Sizes are way too small and not accurate According to their size chart, they will not return and not refund!
do not order from them.!!

Extremely poor experience.
I received 2 jumpsuits which were too small.
The jumpsuits were poor fabric quality however I accepted this for the price.
I requested an exchange for larger size or a refund as stated per policy on their website.
I received several unprofessional responses.
They would not provide return address or any exchange or refund.
I would advise against buying anything from this fraudulent and unprofessional website. Don't waste your money.
I was eventually offered $5 compensation. I could not be bothered with the insult.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. Really bad customer service, in fact no customer service. Ordered two jumpsuits at $59.38 for both. Took weeks to arrive and when they did they were polyester rubbish. Extremely small in size and no information on how to return/exchange or get a refund. From previous reviews I see that my chance of returning them is low. I will keep them and donate to a charity shop. Maybe some good will come if the purchase.

Item is super small ordered 2XL its a 12-14 in size. Won't give money back. I was overcharged and offered a credit for the overcharge, that never hit my paypal. The item is crappy, polyester, garbage that will have picks and broken seams. Don't be tempted customer service is AWFUL!

Like all of above this is a scam company. They send inferior goods so there is no comeback as they say they have fulfilled their part of the contract. The garment jumpsuit was very poor quality wrong colour and miles too long! They refuse a return and offered 3 dollars to keep! Do not use this company!!!!

Can we not give zero stars absolutely terrible service. Jumpsuits aren’t that bad but ordered the wrong size so can’t wear and they won’t take back and swap. Completely ignore you it’s a scam and probably work out of a sweat shop

This company is a scam. I believe it is a Chinese company pretending to be in London. The quality was absolutely awful and they are refusing to accept the return, saying, it will be too expensive for me to do so. In their last email they offered $3.00 in compensation if I keep the dress! Do not order anything from this company.

Having received the products the fabric was heavy polyester, no drape and totally unacceptable. I started the question of a return and refund immediately on receipt. After several "delay tactics', photos being sent, the bottom line is they don't give refunds.
Do not purchase unless you are prepared to forgo any type of refund.

I am in the process of trying to return the items I ordered. Coverfrot advertises 100% no-risk money back. Instead of giving my refund, they are asking me to give the items to a friend!!!!!!!

I am echoing the same review of this company. They claim to provide a full refund but they are using every excuse to not refund my purchase. I would Not buy from this company.

I'm going to continue to get my money back through Paypal and BBB.

Awful!!! It took weeks to get my order, following chaser after chaser. It’s arrived and the quality was horrible, and the fit is equally as bad. Trying to get an address to return is like pulling teeth!! The first response was, due to high shipping costs I’m better off keeping it!! I’m still pushing, but they do not want to allow me to opportunity to return. I can see them pushing this into the 14 day return period so I’m not able to return, DO NOT order from these fools!!!

Buyer Beware! No returns allowed! If you don’t like the item you ordered and want a return, it is not allowed! Ridiculous!

I ordered 2 jumpsuits and they don’t fit. I have asked several times for the return address but they won’t give me one. They offered me $3 and then $5. I said NO I will pay to send them back. NOTHING! I am very unhappy. Don’t order from them as the service is AWFUL!

Do NOT order from this company. I requested a refund within minutes and they refused. Despite me not having received the goods and the goods not having been shipped. This site is a SCAM!!!

Bought 2jumpsuits and they were too small. I’ve been trying for over a week to exchange. Keep getting run around from their automated return site. Do not order from this company!

I had the same experience as other reviewers. I ordered a jumpsuit. I'm a classic medium size and ordered as such. It came up very snug indeed and I wanted to return it. Emailed them and they won't honour the return. They'll pay me 3 or 6 USD. I quoted their 90 day no quibble returns policy to them (actually sent a screenshot of it on their website) and they said it wasn't company policy to give returns as there was nothing wrong with the product. I asked where their T&Cs were on their website as they were acting illegally by not honouring their guarantee. They're now not responding at all. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 5 jumpsuits in two sizes to try, because I didn't know if the large or medium would fit best. The return policy says "100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee" and "We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station."
I contacted them the day I received them because I couldn't even get the large over my hips. They run small! I cannot get the company to provide me a return address. The number is disconnected, so you can only email. The email responses are ridiculous. Stating they'll give me $8 back or $3 back and I can keep them. I paid over $150 for these and don't want to keep something I can't use. I was also told because they are of superior quality, I could keep them and give them away. I'm so frustrated. I'm guessing next they'll tell me I'm past the 14-day period they allow returns and they will string me along until then. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I’d like to give it 0 stars. The size chart was not accurate by at least 2 sizes and I have been told that exchanges and returns are too expensive, that I should just order a different size. The return policy said that I have 30 days but they are not honoring that. I am unsure of the exact date of the order but have used June 5 as that’s about when the item arrived.
