Perfect. Great communication from James prior to and during manufacture. Very well packaged for a fragile item. Exceeded my expectations. Many thanks to you all at Crafty neon for the excellent service.

I ordered a light for my son’s bedroom… it is perfect and the finishing touch. Really good quality and arrived really quickly - wrapped really well 🙏🏻 will definitely order again!

Amazing from start to finish.
The sign is everything I wanted; the staff listened to me and adjusted the design before they went into production and the result arrived very well packaged with all the needed hardware.
Fair pricing, great customer service, beautiful product. Would happily buy from them again.

Such a good service we bought another sign for our sunbed shop. Great value. Quick delivery. Definitely recommend

Sign is fab, great speed for delivery, looks great

The confirmation of what I required before product production then the speed with which it was made and dispatched pleased me greatly. A thoroughly professional approach. Great communication through out.

Great item, well packaged and turned around fast too. All at a good price

Efficient service and delivery. Very pleased with the product.

I bought a neon sign from Crafty Neon Signs as a present and was blown away by the quality. Compared to similar products I’ve seen from other sellers, this one is on another level — sturdy, vibrant, and beautifully made. The ordering process was simple, delivery was prompt, and the sign arrived exactly as described. It made such an impact as a gift and really stood out. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase and would highly recommend Crafty Neon Signs to anyone looking for something special and premium.

Fantastic service. Placed order and had correspondence quickly to confirm order style and to ensure everything was as expected. Delivered promptly and was perfect.

Love my sign so much. A beautiful turquoise colour and it fits perfectly on my log cabin. Quick turnaround and delivery. Well packaged and just as I wanted.

Would recommend 100%. The sign looks great and was delivered quickly after mentioning it was a birthday present. The customer service was really good and they were happy to amend the positioning of the design after sharing a mock-up before production.

Absolutely amazing company. They listened to all I asked for and were patient. The customer service was excellent and would 100% recommend. The sign itself was amazing quality. Thank you very much!!!

James was fantastic. Not only did he resolve my company delivery issue, he also sent me a photograph of my completed neon. This was my 3rd order through Crafty Neon and due to branch expansions, I’ll soon be placing my 4th order. Thank you James.
