NEVER BUY FRIM THIS COMANY - they are a total sham and scam you!

I ordered in AUD and was then charged US dollars, which is about double the cost. I emailed immediately but was ignored. They proceeded to post after I asked to cancel the order, even before it could have been sent!

As per all the other reviews that I failed to read before making a purchase - total waste of money! I bought 2 x Jumpsuits in different colours and 1 fits but the other is so small I can't even get it on. I contact Customer Support only to be told I was sent the correct sizes and to give the item to someone else. They are clearly making a fortune over poor sods like me who take a chance and don't read the reviews first.

I will not buy from this place ever again, it's a fraud!!
First, I was overcharged, my purchase receipt showed a total of $39.50, and got charged $47.40. Took me a while finding how to contact the "company". Finally I found an emai addres, so I inquired about the extra charge. They, at least, apologize and reimbursed me the difference. The jumpsuit arrived, it doesn't look like it was presented. Its made of cheap material, no quality whatsoever its poorly designed. Doesn't fit, the upper part is too short that I couldn't pull it all the way up to my shoulders. I've requested instructions for returns and a reimbursement but they responded that they would not accept a return. Nowhere in the website its specified that sales are final. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Do not buy from this website/company. I was fortunate to receive my items and received updates on the delivery throughout. However when the items arrived they were not of high quality material and did not fit. It wasn’t that it was just a little bit too small, on one product I couldn’t even pull the item up my body.
I contacted the company and they have done nothing to resolve my issue apart from offer me 3-5USD compensation for over $100 worth of products.
I wasn’t clever enough to read reviews first. Please take on board mine and others reviews. I’m now having to go through my credit card to see if I am eligible for chargeback

Total scam company. It's been over 4 weeks since I ordered. The tracking website is listed as a malware site. I went to it anyway and it shows my clothing was shipped to the USA and then to Canada, where it has been sitting for the last three weeks. I cancelled the charge with my credit card company and blocked any further charges from them. AVOID this company

Very poor customer service I wish I read all reviews before I purchased .. I need to return item and they are telling me to give to someone else…. Very poor customer service and sents to link to machine I am ready to report to better business bureau

I would give this company's clothing products less stars if this was a possibility.

The jumpsuit I received, had four separate defective areas. Missed top stitching around the neck, double and looped stitching on the top stitching of the pocket, off grain wrinkled edging on the pocket, and stains underneath the pocket.

I followed the instructions and sent pictures and video of the defective area and was offered $4. 50 as a refund.

The product is very poorly made, and the company does not stand behind their product. Do not purchase from this company.

Terrible customer service!!! I’m trying to unsubscribe from their email list and they won’t let me. They keep referring me to an automated text that keeps asking me to purchase a product.

Like many of the other reviews say, this is a scam. The website promises 100% guarantee and 90 day free refund. The product is of terrible quality and not true to fit at all. It’s absolutely terrible that they get away with this.

The jumpsuit I ordered online from Coverfrot is VERY poorly made and wrongly sized. It is unwearable. I have requested a return/refund for the item. The suggested solution from Coverfrot's customer support is 'to give the item to someone else'. I don't dislike anyone enough to gift them this junk. There is no return service available. An absolute sham of a company. Spend your money elsewhere.

Worst experience ever!! Fabric was cheap, strings hanging from it everywhere, and jumpsuit was nothing like described on Facebook. The jumpsuit doesn’t even fit and they won’t give me a refund or exchange. Scam company.

This is none other than a knock off of the AirEssentials Jumpsuit from Spanx. I feel like I'm one of the lucky ones though, having actually received a package - imagine that! Ordered July 5th and immediately regretted making the purchase and was skeptical. Received shipping updates via email, so it looked promising and lo and behold, a package arrived on July 31st!! Product is indeed soft and drapey but also heavier; more polyester-y and definitely not luxuious! To top it all off, my receipt stated $38.84 for one jumpsuit and the charge that came through was $46.61. And as others have mentioned, cannot return or get a refund of some kind for the difference as this is now fraudulent in all aspects. $46 down the drain. Company is obviously NOT based in London or the Netherlands or anywhere in Europe (as shipping updates indicated) and package clearly arrived from China. Website is also wonky - some days it works and other days it doesn't even open. I'm kicking myself for not being as cautious as I should. Please be extra vigilant with online purchases and remember the old adage - if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. total scam. Item is horrible, cheapest fabric and colour is ugly peach instead of Fawn. Just awful. They're also making it difficult to get refund. Don't buy anything from them. Shame on Facebook/Instagram for advertising them. Very mad at my self for falling for this.

If I could give a 0 I would. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE! Firstly I waited 9 weeks for my item. It was supposed to be the Air Essentials Tracksuit set from Spanx but it has finally arrived and it is some VERY cheap set that didn't look or feel anything like the description or the false advertising they use. It was also damaged with a hole in the leg. I have asked for a refund repeatedly and they just keep using automated replies. A total SCAM and a very expensive lesson for me to check reviews before buying online.

Absolutely awful quality! The jump suits look nothing like what was advertised on Facebook. Badly made and I’ll fitting sizes. So angry with myself for purchasing this online rubbish and wasting my hard earned cash. Took forever to be shipped and I can’t even be bothered to return so will donate to charity. So annoyed that these type of companies exist!

If only I can give “0 ⭐️” to this company. This company is ridiculous. They wont accept my return because the policy says they send a right size even though the jumpsuit wont fit to the customer! Beware of this scam company if you dont want to waste your money! They are totally SCAM! Thry send a bery very bad wuality Jumpsuit!

Like other reveiwers I had an extremely poor experience. Their website said 100% no risk 90 day money back guarantee but they are refusing a refund unless there is a defect and will not provide a retrun address. The sizing charts are inaccurate. The jumpsuits are way smaller than expected. I would not buy from this company.

I wanted to exchange an item (for size) & was unable. So much for free returns??? I was told to gift the item because shipping charges to China are cost prohibitive.
