Garden Room
We purchased a garden office building (Holt) through Crane. Honestly the whole experience with them has been a 9.75 of 10, deserving of a 5-star review. The whole team is professional, kind and responsive, and there are a handful of really special individuals. They led me through the purchase phase and installation phase amazingly. There was a horrendous hiccup due to the faulty foundation a contractor I hired put in, and Crane and their team was there to solve in a way that was truly exemplary. Sometimes they were a tiny bit slow or not incredibly proactive, but that is splitting hairs. I add this small criticism just to accentuate how to truly excellent the experience otherwise was. The installation folks were also kind and professional.

After writing a review crane garden…
After writing a review crane garden building contacted myself to offer a explanation of the john lewis contract with themselves.
This said they have offered to change the doors and complete the outstanding works.
I am waiting for a date for when this will be completed as the room is unsafe for use.
The customer services manager for crane was very helpful and we have agreed a solution.
John lewis on the other hand is a different matter as they are advertising a product that is not what crane supply.
I will post a another review upon completion

Crane Classic Shed
At all times, all staff were informative, patient, friendly and professional. From the local team, to Head Office to the fitting team. We fiddled and altered all the way, and Crane were very accommodating and made the whole process straight forward and easy.
The shed itself, is well made, solid, designed as requested, and looks great.

We visited Crane Garden Buildings…
We visited Crane Garden Buildings Nottingham to look at Summer Houses.
We received fantastic customer service from Esther, really good knowledge of the range of all of the Crane garden rooms on display.
Esther answered all our questions , mine more on the visual aspect , my husband had a few technical queries, all answered.
We really liked the Garden rooms on display , the quality was very good, and Esther’s customer service was first class, these two factors together made our decision to pick Crane Garden Buildings as the company we wanted to supply our Summer House.

We have just ordered a second Crane garden room as we moved house. The product is top quality and was still looking like the day it was built 6 years later.

From start to finish- Excellent
From start to finish I have been very impressed with Crane Garden Buildings. The advice given by Rob during my initial enquiries at Burford Garden Centre was helpful and honest. Further to that, emails were always replied to by return and I was helped with the planning application process and provided with extra drawings. I was able to change my mind on the details right up until 2 weeks before delivery.
The actual installation was seamless - James and Lewis were incredibly professional, friendly, worked from dawn till dusk: Nothing was too much trouble.

Potting shed
The whole team from salesman to builders were brilliant. Ty( sales and advice), Matthew (sales) Tanya(customer services), Chris, Rob (laid base), Mark and Sam (built the shed), were polite friendly, helpful.

The quality of the shed (from the superior range) is very good indeed. The company kept me well informed at all stages from ordering to installation and were very helpful in dealing with any questions I raised. In all, it was a very pleasant, hassle-free transaction.

choosing a summerhouse was so easy
choosing a summerhouse was so easy with the help and advice of Joanna Haines . We were never pushed to have one only helped . Sending us photos and very knowledgeable about what we would need with the space we had . The delivery and fitting team were fantastic too , highly recommend.
