Absolute shambles...took my money and made no attempt to post my item. Didn't respond to any of my messages. Im having to claim my money back through PayPal. Dont trust this company.

3 requests now to return an item - no response whatsoever. Been caught it seems - wish I’d read the reviews. I now realise this is a company masquerading under name of Debenhams. I’m £35 out of pocket for something that is not fit for purpose.

Items i received were not like the photos on line
I Ordered what i thought was a lovely fluffy table lamp, it arrived and it would fit in a Dolls House.
Of course there is no phone to call and complain.
Rather cross with Debenhams as such a large company and using this

They completely messed up my order. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes both size 5 and they delivered one size 5 and the other one size 7.
As they don't give their telephone number so I managed to send a message through their robot which I believe is disgusting. I got a message back that someone will call me but so far no one had called despite several attempts made. So I would strongly advise people NOT to order anything from them.Once they got your money they don'twant to know you. I was a very good customer of Debenhams when they were in the high street. It's very sad they have gone.
Terrible quality
The quality of items received is awful. Unlabeled tat despite claiming items are good quality on website. Lesson learned never again. Would return but reading other reviews doesn't seem worth the hassle.

Faulty item received. Extremely difficult to contact "Customer Services", impossible to get a response from them. Tried to get attention on twitter and was inundated with scammers. Have no idea how to resolve my issue

If you need to send anything back, for whatever reason, they stall and delay you. They even offered me a 50% discount if I accepted the item and shut up, even though it was completely unsuitable!!

Would give zero stars....will NEVER order from this company again! It is NOT Debenhams as it used to be. I returned an item over 3 weeks ago, had an email to say they had received it but still no refund, despite several emails to the 'customer service' and whatsapp chat that I suspect was with a BOT. Luckily I paid via paypal so will now be seeing if they can have any luck chasing this dispute. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE DEBENHAMS SITE AGAIN.

I ordered a jacket in my usual size on the 3rd October 2025 and when it arrived it was far too small. This was returned on the 17th of October as it took a while to come. This is now the 3rd of November and still have not received my refund, I have emailed to advise of this last week and was told my refund was on its way, still waiting, poor service
Customer service emails just bounce back.
Goods returned months ago. Payment via PayPal pay in three still being taken. Their customer services email not recognised. BEWARE! Hopefully PayPal will intervene.
Happy to say PayPal customer service took this over and I was reimbursed immediately.

Do not use this so called company, you do not get what you think your getting they advertised a solid wood kids bed, it was actually made from MDF. We tried to return it they refused to come and collect it, then refused to refund me any money ,

i've ordered twice regrettably and on both occasions there's been problems and yet trying to contact them has been a nightmare!!!!
It seems to be run by idiots if i order 2 items i expect to receive 2 items, yet only 1 delivered and not further communication from THEM!!!!!!
Have to email them and you will be sent round in circles with no definitive answer to your problem.
Good luck if you ignore my warning. This is borderline a scam website offering promises delivering nothing!

Ordered a shawl which had to be returned and 16 days later I am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed customer services asking how much longer I would have to wait but I’m still waiting to hear back. When Debenhams was just Debenhams and not DBZ Marketplace I used them many times to purchase items and never had a problem. I will never use them again. Will now see if I can retrieve my money via PayPal.

Awful company. Purchased an item under the "Debenhams umbrella" apparently sold by DBZ Greet Dream LTD
Horrible item absolutely nothing like the picture used to promote it and very cheap and tacky looking, I want to return. Contacted Debenhams who said contact DBZ, I have done via email several times but have had no response at all. Debenhams are just as difficult to deal with.
I was also charged for shipping insurance which I hadn't asked for. Really terrible service

I never received any email that they have received them until 3 days ago, I got an email that I have been refunded. Still no refund. It's been 3 months and still counting.
