Darklight Design Avaliações

I have been purchasing from Darklight Design for nearly 4 years. The customer service is excellent, the sales team have always been very helpful and prompt with quotes and order information. The products are of a high quality and delivered in a timely way. The aftersales service in the very few times there have been any issues has been excellent, resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

We have worked with Darklight Design on countless projects through the years and would not hesitate to recommend them. They are creative and professional and have a great customer service.

We needed help adding some new lighting to our kitchen space and Chris did an amazing job at pulling together the lighting plans and specifying some beautiful products for us to choose from. He was also quick to respond and helped us come up with a design we are really happy with. The fittings arrived quickly and are very good quality. We will definitely be using them again for further rooms in the house.

As a Holistic Designer, I'm helping business owners to upgrade and improve not only their work environment but also the well-being of their customers.
Choosing the right suppliers to work with is a crucial element for everyone's success!
I can highly recommend Darklight Design to take any complex project and turn it into simply amazing.
Meeting with Chris to discuss the light layouts and fixtures has become over the years a friendly meeting rather than just work.
Love it!

Needed assistance on a lighting design and dark light were great. Supplied design and fittings to suit.

From the start to the end Darklight design and especially Jack have been wonderful. First to find the light which fit the space (a 2 storey chandelier) till when the light was delivered. Due to covid there was some delay but they kept me posted all the way. The customer care was perfect.

Rapid response. Very patient to solve my problem.
Thank you so much.

Darklight designed and supplied a scheme for our contemporary new build home and provided a detailed spec for our electrician.
Controlled from one panel, or mobile, the result is an amazing lighting effect both internally and the garden. 100% recommended!

Excellent design service with all aspects of our brief considered and really creative design solution provides.
High quality fittings providing also for an excellent price.
Very prompt after sales advise.

Chris provided an excellent service throughout the process. Every step was expertly advised and when we exceeded our planned budget, Chris came up with excellent suggestions to deliver a great design at a lower price without compromising the intended effect. We would highly recommend his company.

We cannot recommend Darklight highly enough. The service has been prompt and when our light fitting arrived damaged, they replaced it immediately. They are a wonderful company and we will buy from them again. Thank you Darklight and thank you Jack Linturn.

Very professional team. Quick, precise, polite and competitive prices. Truly recommend.

This is the first time I purchased from Darklight Design. The representatives (Oliver & Jack) were both very helpful and attentive in handling my questions about delivery - I am based in Asia. The package arrived in less than a week, well-packaged and as advertised. Excellent!

Superb customer service coupled with quality products at sensible prices. I'm thrilled with my purchases, the Bull 10 Base from FlexaLighting, really beautiful and a lovely warm light to work in. Jack helped us get the perfect specification whilst navigating the supplier chain dynamics during the Covid lockdown. Simply superb.

Great Service and assistance to get the best final products for a large garden lighting project. Thank you

One of the very few companies in the UK that stock Lumina Lamps! Before I ordered I had a great chat to Jack regarding what lamp I should order. He helped me decide what option to go for. Was kept up to date with delivery estimates via email. Lamp was delivered within 2 weeks (quicker than the 3-4 wk lead time), considering the current climate. Would highly recommend Darklight Design and will use again.
Lamp is just stunning and considering how hard it is to buy things online ie.look, feel, height I really believe speaking to Jack helped inform my decision.
Also love that lamp came with additional UK plug!

Darklight design were very prompt with their communications and my Flo wall light arrived earlier than expected despite being ordered at the start of the corona virus lockdown. And it looks amazing!

I spoke with Chris @ Darklight who was extremely helpful. He reviewed my lighting plans (I'm an interior designer so produced these myself), ensured I had the right levels of light for the moods and scenes I was trying to create and even checked I had the lights the correct distance from wardrobes & tall cabinets. The task of scheduling was taken out of my hands and expertly put together in a matter of days. A very positive and collaborative experience.

Chris recently did a wonderful lighting design for me at very short notice. Was always easily reachable and organised zoom meetings during the current lock down, allowing us to proceed swiftly. I was provided with an excellent, electrician-friendly set of plans that also took into account non-lighting related power feeds. My electrician was very pleased. The lights that Chris specified were also outstanding. All for a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend.
