I used Connect2Law for the conveyancing of my property. My conveyancing process, was run very effectively and I am very happy with Mr Noel Jayaraj, who dealt with my case so efficiently. Thanks
Excellent service provided throughout the entire process
A very professional and efficient service. Good communication, hassel free sale. Charges were fair.
Connect2law ......well Adam Shire specifically was absolutely outstanding. Adam's amazing performance was highlighted even more so against the calibre of the other solicitors in the chain that we/he were having to deal with. He was straight talking, switched on and persevered to get a resolution to potential problems before they could turn into a blocker for completion on our house sale/purchase. Also very financially good value.
Connect2Law provided good service, especially for the cost. Our home purchase went smoothly from their service, and the conveyancer was always quick to respond to emails. Occasionally, he would not explain things in layman's terms, so I would recommend following up with questions immediately. However, he always did his due diligence and made sure to keep us informed of any news. All in all, I would recommend Connect2Law as good value for money.
I had a great experience with Connect2Law. They have excellent service (always got quick responses to emails and they never missed my calls). Everything was done by the proposed deadlines which made for very easy transition. Helps that they also come from a very competitive pricing point. Would highly recommend!
A very professional and efficient service. I have only praise for the Customer service of staff as Connect2Law (especially Adam). The process was made very simple and straightforward and Adam kept us updated on a regular basis.
Excellent communication and Advice, I would recommend this company to anyone
Laura was excellent. She was efficient, dealt with queries and questions immediately and "chased up" the buyers' solicitors when they didn't reply. She gave good advice and also sourced an appropriate insurance policy. In addition, she was courteous and patient and showed considerable empathy.
She could not have done a better job!
We did have some communication concerns early on in the transaction. However after I raised my concerns with Senior Management, this improved and the matter was completed efficiently and professionally. Overall, whilst I was disappointed with the early hiccup, I was very satisfied with the eventual outcome.
We pulled out of a sale, and Connect2law were completely understanding and offered to process a refund quickly after fairly deducting the amount they had spent on preliminary searches. A few months later, we had an interest in a property in the same area as the previous one, and called them back, and essentially received free sound advice, but ended up not buying it either. We are so impressed with their service, that we cannot wait to find the right property and give them actual concrete business! Thank you
A very professional service. Having just completed the sale of my mother’s flat I have only praise for the services of staff as Connect2Law, especially Laura. It was a long drawn out process due to issues with the purchaser’s solicitors but all resolved in the end. Excellent communication keeping me informed of every step along the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.
Very professional, quick and easy to work with. Great service. A moveable mention that Geoffrey spencer Smith is a delight to work with.
Amazing young lad named Adam was great for them, good communication & support you all the way
We have just completed on the sale of our leasehold flat in London, which ended up being an extremely complex and stressful transaction, due to issues with the freeholder and lease. Geoffrey and the team helped us make sense of the issues and at times had good suggestions and ideas to move things forward. It took longer than we hoped, but that wasn't their fault. I would have no issue recommending them as they did an excellent job. Moving home is such a stressful process anyway but I can't imagine what it would have been like if I wasn't able to easily reach our lawyer and talk things through. Thank you.
Connect2Law were able to complete a buy to let and a re-mortgage for us, exchanging and completing on the same day. We are very pleased and would use them again.
My partner and I appointed Connect2law for the purchase of our first property, which was help to buy.
They provided a very supportive, informative and professional service. Much appreciation goes to Adam Shire who was always just a phone call away and would send emails at all hours to ensure we met all deadlines.
The client portal was very useful in keeping up to date with what stage we were at also.
Thank you so much Adam and all at Connect2law. Would definitely recommend to all.
A big thank you to both Laura and Debbie at Connect2Law for all their patience and hard work. As an executor to an estate dealing with many charities they have kept me updated throughout the process and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them.
Thank you both once again.

Resposta da Connect2Law
Solicitor was unresponsive to all emails I sent her, rude on the phone to me; telling me “that’s life” to when I asked why she hadn’t let me know that we wouldn’t meet the exchange and completion deadlines we all agreed from the start!! Poor communication from start to finish and I had to do a lot of the answering of the other solicitors questions myself via my estate agent.
Would never use again

I wanted to share my experience with Connect2law.
I wish it was at least satisfactory, but i will leave it for you to judge.
I submitted my payment on 4th of June.
Completed - 12th of October.
To begin with, I must admit, there are good people working at the company, without whom I might have lost the deal all together.
First of all I would like to admire Klaudia's and the legal team's hard work with the initial steps.
Dan helped me and was more responsive than my conveyancor.
Unfortunately, both my solicitor and conveyancor were below my expectations to say the least. I have not even heard from my Solicitor.
There was very little progress between stages and I had to constantly chase to get answers. I was never sure if my questions were answered or if at all asked.
Still this was nothing compared to what i had to deal with when my conveyancor came on board. First she was on holiday before she even communicated to me and it took me at least 4 emails to find that out. I am happy for people taking vacation, but then they should not be on the case.
Also, when the conveyancor came on board I realized, that all the questions to the seller's solicitors if answered were lost in transition. And it seemed to start all over again.
Whenever I called (if my call was to be picked up) I was told that there are a lot of emails that she had to go through.
I often had to repeat my questions or try to get clarification. And to say the least, I was very discouraged to ask questions. I completely agree, that I had a lot of them, but this is a big deal for me as this is my first purchase.
Maybe I was expecting too much. I hoped that solicitors and conveyancor will help me have a better understanding of the process and the property I am buying.
I feel the fact that I was purchasing the share of freehold was simply ignored and until now I am waiting for share certificate and any indication of stocks (managing company) being transferred to my name. These were supposed to be in on completion.
There were multiple stages where the buyer wanted to pull out of the deal as my solicitors were not responsive.
Thanks to Dan, who actually helped me to avoid this.
In the end, we had an exchange and completion but at what cost.
- a lot of wasted time when questions could have been answered earlier.
- thus a rushed exchange and completion having some questions missed or ignored. Some of these raising issues with the flat purchased.
- a lot of worrying and not knowing what to expect and when to expect it
- not having any clear guidance post completion.
- being asked to pay additional charges not sure why or for what
I know this is not gonna be my last purchase and I don't know who I am to use - but definitely not Connect2Law.
Update:
I have asked the Connect2Law to let me know why one of my concerns regarding the lack of sound proofing was not picked up.
Their response: even if a specific question was raised the seller would have been able to say that the building regulations were complied with.
While the question was raised, in my opinion, they should have at least advised me that my question would not have disclosed any defect.
Speaking now with Connect2law they suggest I should have done a full structural survey. I know it is my mistake for not taking it and having a home buyers survey instead,
However, I would have hoped to have this advice before the exchange. Especially since they knew I had concerns.
My lesson out of this process: you cannot rely on your solicitors and conveyancors as much as I did, regardless that you would think they should work to help you.
To add, the conveyancors missed the fact that my local authority searches have not included the latest planning permission for extension below my flat.
Update 5th of February 2019
Still waiting for share certificate and any indication of stocks (managing company) being transferred to my name. These were supposed to be in on completion.

Resposta da Connect2Law
Overall, the completion time was promised at 8 weeks. This was delivered. The costs were very transparent from the start. Sometimes I found it difficult to get through to an account handler but when I did the service was helpful.
Once I got the direct dial for my conveyancer the process seemed to move a lot quicker and the advice received was obviously fully accurate. The conveyancer seemed generally passionate on making sure completion was achieved and everything was carried out correctly.
