I would personally give no stars if possible. I placed an order on the 28th of November to get a necklace of my sisters dog who has recently passed as a gift for Christmas. I got no confirmation email even though the money has been taken out of my bank account. I then contacted on the 29th and 30th on instagram and also emailed via the website. I have had absolutely no communication back or acknowledgment . Avoid purchasing anything from this site.

Just received my necklaces, took roughly two weeks from initial purchase to arrive but that’s expected with something being personalised. I was optimistic with reading some reviews but I’m over the moon with my purchases. Thank you paw Lux

Ordered a personalised pet necklace
Firstly I want to say, this company is registered at an address in London however due to the length of time my order took i investigated further and they are based in China, so dont expect a prompt delivery.

Secondly the item i recieved was an absolute shit show, cheap, laughable and NOT personalised, so i reached out to the company, who insisted I got what I ordered and then never replied to any further email. No offer if refund, no apology, nothing.

This is the jewellery equivalent to SHEIN, fast fashion crap. Would not recommend

Ordered a necklace as a gift, money was taken from my bank account but no email confirmation was sent. It’s been over a month and I’ve heard nothing from the company and have had no delivery. Contacted the company regarding this matter and have not heard anything back more than a week later. Do not order from them - don’t even know if I can get a refund!

Bought and paid for a pendant never received it emailed customer services firstly they replied and my last email requesting a refund I’ve been ignored!! Wouldn’t recommend at all

The order took far longer than the website suggested to be made and received. It did not come as I thought I set up. The intention was to be a paw print on one side and a name on the other. I am sure I typed his name, but it came with paw prints on both sides and apparently no record of the name being entered. I need to update my two older paw print pendants and get this one fixed, but I'll likely use someone else.

Beautiful paw print ring. My sizing is a little off but that may be my error in measuring, I don’t know.

What a disappointment stay away from this company it's a scam. I bought a necklace and bracelet from this company in June. The necklace turned black and the bracelet snapped within a week. Then every month they take £19.95 a month without concent from your bank account without permission. When you order you enter a subscription but they don't tell you that. I have reported to the fraud team at the bank also reported to police for theft. Stay away its a scam

I purchased a ring. The ordering was difficult. Finally figured it out. The ring came in. The paw print was done right. However, I could not see my dog's name on the ring. I finally saw it. Very faint. Went back and forth with "Kyle" they finally replaced it. But sent the EXACT same ring. Now offering me a discount. Maybe look elsewhere to have a special memory of your pet made. I gave a 2 for the paw print.

I made an order with them on the 26th June which was paid in full for, since then they have stolen £19.95 on the 29th of July and again today the 25th August how can they do this!!!!!!!!! I have just seen some other reviews about them being signed up for a monthly subscription that cost £19.95 I category did NOT sign up to ANY subscription!!!

Parcel lost, shop didn’t help

While the pendent is tiny and the paw print is light (all from my choices,) the engraving wasn't very good. There were a couple of spots that the engraving looked like a scratch or like they didn't completely fill it in. The pendent itself looks scratched. I tried shining it with the cloth provided, but it didn't help. I was very disappointed. It took over five weeks to receive.

Sent an email as the tracking numbers were fake, they eventually ignored my email after I asked them for a real one. The chain came with no name on it, its cheap and crap made in China not the UK as the advertise, good idea but not the right company to do it. Won't order again, AVOID.

It took some time, but the necklace is exactly as expected. Everything went on schedule. The tracking was very detailed. I was kept in constant contact by the company and the shipper.
