Copper Rivet Distillery Avaliações

Really quick easy delivery. Bottle arrived next day. A perfect gift.

The actual bottle box was a little tired/damaged either due to transit or storage which was a shame as it slightly spoilt the presentation side of the gift. I called lovely staff today who sent out replacement carton straight away.

You cant get better than that !

Really pleased with the originality of item and style and service.

Received gift vouchers for tour promptly

Really great communication from them re some gift vouchers I got for family. Made the process super simple and replied really fast to emails as well! Thank you

Great product.
Interaction with the company works very smoothly.

Was bought a whiskey tour for my birthday and it was a really enjoyable tour.

We learnt a lot about the distillery, it's history and the different types of spirit they brew at the Copper Rivet.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the samples very welcome.

Booked this on 18th December 2024 for a tour on 11th April 2025. This was quickly confirmed, but then we were bumped back from 1pm to 7.30 pm. They then informed us yesterday that this had been cancelled completely due to a "clash with a private hire booking".
Obviously they have had a late party booking which would mean more money for them, and rather than try to accommodate us, who had booked four months in advance, we were given the bum's rush.
So the message is if your are a small party, book somewhere else that actually cares about it's customers.

The best gin you will ever taste 🍸

The website is easy to navigate, my package was delivered within the time frame, And the Vodka was great,

Very quick response to order and quick delivery.

My son bought this for my 60th birthday I really enjoyed it

Have bought their products for myself and for gifts and have had very good reports back from the recipients. Also enjoyed it myself with memories as an ex RN man who Served in Chatham Dockyard.

Quality product

Product delivered really quickly, I ordered 2 bottles of dockyard gin thinking it was Chatham dockyard gin and it was the London gin that I mistakenly ordered but that’s my fault so will need to order again.

Bought voucher for friend's special birthday. Promptly sent.

The girl that answered the phone was really helpful. She was new, but obtained the information I needed explaining the gift vouchers I required for the Restaurant were only available at present on the Distillery website which they are merging at the moment. The vouchers were despatched by second class post and arrived just over a week later. All done as promised thank you. Andrew

I bought vouchers for a tour as a gift having experienced one there myself. The website was easy to use and it was simple to find the vouchers. I had to wait almost a week for them to arrive (2nd class post) which is the only thing I would ask to be improved

Bought a small bottle of Navy Strength Gin on the website, collected from the distillery. All went very smoothly, just like a real retail transaction.
Haven’t tasted the Gin yet as it was for a birthday present but if it’s anything like the normal Gin then it’ll be fine.

Great service, thank you.

Delivered on time and well packaged

You go the extra mile, very helpful.
