Derilla 

Ich habe das Kissen vor 2 Monaten erhalten, es ist steinhart und man kann unmöglich darauf schlafen. Man darf es innerhalb 60 Tagen retournieren. Ich habe versucht über die verschiedenen Adressen, das Kissen zurück zu geben bis zum heutigen Tag hat niemand Kontakt aufgenommen. Das Kissen kommt nicht aus Norwegen sondern, wird von China, verpackt wie Temu gesandt. So ein Sch… Produkt habe ich noch nie erhalten, unbedingt das Kissen nicht bestellen. Ich habe mit den Kussenbezüge über Fr. 100.— bezahlt und kann das Kissen nur wegschmeissen!!!

Meget langsom levering 3-4 uger, puden kostede ca. 440 kr.,
Da den kom til Danmark skulle der betales importtold på 166 kr. så den kostede mig over 600 kr.
Den er efter min mening ikke den mest behagelige man kan sove med. Så jeg kan ikke anbefale den.

100 % scam. A total money grab

I ordered two pillows and two knee pillows (3347NTD & 1366NTD) as the product reviews appeared good as well as a quick search - they promise to ship within 5 days (at which time I asked about it and it would be sent to the relevant departments) - after 6-7 days I googled again with "scam" and found problems. So on day 8 (6 business days) - I saw it had still not left their warehouse and informed them that I think it's a scam and want a full refund. They then offered me totally unrelated downloadable stuff (recipe book??? and ??) that I did not accept either in word nor in downloading - I didn't even click on the link. Today (day 10) I am informed that they are overjoyed that I accepted the bogus "gifts" (yes they called it gifts not alternative items I can buy and again - they're unwanted and unwelcome) and are refunding me 669.40NTD and 273.20NTD. This is clearly straight up theft as the products never even left their premises. There is no reason to not refund me.

Der Kopfkissenbezug, den man gegen Mehrkosten sehr geschickt in die Bestellung rein“gemogelt“ hat, wurde nicht mitgeliefert.
Feedback vom Kundenservice = 0, außer einer automatischen Eingangsbestätigung, in der dringend davon abgeraten wird, weiter Kontakt aufzunehmen, da die Mails dann in der Prioritätenliste nach unten rutschen könnten.
Schon sehr unverschämt, spricht aber für die Vorgehensweise der Firma.

Ik heb 3 kussens besteld en die zijn niet geleverd. Ik was niet thuis toen de kussens geleverd werden en zag de bezorger via de videobel met het pakket voor de deur staan. Ik heb hem gevraagd het bij de buren af te leveren. Dat heeft hij niet gedaan. Hij zou het op een veilige plek hebben achtergelaten, maar er is geen veilige plek bij mij in de buurt. Alles is openbaar terrein en voor iedereen toegankelijk. Ik heb ook nooit een veilige plek opgegeven. De klantenservice weigert navraag te doen bij de vervoerder. Er is een foto gemaakt van het pakket bij mijn deur en daarom is het volgens hen afgeleverd. Super slechte en klant onvriendelijke klantenservice. Het woord 'service' kunnen ze echt wel weg laten. Ik ben al weken naar ze aan het mailen, maar het komt erop neer dat ze geen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en ik het onderzoek naar de vervoerder moet doen en dat ze zelf niets doen. Nooit iets bij ze bestellen.

Ich kann jeden nur empfehlen von dieser Internetseite die Finger zu lassen! Ich habe ein Plussize Kissen mit Bezug bestellt und keine Bestellbestätigung an meine Email-Adresse erhalten, obwohl versichert wurde das nach Bestellvorgang die Bestätigung in 10 Minuten an meine Email-Adresse versendet wird! Über dem Kontaktformular angefragt wo die Email bleibt zur Bestellung. Als Antwort bekam ich, ich solle im Spamordner vom Postfach nachschauen! Da war natürlich nichts… Dann telefonisch mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen. Da wurde mir mitgeteilt dass die Bestellbestätigung per Email von Klarna kommen müsste, da ich mit Klarna die Ware bestellt und bezahlt habe! Dann wurde noch nach der Bestellnummer gefragt, die ich nicht mitteilen kann da ich keine Bestellbestätigung per Email erhalten habe!!! Also 70 EUR ausgegeben und keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten womit ich überhaupt beweisen kann dass ich bei denen was bestellt habe. :-/

J’ai tenté de passer une commande simple (un coussin à 59 € + la housse anti-poussière à 19,99 €). Le site a ensuite essayé de me pousser à ajouter d’autres articles. Finalement, je n’ai jamais validé la commande et je suis sortie du site avant de donner l'OK à Paypal.

Malgré cela, j’ai été débitée de deux montants (109,93 € et 19,99 €), sans confirmation de commande, sans facture, et sans avoir donné mon accord final.

Aucune transparence, aucun service client sérieux, aucune volonté de régulariser.
Ce site est une arnaque : pratiques abusives et prélèvements sans autorisation.

Je déconseille fortement ce site. J’ai saisi PayPal et je vais transmettre le dossier à la DGCCRF et aux autorités compétentes.

I ordered ONE and they billed me for TWO, but refunded one when I complained. It took nearly a month to receive.....unacceptable....and it is still not here (but being shipped)....hm... There are two different styles of pillows listed as Derilo. Beware and get the one YOU selected. All in all, a very poorly run company and possibly a scam. BE CAREFUL....

I bought this pillow (Derila) based on positive reviews and recommendations. It arrived about two weeks ago and still hasn’t fully inflated. I contacted the company and am now returning the pillow, but I’m extremely disappointed that I have to pay the return shipping myself—even though the product is clearly defective.

Why should I be responsible for return freight on an item that doesn’t work as advertised? That’s not how a reputable company should treat its customers.

Disgustingly poor quality.
Contacted returns site & customer service, told to send them back to ORTHOPULSE in France. They do not cover the cost which includes custom charges.
I have been trying for a refund for 4wks from Derila support. Sent them all the copies of purchase invoice & order number. They are now saying that my order does
not exist! They happily took a payment!
The phone helpline is difficult as the operator does not understand English.
Be aware, the company has no ethics.

They incessantly email me several times each day. The pillows are garbage. BUT it is the pestering that is non-stop. And I have told them to knock it off but they won't. Buy nothing from the site.

Na 3 weken nog steeds niets ontvangen. Bij navraag krijgen we een nietzeggend antwoord.
Ik vrees dat dit een waardeloze firma is en waarschijnlijk onze centen kwijt.

Never got my order they took my money and the status is still saying it’s in packaging, this was over a month ago

My wife ordered one of their pillows this morning. Whe the confirmation email arrivedg, it had an additional four items added, totalling £95.86 of goods we do not want.
We have asked for the order to be changed and the money to be refunded but get a lot of tosh about 'reaching out' to us and offering a reduction.
So far, they are refusing to help.
The payment was done through Klarna and set to be made in three payments. Again, this was not requested. It is a huge rip off and I suggest you be very careful with these people. AVOID

First the two pillow arrive wrapped in more plastic than a small country would use in a year. Ridiculous. No regard for the environment. Tiny pillows were in the middle of this heap of plastic. Supposed to grow in 6 to 8 hours. That has not happened. When in a pillow cover, very hard to figure out how to actually use the pillow. I give up.

I ordered a pilow ar derila. I was not happy with it and wanted to dend it back. That was a problem, really not easy so I forgot about it but after a couple of months they refund my money.

Updating February 5,2025 review. I’ve been using the pillow since and I’m not kidding my neck feels so much better, more flexibility and just way better! I’m so surprised! This product is worth every penny!
I’m trying the insoles next…
