other merchant by the name EstateHub or Try EstateHub, attempted to steal more than $1000 from my credit card account. Stay away from this processing company, as they appear to work with fraudulent companies.

I've had an exceptional experience working with the entire Fanbasis team. My personal rep Josh has been nothing short of spectacular, answering any questions I have with a quick response time. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a personal payment processing vendor to work with them.

The guys at fanbasis truly care about everyone they work with from my experience as a business owner just getting into the game and some of my close friends who are processing anywhere from 50-100k per month all say the same thing I would recommend anyone who actually cares about how their business preforms on the processing side of things to use fanbasis ESPECIALLY if stripe is giving you trouble

FRAUDULENT charges on my credit card for $5,000! Never heard of them or used their services. BEWARE
