Beautiful necklace of my Chanel’s paw print, both black & white.

I order 2 pieces both in silver. I received 1 in rose gold. I have emailed the company to rectify the mistake and they have not responded.

Took a bit to get an update but I think it was just cause it was Christmas time. The charms themselves are a bit smaller than I thought but the material is super good and well made. They are really good quality. Customer service was also top notch.

Love my jewellery, I purchased a gold necklace and two charms. The only thing I was surprised by was that I requested no black ink in the gold engraving but it looks like there is, or it’s rough. The photos show a very smooth engraving. Still, I loved the results.

Absoulty love my necklace of my boys nose taken from a pic I sent in. It's so detailed and now I have a matching set including my girls paw earrings from last year. I chose his nose coz he is a Search and Rescue K9 in training.

Great communication and the final product was beautiful. Actual paw print not some knock off paw and engraving was really well done. Would definitely recommend for anyone after a piece of jewelry with their pets paw print. I knew where the package was at all times and was notified the second it had been completed.

I found that the engraving was hard to see and the color of the ring looks cheap!

Item arrived in the wrong colour and the metal was misshapen , I’m yet to hear back from them to correct the mistakes!

It’s been over a month and I haven’t gotten my order

Horrible. Barely see the imprint. When contacting them about the poor quality, no response!

Absolute terrible customer service. I ordered a custom pendant for my dog who recently passed away and I sent an email right after placing said order asking a few questions about it. They took a MONTH to respond to that email right after I had to comment on one of their posts (which they erased btw) because my order was nowhere in sight during all that time.

They sent me the preview I had asked for to which I replied if they could give me an update on my order. Again, no answer. I emailed them again letting them know I was frustrated as this order has enormous sentimental value and in a WEEK they responded that they were having "issues" with my address which was correct in every way (I am very familiar with someone who works in the postal service and I consult them every time) to which, surprise, no response from them so I sent them a second address (also correct in every way).

They ended up sending the pendant to the 2nd address (after TWO MONTHS of absolute horrible communication) only for USPS to send it back due to having "the wrong address". And it's ironic that this request for a review arrived to my email before their reply as I emailed them (again) to ask them what they could do about this because I have NEVER had USPS, or any other mail delivery service for that matter, send back any of my packages due to issues with my address.

At this point I wish I could get my money back but they don't issue refunds. What was supposed to be a beautiful memory of my baby they have made an absolute harrowing and hurtful experience for me.
