Beware! Order to be “Seaglass“ Christmas tree craft project. There was not one piece of Seaglass in the kit, it was all plastic. Item came with absolutely no instructions on how to assemble, not that I couldn’t figure it out, and the piece itself is not even worth five dollars, let alone 25. Took five weeks to get here as well and said that it came from Italy which I doubt. Don’t purchase from this company.

I have had several contacts with Coverfrot and still have not received my order or refund. It is almost 2 months now.
Beware.

THE WORST clothing/sweater purchase I have ever made. Took forever to arrive. Should have checked this crappy company out. They actually advertised as called “Cashmiretribe”. But the order went through it said was from “Coverfrot”. Terrible fabric, and crooked, unwearable, ridiculous. I could have sewn this better myself and I'm no seamstress (yes it’s not even the advertised fabric, thin garbage like material). DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Lesson learned for me. Garbage. Regretful purchase to say the least!!

I am only giving 1 star because the item FINALLY arrived. I ordered a Christmas countdown item and it FINALLY arrived. The day after Christmas. One month and 2 days AFTER I ordered it. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement.. I ordered this on Nov 24th and paid extra for 4-8 day shipping. It should have arrived by Dec 5th at the LATEST. On December 5th I first contacted them and they gave me a tracking website that said it didn't ship until Dec 5th. Every few days I would check it and the updates would say "in transit". Finally the week before Christmas I got them to send me a different tracking with the carrier information but still it didn't arrive until December 26th.

Do NOT order from this company if you want to receive your item. And the quality of this is questionable. Can we use it, yes. Is it produced with any sort of quality, no. This company should not be trusted and doesn't deserve your business.

This is a scam. The quality is poor and the sizes are way off. I emailed for a refund and they offered me $3. I tried to return and it would have cost over $200 to return. They have now increased their offer to $7. I feel like I'm being punked! Worst company ever!

Terrible quality! I ordered 2 jumpsuits and the material is cheap see through polyester! I contacted their customer service to begin a return and after jumping through their hoops (submitting numerous photos of packaging and the jumpsuits) they respond with “this is what you ordered sorry for your dissatisfaction” DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Would give this store 0 stars if I could. Quality is terrible, nothing like the photos / videos and they don't offer returns/refunds even though their website says they do. Saw it on an instagram ad, pretty sure this is a dodgy website/company

This is not a reputable company. If I could only give no stars, I would've. I ordered the jumpsuits and they're not the same quality as advertised. Very cheap material, fit is terrible, and worst of all, they refused to give me a refund despite their online promise of free return within 90 days and 100% money-back guarantee. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered several weeks ago. Hi end clothes for cheaper prices. Never received items. It’s been out shipping for weeks according to their website. Just another scam.

Item material not as advertised, fit not as advertised. Would not give a refund. This company is a rip off! Don’t even bother! Terrible customer service and long wait times for shipment and any problem resolution. Items way too long expensive for quality.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They say they have a 100% satisfaction refund policy but they will not give you your money back. For over 6 weeks I've been doing email back and forth with this company to try and get my money back as the item did not fit. The most recent email said that they would give me back $2. I kids you not. $2. They are a scam company and 100% frauds. I tried to put a warning on their comment section on Instagram but Instagram suspended my account for 2 days for doing so. Horrible company. All lies.

You a bogus tracking number that says item is coming from italy when it is really coming from china. I searched the tracking company they use and its a non-existent non registered company. I filed a paypal claim for a refund and asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund so i escalated my case. The next day, i received hundreds of spam msgs on the email i used to order and my bank account was compromised. Good thing i caught on and called my bank immediately. This is a much bigger scam more than just selling items you wont receive but they will also attempt to access your bank information and sell your information. Not sure why facebook is allowing this kind of company to have ads.

Well they got me. Placed an order today. The charge that showed up on my card was more than the total shown on the website. I got confirmation emails from third party addresses, and customer service is ALSO handled through a 3rd party which utilizes an automated system before any real person sees the issue.

The website says orders may be cancelled before they are shipped; however, the automated customer service states it must kick the request up to the correct department and to please allow 24 hrs for a response.

What are the chances I get a response before the item is shipped?? I am not optimistic.

If I do hear back from the company in time to cancel my order, I’ll be sure to update this review.

As others have stated, I typically search a company’s reputation outside of their website before purchasing and did not this time.

Update #1: The company claimed that the overcharge was an error and said they would refund overage instead of cancelling my order as I requested. The partial refund is not yet reflected on my account. I reiterated that I wanted the entire order to be cancelled.

I am now expecting that over $100 has officially been stolen from me.

Also, the reviews on the website itself are either bogus or filtered out. I attempted to write a one star review after the issue was not resolved. Refreshing the page deletes the review.

Update#2: As I suspected, while my complaint was in the hands of “Customer Service” the order I requested to be cancelled twice was, in fact, shipped. I reported the company to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud (as it claims it’s items are made in the US), though as I suspect this is actually a foreign merchant, I don’t anticipate any resolution.

I’ve reported this company to the Federal Trading Commission and encourage anyone else affected to do the same. Placed an order from this company, promising 100% money back guarantee and made in USA. Items arrived from abroad (Barcelona in my case), terrible quality, made of polyester, terrible fit. Tried to start a return and just ran into roadblock after roadblock. They encourage you to give the items away because the cost to return them will be so expensive to you, but I couldn’t even get them ti tell me the cost of a return. I discovered I wasn’t alone in my poor experience of this company through trustpilot (I normally research companies but didn’t have my eye on the ball this time clearly). Eventually decided my time would be better spent filing a report to the FTC.

WARNING DON'T DO IT! This site is a complete scam on EVERY level. 1st, their clothing is not at all as described. They are extremely cheaply made. 2nd, they are NOT made in America as stated on their website. Mine shipped from Ireland and took 3 months to get here. 3rd, their website claims "100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee", that's a lie.
When shopping on line I look at everything before ordering, unfortunately this time I did not because of the "100% No Risk Guarantee" and because they stated "Made in America". It's just a bunch of crap. I will continue to fight this purchase until I receive my money back, as promised. Do your research people.

I wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing from this company. I thought i was good at spotting a scam, but I got fooled by this one. The product has not arrived. I feel like they have created a sophisticated system where they make it look like the product is being sent from the United States. They send you fake updates spread out over many weeks, and the product arrives in the destination country but in a weird location, in my case remote Australia. Customer service is Ai and tells you it's being tracked and checked, then they say that the courier company is updating their tracking. The Paypal dispute shows the company is actually in China and probably sent from China, so that's a big red flag right there. Anyway, hopefully PayPal will refund me. Stay away from this company. not trustworthy at all.

Its been 2 months since I placed my order and the product has still not arrived. According to the first tracking information they gave me it was in New Jersey in Mid-september so it should have arrived in FL by now. When I go online to get assistance they give me an automated system that gives me a different tracking number that says the product is in China. You can't get a real person to actually help you.

I purchased 2 jumpsuits that looked very nice in the photos. The material is horrible, thin and very scratchy. The workmanship is poor. I wrote a note requesting refund and coverfrot asked for photos. They refuse any return or refund even though they fraudulently described their product. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering the jumpsuits that kept popping up in my Instagram & FB feeds.This company is a scam, they do not stand by their supposed customer satisfaction guarantee policy. My experience is like those many have described here. tThe jumpers took several weeks to arrive regardless of the expedird shipping promise. The quality was TERRIBLE , & the cut did not match what was shown in the video. The jumper’s wide flowy pant legs were too short & narrow at the ankle, not at all as was shown in the promo, .The company was not helpful at all. The attitude was a that’s what you ordered. No, I ordered what was modeled in the video. I believe their promo videos are stolen from the company that designed the jumper.They made a poor imitation, that is of poor quality all the way around- cut, shape, material binding,
does not match the style shown in the vide advpromo. . In sum this is a rip off- a rip off from another designer.& to your pocket. Stay away!

As below- should have read this before purchasing. Website says you can return but they won’t let you and get a dodgy email run around.
