The necklace was perfect!! Only reason that it wasn’t 5 stars is b/c it took a month & a half to receive from the day I ordered it.

Beautiful piece of jewelry.

The product is beautiful, however, manufacturing and delivery times are not inline with what was stated on the website, which then amounted to us having a disappointing experience.
When querying with the supplier, they were extremely polite and helpful, but we did wait two weeks longer than originally advised.

When I received my order confirmation it stated it would take 8-10 business days to make my item. After 2 weeks (10 business days) I emailed and asked for an update. Kylie advised it was in production, but gave no further info. 2 weeks later, I emailed again asking for an update and never received a response. Several days after I sent my email, I received a shipping notice. Lousy customer service, lousy communication. Once I received my item, it looked nice but will not purchase from this company again.

i’m in love with my jewellery that i got from custom paw jewellery. my dog passed away earlier last year and thought a keychain with his paw print on would be a perfect way to remember him as he loved car rides. i also got a bracelet with his paw print on for my mum and it was a perfect gift for her that she absolutely loves. custom paw jewellery did a beautiful job of making the paw print look exactly like the photo i sent which i’m so happy about. they even added a jewellery cleaning cloth which i thought was lovely. definitely recommend :)

I have bought from custom paw jewellery twice now and each time they created the most beautiful pieces. Now wherever I go, I have my two fur babies paw prints with me.

I never received my item, ordered Jan 12th.

The finished product was perfect. My baby boy was beautiful. I wear it everyday but I'm hesitant to leave it on when I go outside in case I lose it. I don't know if I could bear losing him a second time.

I lost both of my beloved dogs in a short space of time, and wanted a paw print from each one on the earrings. I was a bit skeptical as you can never be sure with online purchases, but when they arrived I was blown away. I'd asked for them to be kept in proportion to each other as one dog was bigger than the other, and that the wispy hair be included.
They are exactly as I'd hoped, and perfect. They made me cry when I saw them, and I've worn them every day since and don't intend to take them off. Ever.

the pandora charm fits well on my bracelet. super good customer service. only downside is it takes a very long time to arrive(took mine around 1 month).

Very cute necklace but to many prints on the dog that I sent in that it’s to busy and you can’t really tell it’s a dog! The back of it is cute tho

It took awhile to deliver, but it was well worth it.... This was a Christmas present for my niece and I wanted to give her a present that she can have my little one close to her heart… What better to give her a rose gold necklace with my dog's paw print and name.. I finally got to see my niece, and happy to say she loved it!!!

The pendant is beautiful! My sweet Charlie’s paw print looks exactly like the ink print! I gave this a 4 because the chain it is on is really cheap. The color of the chain does not match the pendant.

The silver is not smooth. It looks like it’s scratched everywhere the paw print isn’t engraved, throughout the silver, so it looks cheap. Disappointed since I paid a lot for this!
