Appalling!! Ordered 3 items of furniture on 1st August as I had moved house.
All 3 pieces were sent out separately despite being from the same Debenhams Partner.
First item arrived fine no problem.
Second and third item delivered elsewhere! After many phone calls and emails and constantly repeating myself I had to also communicate with Evri who were the courier and waiting over a month they agreed that they were in the wrong.
Agreed to send out the second and third items again after I agreed to provide step by step instructions to deliver to my house.
Second item arrived and the following day the third items was delivered elsewhere.
I have been constantly contacting Debenhams now for over a month with absolutely no response. No item and no refund.
Had to go elsewhere for extra furniture as it was needed.
So Debenhams have my money still and someone else has my furniture.
I have contacted Debenhams constantly over the last 6 weeks since my third item was supposedly delivered and I am being ignored. My last two emails clearly stated that I would be leaving a bad review i received no response. They clearly do not care about customer service nor their reputation. Disgusting!!

Ordered, came(damaged) tried to return item then stupidly checked reviews after purchase and realised i wasn’t going to get anywhere. Communicating on wats app and waiting days for a stupid reply, never again

Please dont lose your money .avoid Debenhams at all costs .They dont refund your returns or the money if the items are out of stock .The keep telling you it been refunded but it never gets to your account .If you pay by pay pal your covered l put in a dispute and they told pay pal they would refund the money ,emailed me and said close the dispute with PayPal and we will pay the refund so l did .The money never came l.phoned pay pal and they said because l closed the cause there is nothing they could do.stupid me pal pal told me to claim through action fraud .Because it is fraud ! So lm doing that .but it proves how devious they are .Its not Debenhams as we know it .l am true and honest l would hate for anyone to loose money .Go and check Facebook and the amount of people that are waiting for refunds .but please dont contact any other the numbers on face book they are scammers .pretending to be debenhams customer service in India offer you immediate payment and £50 compensation they the want you to open a app so they can send you money straight away.
Please dont !! Funny thing he knew what l had ordered and how much l paid very dodgey

They dont provide info to return stating the order numberis incorrect awful customer service that dont get back to you just machines

The first time I ordered the item took about 4 weeks to arrive. The second time the item just never arrived. Absolutely appalling company.

Via Debenhams appliance purchased which turns out it was dbz. Damaged, delayed and utter rubbish customer service!!

I stupidly ordered a dress not realising that this was a company who previously ripped me off. Once again they are claiming they have sent a refund which I have not had. They have no contact telephone number and ignore emails. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT DEBENHAMS.
THEY SELL CHEAP RUBBISH AND DONT REFUND. Avoid at all costs

I wouldn’t give any stars how do you get to talk to anyone?
2 parcels not delivered to my house by Evri, Dbz are happy they were delivered as per photo (photo is not my house I have proof on camera that delivery driver is stealing ) nobody want to know Evri or Dbz has anyone been able to talk on the phone to a human

Still not received my order promised within 7 days, its now 15 days…and nothing.

Item was initially late by 4 days, then confirmation that Evri were out for delivery about 5 hours before a stated time slot, which was then delivered 2 hours ahead of that. Opened lid of box to see that freezer had been dropped on a corner and crumpled. Didn't even bother to take the rest of it out of the box. Debenhams used to be a trusted company but with DBZ in partnership, I'd avoid at all costs. If this is the initial experience, I'm not holding out much hope for a refund, let alone a warranty.

Bought an item through Debenhams. Pet bed. Had to guess at the size as no measurements given and slightly disappointed to find that the Large which is the one I ordered, wasn't very big, so dread to think what size small and medium were. Anyway, kept it as my dogs are small and take it in turns to use it. They seem to like it.

Still havent received my refund and emailed and nobody gets back to your personally. You just get sent an ail with an attachment that cant be opened.
Wondering if i will get my money or not.

Purchased some boots from Debenhams online and returned them and have been waiting for over 2 weeks for a refund from DBZ Marketplace . Having contact on watsapp they just obviously copy and paste the responses and say the same thing. Wished I had read the reviews on here before I purchased anything. Definitely scamming people

It tock so long to get money back more then the time it stated picking item up for return was good just the refund was poor .

Purchased via Debenhams - never received - tracking been stuck at same EVRI depot for over 2 weeks - wall of silence EVERYWHERE and EVERY method of communication. Appalling.

I ordered a single bed with auterpodic mattress and got 2 single mattress with springs sticking out I phoned the mobile number that came with it and that belonged to a wedding venue

Poor communication and poor product quality.

Ordered via Debenhams website and had to return the item to the third party brand. Nightmare! Had to the contact DBZ via whatsapp (this method only available) to chase refund after 3 weeks! I will never use Debenhams website again...!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful service. Poor customer service partially non existent. I will be reporting to trading standards as they delivered an order with items missing and when using their wastsapp for another order and a refund they failed to process this and use a bot to correspond. Buyers beware.
