Similar to others, I ordered two jumpsuits off this website. They are cheap and fit poorly. Despite adhering to their website policy for returns I was told they would not accept returns and I should give them away. It was also difficult to communicate with them and their responses were unacceptable.

I purchased 2 items, and advert said returns were allowed. Yes, I have contacted the company 8x to request a return label. Each time I get an email that directs me to a link that gives me the run around. It's now been 7 wks since I ordered. The jumpsuits don't fit well and are very cheap fabric.

This company sells bogus items. They claim they are American made but they are Made in China. The receipt they provide does not match what they charge your credit card and the never refund the overcharged amount. When you contact them the minute, the fake item arrives to tell them you want to return it and you asked what the process is to return and get a refund. They never respond to you day after day if trying this for a week. They still have not responded to me. Their Customer Service System never responds back. They claim to have a 100 % No Risk Money Guarantee but that is also not true. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company unless you want to be ripped off!

Order jumpsuits came 3 months later cheap material when asked for a return they told me it’s highest quality to give to someone else do not buy from them I’m out money and products

No stars! Jumpsuit was cheap, awful fit and had stings pulling everywhere. Do not buy! Beware!

If I could give a minus star I would. The jumpsuits are a total knockoff. Nothing like what you get. Paid for express delivery but still took over six weeks to arrive. Tracking said it was coming from USA. But when I’ve challenged it through my appal I am being told after two months of arguing I have to send it to China. DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

They make so difficult to returned merchandize. At the end, I have to keep something that I do not like. I will never buy something from them again.

Terrible customer service for returns. It took well past the 14 days to get my clothing item. I was constantly redirected to some link with no connection to anyone via email or using the link they provided. The company suggested to not return items because “it is too costly to return”.

Altho Coverfrot's website claims items made and shipped in the U.S., mine were shipped from Sweden and took a month and a half to arrive. Very inferior products to the rompers that were advertised. I'm chalking this up to a learning experience and launching an investigation through Paypal.

Ordered clothing from an Instagram ad that appeared to have a LONG list of very happy customer reviews. Once ordered, I received an email from the company, coverfrot.com, with a tracking link from this "24hrservice vip" showing the UK. From that moment, I was pretty confident the entire thing was a complete scam. I was right. Got emails with tracking showing the package in transit. Close to one month later, the tracking stated "delivered at mailbox". Never received. Contacted company via email (no phone # listed) and got a reply to check with my post office because tracking shows delivered. I'm confident there was never a package shipped. Contacted my credit card and currently have an open and under review dispute of charges. Don't buy things off social media folks. They make things look so legit with hundreds or thousands of happy customers. It's all scams of no products being sent at all or very inferior quality crap clothes from China.

Then, when pushed, they offered me $2 ii persisted over a period of 6-8 weeks but could only push them to $12.00! They are not true to their word. Do not order anything from these people.

The company initially claimed to be based in the US, but when I received my tracking number, it indicated that the items were being shipped from Ireland. I am currently in the process of disputing the transaction through PayPal because I have not received the items. Coverfrot has provided a "legitimate" tracking number to PayPal as part of their investigation with the seller. Interestingly, the real tracking number reveals that the item was actually shipped from China.

If you visit their Facebook page's comments section, you'll notice several reviews from different users who have used identical pictures, all praising the items. I've come to realize that those accounts were actually bots so beware!

It took forever to get the Spanx jumpsuit dupes.
I knew the quality would be poor but I was hopeful by the other reviews. I ordered my usual medium.
It is WAY too small and there has been NO way to return or even exchange it. I have been put into this circular text/email chain that gets me NO results. They actually told me to find someone else to take them or offered me $2 compensation. When I try to comment on their instagram ads about these, they immediately report my comment as spam.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD! The entire experience is a SCAM!

They offered a discount on my purchase. My transaction never completed on the website, so there is no order on file, but my credit card was charged the discounted amount.

WITHIN MOMENTS of this failed purchase, no less than 12 IDENTICAL FRAUDULENT CHARGES in the undiscounted amount appeared in overseas locations. (The first was in London, the second was in Hong Kong, ....)

Because I typed in my credit card on their website, the credit card company is making me jump through extra hoops to have the charge declared fraudulent. Their automated response to my support request contained support links deemed "Suspicious" by my Norton 360 software.

The essential jumpsuit is a piece of crap. This is a fraud/scam do not buy this garbage, totally not what was advertised.

Took over a month to send out something made of polyester instead of cotton.

If I could give a zero I would. Bunch of frauds! Impossible to communicate with customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They state 100% no risk money back guarantee. This is rubbish and totally misleading. I purchased a jumpsuit based on the video reviews and when it turned up it was too small, ill fitting, polyester. Tried to get a refund and they stated to just gift it to someone else. Doubt I will get a refund but I’ll do my best to warn others.

The produce does not at all match the online description. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund but I suspect I will be in the same position as everyone else on this website. Like everyone else - I feel a bit dumb not having checked reviews first. Have reported to Paypal.
