Lovely bracelets, easy to put on and take off

Love all of my bracelets! My faves the aqua and silver with crystals. Great quality, price- the only bracelets I wear.

Had an issue with the first bike necklace and a new one was sent promptly. Great customer service! Granddaughter loves the mountain bike necklace.

Postage took forever. Arrived in different packages. Ordered cufflinks. They arrived in a little plastic bag and only 1 came. No response to emails. Avoid at all costs.

I had ordered the wrong size of bracelet, emailing back and forth to figure out what to do was easy. They made some suggestions, followed up and really were so easy to deal with. I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company and when I realized it was UK I was fearful it could go sideways. 100% customer service!

Ordered a bracelet 3 weeks ago thinking it would be in plenty of time for a birthday. Wasn’t made aware it was coming from China and emailed to ask when I could expect it as the birthday was getting near. I received a reply which I was grateful for saying it was on its way but over 4 days later and it’s still showing us as not reached the courier Evri. I’m yet to receive the bracelet so I can’t review its quality but definitely not happy with how long it’s taking to receive it.

I ordered the BMX Necklace in gold. First of all, the packaging was really nicely designed. The weight of the necklace and the quality are perfect. It feels very valuable and doesn't sting or scratch my neck. It's not too long either, but has the perfect length and size. I can only recommend it.
