I was disappointed
While the pendent is tiny and the paw print is light (all from my choices,) the engraving wasn't very good. There were a couple of spots that the engraving looked like a scratch or like they didn't completely fill it in. The pendent itself looks scratched. I tried shining it with the cloth provided, but it didn't help. I was very disappointed. It took over five weeks to receive.
Cheap and dodgy company
Sent an email as the tracking numbers were fake, they eventually ignored my email after I asked them for a real one. The chain came with no name on it, its cheap and crap made in China not the UK as the advertise, good idea but not the right company to do it. Won't order again, AVOID.
Worth the wait.
It took some time, but the necklace is exactly as expected. Everything went on schedule. The tracking was very detailed. I was kept in constant contact by the company and the shipper.

I love it so much, I have bought 2 sisters the necklaces and a good friend just lost her baby only after 6 years! She was devastated. The jewelers do an awesome job! Avoid this disgusting company
Ordered a necklace on February 24th 2025 which was meant to be a mother's day present for my mum. It is now April 25th 2025 and I still haven't received the item I ordered. I have emailed multiple times and all I got to start with was 'it's been despatched and tracking will be updated soon' to then 'your item has been lost, we can send a replacement' I said I didn't want a replacement I wanted a refund was told they can't refund me and never heard from them again. They ignore emails hoping you'll go away, I have luckily got my money back by disputing it with the bank. Absolutely disgusting company. Their Instagram profile also states they are a company based in London yet the item they were apparently sending me was being shipped from China. Do not waste your money on these scammers.

This company is a total FAKE/SHAM! Beware! I saw their advertising on Instagram and their site used my Face ID to process an order I never authorized. I wrote the company - never heard from them so I had to call my bank to dispute the charge.
Next thing I know days later they write saying that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I never bought their product, I never even added any personal info to the product they said they needed - like your dogs name and photo. - never did any of that and STOLE my money!
Don’t click on their Instagram, don’t open their site, it’s a total money grab scam, ripping people off!

This company is a complete sham! I Do NOT Recommend this company at all. My Pup Billy passed away Jan 28 2025. I found this company through an Instagram ad/feed. The ad/profile pulled at my broken heart and I thought it as a great idea to order a few of these product for my family members who are grieving over Billy. First the ad /page tells you they are from the UK. No it is from china. not that it matters. but be straight with people. Second it actually shows you a story/video of a female telling people how she started this company because she lost her dog. Again False!! It is just ALL Advertising! Now lets talk about the product. The products that I receive (Because I ordered Two) are very very disappointing. Really Blurry, Really small tiny outlined image of billy's face, Was suppose to have his name printed under the sketching of his face on both and the to pendents were taped together, the neckless is all tangled up loose in the box. Right 1 neckless not two. The delivery ( you pay for ) was a joke. They buzzed the building to get in but to lazy to actually hand it to me personally so just threw the package at the mailboxes. Complete Garbage! what a way to play with peoples emotions who just lost a member of the family! pawluxgems Shame on you for taking advantage of peoples heartaches for money!
WORST company ever
I would NOT recommend ordering with this company. They have the worst customer service and I received a faulty product.
I ordered a chain on December 07, 2024.
It arrived December 21, I emailed Pawlux to say the chain arrived but reported an issue that the name was missing. (I got no response)
On January 02, 2025, I sent a follow-up email to Pawlux again (I got no response)
On January 02 2025, I reported the issue to Klarna as that was the payment method I choose as I was unfamiliar with the company.
The picture of the faded chain was uploaded to Klarna.
On January 03 2025, I emailed Pawlux to report the picture on the chain, which was really faded. (I attached a clear picture as evidence to the issue.)
On January 08, 2025, I finally received a response from Pawlux to say "Thank you for reaching out. We have already informed the team about your concern.”
On January 08, 2025, I sent a response to Pawlux (I got no response)
On January 20 2025, I sent a follow-up email to PawLux and requested a refund.
On January 22, 2025, Pawlux sent a response to say the chain was delivered, which made no mention of the issues raised (the name missing and quality of the chain as the picture faded)
On January 23 2025, I sent a response to Pawlux saying they did not seem to understand the problem was not relating to delivery, it related to the quality and missing name on the chain.
I again repeated that I had asked for a refund.
On January 23, 2025, pawlux responded to say the name was not requested and that the chain was delivered. Pawlux made no reference to the quality complaint.
On 23 January 2025, I again responded to voice complaint regarding the terrible quality. I again, requested a refund.
Pawlux advised they had issued a new chain for delivery. I responded to complain about this and that I spent weeks asking for a refund and emails went unanswered. I also advised I was no longer at that original postal address if it was used.
I also queried why a new chain was being delivered as I asked for a refund and was the new one issued with the name on it, still have not responded to that query. I also again complained about the quality of the chain and reiterated a reorder was not requested, I had requested a refund and again queried why that request was not responded to and why no response was received.
I explained again that a replacement was unwanted as it was too late as I had to repurchase something as it was a gift that the receiver gave me back due to the picture fading.
I had to buy something else as my emails and queries were not dealt with.
On 26 January 2025, Pawlux replied to say “We will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible.” No response to date is received.
I am very unhappy about this experience and the duration it took resolve it, STILL unresolved.
This has taken up far too much of my time and energy.
I have contacted them so so many times.
I luckily used Karna and they today issued me a refund. They could clearly see all my evidence of me trying to resolve the issue and getting silence from Pawlux.
Pawlux are the WORST company I have ever had the unfortunate experience of using. DO NOT use them. I am leaving this review to warn others. I gave Pawlux lots of opportunities to respond and I even told them that I would be leaving a review.
So sorry it is long but I hope this saves someone else from this terrible company.
I just went on Instagram to leave a review and I can't believe it, they used my deceased pet to promote their chains. WITHOUT my permission and left out the part where I had to complain about them. I am so upset they did this. Absolute assholes to use my beloved deceased pet to sell their shit chains.

Placed an order didn’t receive order item, they told me it had been delivered yet, the tracking number was never linked to any courier.
It’s all false and a load of poo.
I’ve requested a refund multiple times and they are ignoring me and trying to make it someone else’s problem.

I lost my Charly on 19th December 2024 and after seeing these advertised all the time on Facebook thought why not. I uploaded two pictures and asked for his name to be added. It wouldn’t let me check out without confirming a ‘free gift’ item was not free after check out and charged me £10 on top of what I paid. I was told the item would be personalised to then received a random broken necklace. Tried sending back but have no response from the company. The necklace with my Charly on is awful. The pictures I gave were of his paw and face. The paw is ok but has scratches all over and the face is awful. Really upsetting seeing the image such a mess of my baby. The photo has been outlined in a thicker line for no reason and nothing has his name on as requested. There are lots of better options out there that I wish I had looked at instead. Please if you are expecting something nice go elsewhere.
