Good afternoon Sara,
Thank you for getting in touch with the feedback and we're sorry to hear you experienced a delay with your recent order.
We can see that you placed your order online at 3.36pm on the 8th June which is just before our cut off of 4pm for next day delivery.
We are still investigating but it does look as though we dispatched the order to you on the morning of the 9th of June as we can see your order dispatch confirmation was sent at 8.43am on the 9th.
We're very sorry if it does transpire that your order didn't make our evening courier pick up on the 8th - The timing was tight but we genuinely do everything we possibly can to respect these deadlines and it's extremely rare to fall short of that.
We can see that DPD attempted to deliver to you on the 10th June but that is flagged as 'unsuccessful with customer informed' - That may have been via an email from them so you should be able to check to verify this earlier delivery attempt.
We can see a successful delivery from them at 11.24am today, the 11th June.
We will continue to investigate the reason for any dispatch delay from our side and we can raise this with the courier too regarding what they have flagged as an unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 10th June.
In the meantime we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay to your order and one of our team will reach out to see if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.

Problem solved expertly
My initial issue with Dentalsky was being asked to review a product that hadn’t been sent and was delayed for between 4 to 6 weeks and I wasn’t made aware of that until I left my review.
At that point, Ryan took over and I cannot emphasise how helpful he was in resolving the issue. His correspondence was exemplary he kept me informed at all times as to what was happening and resolve the matter in a timely and professional manner. I can thoroughly recommend Dental sky as a result of my experience despite the delay which is after all something that may happen.

Responsive customer support
I ordered a dental dam frame from them but it was out of stock. I have received a call from the representative and they solved the issue for me and have sent a suitable alternative product.

Thank you for getting in touch and we're sorry to hear you've experienced a delay in receiving your order, this seems to be because the item you ordered is on back order with us.
When you order items that aren't in stock we automatically put them on back order for you to be sent as soon as they come back into stock.
This is detailed on our shipping advice: https://www.dentalsky.com/shipping-and-returns
A notification also pops up at the cart stage before the order is completed in a prominent box with an exclamation mark saying:
"We don't have the full quantity you requested, but we'll back order the remaining 6 which will be sent as soon as we have it in stock - Usually within 5-10 working days."
This is also detailed on your order confirmation email where we state which items are in stock and being shipped out, and which items are on back order and will be dispatched once we have received the stock.
We are sorry if you missed either the notification at the cart stage or the follow up email that confirmed that; one of our team has been in touch via telephone and email to check if you're happy to wait, would like to cancel that item or see if there's an alternative that you'd like to switch to.
In response to your comment "they haven't even bothered to respond" we have checked all our inboxes and cannot see any communication from you, we apologise if we have missed any message or email? If you could let us know how you have contacted us we would be happy to check this and ensure that this form of communication is being monitored and responded to.
