A number of factors contributed to a very frustrating and stressful journey with this clinic. Clinician’s inexperience led to a failed initial cycle. We witnessed additional dysfunction from the embryology team at CREATE. It was incredibly difficult to communicate with a nurse or clinician in times of need. Also obtaining the appropriate drugs was not always straight forward. All of this culminated in a more expensive, much longer and unnecessarily traumatic experience for my partner and I. Perhaps all this can be contributed to company policy, rather than individual fault? We hope this clinic endeavours to provide a more individual and personal approach to patient care.

After three years of failed treatment attempts, we brought home our beautiful baby boy last week! Our care at Create was so personalised and tailored, given the results our results from previous rounds at another clinic. Thank you so much to the team at Create St Pauls, in particular Dr. Kulkarni, for making our dreams come true!

Our experience with Create Fertility was better than we could have imagined. When you think fertility treatment you think stressful and extremely hard. Well, Create made our experience positive and made us feel at ease. They monitor you so often and with such care to ensure your journey is going as it should or to see how they can manage it/change it if it is not going as it should be. I would recommend using Create Fertility to anyone needing this treatment.

Create Fertility came recommended to us from a friend, and I would recommend them to others too. They were amazing with us, they were easily contactable, supportive, slightly more affordable (for our situation) & we had a great result at the end with a lovely baby boy. No one calls me back or responds to emails. I thought this was just a problem with you not receiving my emails last week, but this week it’s the same thing. I rang up to book a Hycosy and no one called me back. I waited 3 hours and called again, was told again that someone would call me back, but again no one called. Today I’ve rung 3 times to confirm I can proceed with ordering the donor sperm, but again no one calls me back or responds to emails. I have no idea what’s happening! I’ve now booked my Hycosy with the NHS who responded straight away. This is really extremely disappointing.

To all the staff at Create St Paul’s, you’re amazing. Always there to check in on me and answer any questions. Appreciate everything you have done for us and without them this journey would not have been possible. I am officially 7 weeks pregnant and so grateful for everything. Thank you ❤️

Me and my wife decided to do shared motherhood after having a positive consultation with Dr Christos. After baseline scans on us both back in December 2020 it was decided that I would go for the egg collection due to having more follicles than my Wife and she would be the one to try and get pregnant. In March 21 I had the egg collection at St Paul’s. After 6 days I had 4 embryos that made it to blastocyst stage and all were frozen. First FET for my wife in April 21 sadly didn’t work but the experience was good and staff were attentive. Second FET in June 21 also didn’t work and this time my Wife felt that a certain nurse lacked professionalism and was quite rude. After a lot of thought we decided to continue our journey with Create but this time I would be the one doing the FET. I had the transfer in November 21 and we had the amazing news that I was pregnant. I gave birth to a beautiful boy prematurely at 34 weeks in July 22 and although he was sadly born with a rare type of leukaemia and was in hospital for 2 months, he is now in remission and is a happy nearly 7 month old. We will always be eternally grateful for Create helping us make the family we have always wanted. The only reason we are dropping a star is we found the admin side of things very slow and disorganised. We had two coordinaters. First one brilliant second one very hit and miss. We were always chasing. All the Drs were lovely and I had a good egg collection experience and my FET went well and I felt cared for. I have one embryo left in the freezer and in time we may return again. Thank you :-)

Really great clinic. Clean, efficient and kind. Their milder treatments worked for us - we were lucky and our transfer worked first time. Our little boy was born in November. We couldn’t be happier.

Clinicians were excellent and great at communication. Thought it was good that complex cases were discussed in MDT meetings. Easily accessible. Transparent about costs. Really helpful when I was away at a conference and needed a scan in Birmingham despite my usual treatment taking place in London.

I felt completely safe and cared for in their hands. Given how nerve wrecking the process is, this is wonderful.

Although my experience at the actual clinic was good, the reason I can’t rate Create Fertility high is because it is nearly impossible to get your treatment booked in. The patient coordinator is always busy, you never get a chance to speak. You need to call and chase repeatedly to ask for next steps and to book your treatment in. I do understand that they are dealing with a high volume of cases but I wonder if they adequately staffed to manage the demand. It also makes me wonder whether they will be able to devote time and attention to carry out our treatment properly or whether it will be rushed. As this is a private fertility clinic I expect better customer care and it is not displayed. Hence the 3 stars.

My experience at Create St Paul’s has been a truly stressful one, having undergone IVF previously at other clinics I had experience of the fertility world but nothing prepared me for the terrible service we received at Create, we paid for 3 cycles of mild IVF and from day one we experienced huge delays on communications, errors on prices, delays on test results (at one point the clinic thought our sample for the DNA fragmentation had been lost only for them to discover it had been sent to another lab and no one was aware), then it came to the actual treatment; there was no consistency with the doctors - I never got to meet my assigned doctor face to face and saw a different one for every visit, we would often turn up for appointments and be asked to fill out forms that had already been completed or our details were not on the system correctly. During a cycle scan a doctor was more interested in asking me if I could get her son an internship at my workplace than explaining the scan and discussing my treatment she even insisted on giving me her e mail address to try and help her which was completely inappropriate. My medication was changed halfway through my cycle it was a rush to get the medication from the clinic before it closed and we found that we were given no guidance on how to store the medication, how to administer it, and no details to say if this was a replacement for my current injection or to be taken alongside - I called the nurses to check, I was promised a call back no one contacted me, when I heard nothing and it was then after office hours I called the out of hours mobile a couple of times, it was eventually answered by a courier driver who had the phone to deliver somewhere. I had no choice but to rely on google to try and figure things out, the next morning I contacted our patient coordinator to confirm if I had done the right thing but I did not get a response until 3 days later. During the egg retrieval the toilet on the ward was not working so all patients had to use the ones next to reception and walk past everyone in reception in gowns, hair nets and foot coverings which was not ideal and also not great infection control. Following on from all of this we were still prepared to give the clinic a chance especially as we had paid for 3 cycles so I contacted the patient coordinator to book in for our next cycle and order the drugs and 7 days later and we still had no response, after this we gave up, we felt we had lost faith in the clinic, IVF is stressful enough without having to continually chase the clinic and receive poor patient service and errors in return so we lodged a formal complaint and requested a refund for the remaining treatment and asked for our medical notes to be sent - our patient coordinator was very apologetic and promised she would arrange this by the end of that week but over 2 weeks later and we are still chasing both and finding our e mails and calls are being ignored. Having been a patient at other IVF clinics in London I can honestly say this has been the most stressful, disorganised and inappropriate and uncaring clinic that I have ever come across and my advice would be to please think carefully before using them.

We’ve recently done successful treatment at create clinic. They’ve got wonderful team of professionals. We’ve had our initial consultations with Dr. Abhijeet Kulkarni. He’s guided us and explained whole process and stages very clearly to us. Following scan sessions, blood tests were properly planned by the excellent team of doctors and nurses. Dr. Rao has helped us through the procedures as well.

The clinic at St. Pauls is very well connected and well equipped. Everytime the experience was smooth and comfortable. The medicines were delivered at home in time. The Ms. Caira our coordinator provided us with excellent support on communications and payment schedules etc. We would definitely recommend create.

Despite paying private clinic prices you definitely don’t receive the appropriate level of care.

1. My appointments were messed up several times by reception but they refused to accept fault. I was left waiting on zooms for up to 1 hr each time I had an appointment- sometimes 2 times in one day. I appreciate things run late but you should also appreciate it’s a big deal for your clients and adding long waits adds to their fear and anxiety.
2. It’s been 3 PLUS months since I requested a copy of my scans for my DR, I’ve chased multiple times and emailed multiple times often there is no email reply at all. Apparently the reception is waiting for the dr to sign off - I’ve explained it’s time sensitive but they just say we can’t do anything. As I say this has gone on for MONTHS
3. The way my partner was told to ssh during a scan when he asked a question and the way I was treated throughout some of my appointments left a lot to be desired. I think people need to realise we are not doctors and we might need things explained, especially when I’m receiving devastating news.
4. There were several times I was left wandering a hallway or waiting not really sure where I was going or where I was supposed to be.

Overall, disappointing and not what I would expect. Hopefully I’ll eventually get my scans.
