It’s scam.

I ordered two coats for the value of 1.5K and returned both of them because I did not like the fit. They NEVER gave me the refund or replied to my emails about it. Luckily, YOU CAN ASK YOUR BANK TO REVERT THE TRANSACTION if you give proof you were scammed (I showed all the emails in which I got ghosted and proof of me sending back the coats via post, attaching the post receipts).

My bank eventually have me my money back after a few months. So I recommend that procedure if you we’re scammed like I was, but even better, do NOT buy from this company.

I had bought a fur coat with them which I knew was on preorder. The timing they had said online was correct and the coat came right when it estimated to be. When I got the coat it fit perfect, as their measurements online had helped direct me to which sizing was the best for me. The quality is so good on the coat and super warm! I’m not able to wear it yet since it is now approaching summer, but can’t wait to wear once it is colder outside!

I love Constance coats! I have purchased 3 coats from Constance, all lovely and the value you get for your money is very good. The quality is lovely, I received compliments, I enjoy wearing them and the customer service was very responsive. I will definitely purchase again. Their packaging could be a bit prettier and more protective of the lovely luxurious garments, but that's a minor aspect. I had to exchange my last purchased coat for a larger size and I got the right level of support with the return process. Thank you!

The worst experience ever!! The coat as very low quality for an 660 euros coat. The cut was terrible and I struggled to have contact with the company to return the item.
I sent the item and NEVER GOT A REFUND.
They do not reply to any of my mails.
I wish I had red the bad comments on this company before. It's a scam. Do not fall into the trap.

Buyer beware :The most disappointing experience – returns not honoured. In my experience Constancethelabel has no integrity whatsoever. I wish I had thought to check their reviews on trust pilot before I was conned.
I purchased a coat based on the company’s advertised 'easy returns' policy. The item arrived a week late, meaning it was no longer needed for my event. The coat was unworn and unused, and in addition did not fit, yet my return request was refused and no returns label was provided. Then constance ignored my emails.
Constance then stated the coat was “made to measure,” despite no measurements ever being requested and the item being available off the peg at the time of purchase, again with 'easy returns' advertised all over the feature.
Sharing this publicly to ask the company once again to accept the return and issue a full refund. I hope this helps others make an informed decision before ordering. Buyer beware. Constance has £1400 of my money and I have a 'jacket' that arrived a week late for the event for which I purchased it and does not even fit.

Ich habe mir den Lugano Cashmere Coat bei Constance The Label bestellt.
Positiv: Der Mantel besteht aus hochwertigem Material (Kaschmir/Wolle) und das Fell wirkt sehr edel und luxuriös. Optisch macht er wirklich etwas her, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist vom Material her fair.

Negativ: Die Verarbeitung im Detail hat mich enttäuscht. Schon bei der Lieferung war ein Knopf locker, dazu kamen lose Fäden und unsaubere Nähte. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert – man bot mir lediglich 10 % Rabatt an, wenn ich die Reparatur selbst übernehme. Das habe ich akzeptiert, aber bei einem Mantel in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich bessere Qualitätskontrolle und einen professionelleren Umgang mit Reklamationen erwartet.

Fazit: Wenn man mit kleineren Mängeln und Do-it-yourself-Reparaturen leben kann, bekommt man einen Mantel mit gutem Material. Wer aber makellose Verarbeitung und verlässlichen Kundenservice erwartet, sollte vorsichtig sein.

Ich hab Größe S bestellt, bin 167cm groß und wiege ca 54 Kilo, mit dickem Pullover wird es knapp, lieber eine Nummer größer nehmen

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Constance The Label. I placed an order totaling €483, which I later returned as per the company’s return policy. However, despite confirming the return was received, I have not received any refund to date.

I have followed up multiple times via email and other channels, but I continue to be ignored. It has now been 3 months, and this lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer quality service.

I expected professionalism, but instead, I feel scammed. This is not just poor customer service – this is withholding money owed. I urge the company to process my refund immediately and take responsibility for their actions.

Buyers, be cautious when ordering from this brand. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

An awful experience with this company. Customer service is non existent. Since returning my item on 30.5.25 (as per the 7 day returns policy), they have allocated my funds as a credit on account and are ignoring all communication requesting a full refund.

Thankfully I paid by credit card and my bank have been very clear that if evidenced these funds can be claimed back via the disputes team.

I highly avoid shopping with this supplier and only wish I had seen the abysmal reviews left by other shoppers.

Save your money and the headache.

Terrible customer service, I received the coat, but the sleeves were so short so I returned it. They never send my money back and I sent multiple emails to the company. They never answered me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent order. I purchased two items:
1. Constance Cashmere Coat - Cream (XS/S)
2. Winston Jacket - S (Preorder - Ships in Two Weeks)

Despite paying for both coats, I only received the Constance Cashmere Coat. I reached out to customer service on Instagram and was told both items should have been included, but they weren’t. I also tried contacting them via their website and email, but I’ve received no response whatsoever.

This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high price I paid for these items. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this store. Their service is completely unprofessional!

Ho effettuato un reso in data 29/11/2024 ma ad oggi nessun rimborso è stato effettuato. Il rimborso è pari ad Euro 700,00. Inoltre dopo continue richieste via mail di sollecito, nessun riscontro è pervenuto.

I wish I also read reviews before ordering.
1. I ordered it with priority delivery which was supposed to take 2-3 days, order arrived 8 days later after my emails that I specially paid for priority delivery…
2. Quality is really poor, now when I read all the reviews, can only relate to it. On the pictures it looks fancy and nice and the price is more than 500 EUR, when in reality coat looks like from aliexpress for max 30 EUR :))))) so it’s really scam to pay so much money for this shit
3. I asked for refund, apparently I need to pay for it almost 40 EUR and also + tax 70 EUR so in the end from the order of 500 EUR good if I can get 350 back, but I guess I will never get them, since after submitting return they should get in touch with you within 24 hours, it has been 3 days - haven’t heard nothing.. great, simply great.
So honestly I will not even bother to send it back, will keep it as my most stupid and expensive purchase, but just be aware, that you don’t purchase anything from them, it’s really a shit company.

I wish I read reviews first. Both jumpers look nothing like in the picture on the Facebook advert and the quality is shocking. I was not aware that it was coming from China but eventually figured it out when it took 3 weeks to deliver. (Had I known I would have not gone ahead). I have emailed twice to return items but no reply. Seems like a scam. Stay AWAY
