Hi Daisy. Thank you so much for this great review! We are so happy to hear that you love your new Custom Neon® sign.
50th Anniversary Neon
Everything was easy from start to finish! The proposal was easy to read, and was just PERFECT based on the design. We had a few smaller elements of the logo - that they still made POP (even though those details were too small to be actual neon). Everything worked great - and customer service was on top of it all!

Hi Andrew. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us. We can see that our Team Leader Taylor has been in contact with you to come to a solution, and that your sign is being remade with rush shipping to get this to you as soon as possible. We are so sorry to hear that you had not received correspondence from us promptly. We have looked into this further, and it appears that our team had issues receiving your emails so we apologize for this. Rest assured, your Neon Designer Tiffany will be in contact with you to update you on the exact timeframe for your sign to be remade. If you are satisfied with this outcome once you have received your new sign, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating this review.

The whole process was so easy the only struggle I had was deciding which one I wanted. It was the final piece to my room. Thank you so much! I will be ordering again for another room. It took around 2 weeks to come on normal delivery and came in a great secure packaging and was easy to put up on my wall.
