we recently had our windows replaced, we used Cristal Windows .from the start to the final sign off, everything was handled with expertise, the fitters were fantastic… very respectful experienced tradesmen . the quality of finish was above my expectations….. and finally, the fact they have been around as long as they have and offer fantastic guarantees on products and installations …. we are extremely happy to have used them ! .

Bob and Tony were friendly, helpful and professional throughout.

The whole customer journey was outstanding from placing the order, survey and installation. I was really impressed with the skill and care employed by the fitter. It was good clean installation and and my old door was taken away. I was also grateful that the fitter was able to fit the door on a bank holiday due to my limited availability. I highly recommend Crystal Windows.

Great customers service from start to finish. Ordered a door and was impressed with the range of options. The door was ready for fitting within a week and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

We had crystal windows fit new windows 25 years ago, so we thought we would get them to install our new windows and front door. We have been really pleased with the result, from the salesman to the guys who done the work. Bob and Tony who done the work were absolutely brilliant, everything was sheeted and left no mess. Would recommend these two guys to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble, was kept informed what they were doing. Brilliant , so pleased with the results.

From the fitters through to the manager Ivan I cannot fault crystals windows . Their non quibble policy really was tested with our property and Crystals showed 100% loyalty to it throughout - Our fitters Mark and Ben really did the best job with the most professional and caring attitude - if you ask for these guys you will be in the very best hands - they were superb !
Only downside was they both supported spurs 😉😂⚒️

A beautiful job. From initial consultation with the sales person to the installation it was professional. Everything was explained to us and the fitters of our conservatory windows were courteous and efficient. No waiting around either, the installation was carried out less than two weeks after our first contact.

All the staff were very professional and helpful...that includes the person quoting, the survey guy, the staff in the office and the fitter. The information was clear and they accommodated my access needs. I am very pleased with the end product which matches my other windows very well. The fitter (John Watts)worked especially hard and was very polite and respectful. He didn't leave any mess. Thank you.

After having windows replaced by Crystal, I took advantage of their kitchen installations and changed all the doors and drawer fronts and even put up a spare unit I had. The worktop was made longer to fill up a previous gap making everything look bigger and better.

Rob the fitter, was meticulous, calm and a perfectionist to his craft. I'm enjoying just looking at the replacements with a smile.

The window fitter, Andy, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He worked really well even when he discovered a leak from the flat above. He stopped the work and allowed for the leak to be repaired before continuing the work. They also cleaned up any mess and explained everything they were doing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs new windows. There was also excellent communication with the staff in the office. The salesmen, Mo, was also very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the whole process in great detail. All in all a great experience not to mention the excellent quality of the windows. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great job from selecting the windows to installation. Highly recommended!
