So far shipping has been fast & reliable. Can only recommend!

Excellent service, great interface for shipping products through API Bigcommerce (and others) online. 2-day, 3-day, standard, pick and pack, fair pricing and efficient. Been using Deliverr for over 2 years and they have been upgrading and always making the website and warehouse options better. Highly recommend.

Stay away! Consistently late or packages lost. Way too many issues with delivery especially if you use Amazon or Walmart. Just awful.

Dealing with Deliverr's customer service is a pleasure. I was missing some inbound inventory. Deliverr opened a ticket and continued to follow it through for days. Leo continued to check in to let me know that they did not forget about the issue but needed more time and would get back to me with a resolution. About a week later I heard back and they resolved the issue. It was nice to know that although the ticket remained opened for some time, the ticket was not neglected.

Extremely disappointed. When you receive a big order and Deliverr needs to fulfill order from more than five different warehouses, the order automatically gets cancelled without any notice. So your order will be unfulfilled until you take a notice of it. Deliverr has not been able to resolve this issue. Also, they do not own any of their warehouses and they keep on shifting the inventory locations so frequently that a lot of your product will become unsellable during this transition. If this were to happen once a year when their lease is up, it is acceptable, however, lately I have been happening every month it seem. To top all this up they just sent me an email stating I owe them $9000 per month in long term storage fees since they miscalculated the long term storage fees for the past year. There seems to be lack of transparency dealing with them lately.

Deliverr has been a great platform for us allowing us to sell on Walmart eBay Wish and Newegg.com along with Amazon. This perfectly complements our FBA business by providing a second warehouse to ship goods from that has war shorter handling times compared to MCF. They also seamlessly integrate fast tags which helps us with the buybox on Walmart and other channels, compared to other sellers using regular 3pls or their own warehouse. Their customer service is also fantastic. Due to a change in one of their warehouses software's some of our old inventory sku's were lost. Deliverr made getting reimbursed seamless. Weve had similar things happen to traditional 3PLs which always made excuses. Deliverr treated us professional and solved the issue. Highly recommended as an affordable and scalable partner from small to growing business.

I have been a customer of Deliverr since October of 2020. I was a bit nervous at first to trust someone with my inventory like this, but I saw the potential in the fast tag program.

I have been an internet marketer for a decade, so I immediately saw the value of being able to compete with Amazon on free fast shipping, which everyone knows is a problem in eCommerce when you start to scale.

Like any 3PL there are always issues with the carriers, inbounds etc, however, what I can say is that Deliverr has always maintained EXCELLENT communication with me and they often have gone above and beyond to help me solve problems with sometimes out of the box solutions.

I like to be very proactive with communicating my needs as a seller to Deliverr, I have worked with various dev teams inside the company to help improve dashboards, processes, and more. They have been very receptive to new ideas and where they are today is light years from where they were back in 2020. They are very very active in developing new and intuitive features that I really think will separate them from any of the competition.

My sales have pretty consistently been up 13% on average all year round due to the fast tag program. It's pretty hard to argue with that.

Deliverr makes it easy for a one-man show like me to manage a multi million dollar site single handed.

Love the Customer Service!

The Deliverr team is great at resolving any issues we may have with our orders. Deducting one star as I wish they did not partner with Axlehire - sadly, we have had some complications with that specific carrier and some customer complaints about that carrier as well.

Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews. They subcontract out and send your inventory to a lot of random warehouses that they do not manage or have any control over. I have spent the last YEAR phasing my inventory out, due to consistent inventory "disappearances". A YEAR LATER they are still mysteriously discovering my lost inventory here and there...and their reports are always wrong so there is no way you can truly reconcile your inbounds with orders. To remove your inventory, it's CRAZY expensive, so you will be held hostage trying to sell down stock if you want to stop doing business with these guys. My staff spent more time opening up tickets than doing their daily work.
