Charm came broken. Not attached to the necklace. Took forever to ship. Made in china. Over priced trash.

Absolutely stunning piece of Jewellery.

This is such a scam. I paid to have my dogs photo on a necklace, and it doesn’t come custom like they claim. You can’t choose the font. Mine came and it looked like my dogs head was cut off and the font was very crooked to where it leaned into the photo. The “engraving” is just laser printed onto a pendant. I asked for a refund and they claimed “upon review, it is fine” and then stopped responding to me. Do not order from here.

i though this would be a prefect gift from me to me. BOY was i wrong. i placed an order for 2 necklaces and added my pictures of my beloved babies and made the payment. Then i was informed that i will only receive 1 necklace. For that price, i wanted to cancel my order, but i was unable to do so. So reluctantly i agreed for the 1 necklace at an ridiculous price, as my shipping was free. Now, after following up 20 days after my order, i get a mail from Fedex stating i need to pay 38.1 dollars on top of my actual order for the shipping. False advertising at it finest. Not sure if i will ever get my necklace

I received my pendant in a timely manner and it was just as beautiful as I expected. This is my second pendant from custom paw jewelry and I hold them both near and dear to my heart. These pendants allow me to feel like I carry both of my sweet pups with me everywhere ❤️

Best memory of my best friend! If i'm sad i can feel her little paw on my pendant and it makes me feel a little bit closer to her!

This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I felt so lucky to be gifted a necklace from this company, but little did I know the necklace would break within 24 hours and I would get little to no response from the customer service team.

When I told this company my necklace had broken 24 hours after receiving it, they advised it would be ‘forwarded to the team’. No idea what this meant, and after a month of asking for updates, and getting no response, I just gave up.

What’s even more frustrating, is they’re still posting on their stories and creating posts on instagram, but they’re failing to review and read customer messages and complaints.

I WOULD NOT recommend this company.

This company, took my money. And sent me an empty parcel package. When I sent an email to say I did NOT receive my order and asked for it to be sent again, as I paid for it. The company has now refused to send me my order, has refused me a refund and now I go without my money and without this gift which was bought for Nieces that had lost their dog.
I would have been happy to be sent my order in which I paid for, I was not offered that, nor was I offered a refund. According to their findings, the parcel weight was correct when it left their facility.

Disgusting company,poor customer service. Thief's,and scammers!

AVOID‼️ Item received not as expected. Cannot do what is advertised. And then when a refund is asked for (as per their policies) they just keep saying they’ll speak to their team and ignore you from then on.

Update: I have since seen it is a drop shopping service and comes from another country as the label underneath my postage label has a different language on. This is probably why no help is given, as not a UK based company.

Received my necklace and it is beautiful!

It took months to receive it and I can’t even tell it’s my dog. We looked in a magnifying glass and we can’t even tell. Disappointed and would not recommend. There customer service is good though!

Bad service, not great communication, took months to arrive.
Looks cheap, will never buy from this company again. And if I was you I wouldn’t even risk it.

Not what I expected unfortunately, took month's to arrive, arrived today, my daughter's dog has 3 toes, the pic I sent he has 3 toes yet the necklace for my daughter's 16 th birthday has arrived and it has 4 toes 🤔 I'm thinking it's just the same print they put on every item, disappointed

The keychains were beautiful, gifts for my parents, who were so touched. The engraving was just perfect!
