Really like the bike chain bracelet, my partner gave me one at xmas i loved it, sadly the clasp opened and then it was lost.
She purchased another because she knew how much i liked it and sadly its clasp also opened and it was lost.🤬

Where do I begin? I ordered on 2/10 on 2/20 I emailed them it took them a few days to get back to me about my order with apologies on how this is not how the company works blah blah blah! Finally received my product two weeks later, well not useable at all! I emailed them after two weeks they finally sent out replacements as you can guess those were in the same condition as the first ones! No one there will refund my money or send me USEABLE product except they sent me a video on how I can fix them...I have an idea how about you send products that are not a pile of crap! Worst purchase in years!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

We always strive to resolve any issues fairly and ensure our customers are happy. In this case, we provided two free replacements and offered guidance to help fix the issue. While we believe the bracelets may have been adjusted, we still went the extra mile by issuing a full refund and sending additional bracelets for free.

Terrible communications. Several messages (e-mail, messenger etc) left about an order which I'm still waiting for after more than a week. No answer from Cycolinks at all. Will not use again.

Very very poor company with no morals
Thus company let's you order and gives you a range of time in which they will process your order. They fail to process but send you emails regarding ordering more. I have contacted through several media portals and received no response. Amazing how companies can do business like this. Stay clear.
