Same awful experience as people are reporting here!

Please do not order from this company! Read the reviews below - I wish I had! You order one pillow and when the charge goes through you find you've 'bought' 4... and surprise surprise they make it extremely difficult and costly to return. I've bought many bedding things over the years from various companies, this is the worst experience by far

Maand levertermijn, peuterkussen afmeting

Ik heb een kussen besteld en ik bleef 3 weken lang een mail ontvangen van: je kussen is onderweg. Ik heb pas na ongeveer een maand mijn kussen gekregen en heb tot die dag heel slecht geslapen met mijn oude kussen. Als ik wist dat de levertijd ongeveer een maand is, zou ik niet eens bestellen. En de kussen is ook veels te klein, het is een peuterkussen te noemen.

I wish I could give them NO STARS! This company is completely unethical. It is a total scam. No matter what you order you will get 4 pillows and 4 extra cases and a tiny box of soap sheets. I think its sheets didn’t open any of it. I had the exact same experience as everyone else has stated. You can’t deal with them because they’re crooks! This is how they think it’s okay to treat people. Must be something else to live in that country. They are sick and I hope they get what they deserve.

Complete Scam

As everybody has said before I thought I had ordered one pillow but they had discreetly circled 4 in a place you don't notice. I rang them straight away but they immediately told me it was too late. When you try to return them they make it virtually impossible. With sheer perseverance I managed to get a returns address and I returned 2. I had apparently paid £99.96 plus postage for 4. This works out at £24.95 a pillow but they will only refund £30.00 for 2 and as a favour they are not going to charge me for them having to put the pillows back into their stock. Plus I had the cost of returning them to Lithuania. Do not do business with them. I do a lot of shopping on line and have never come across any company so bad. Wish I'd looked on Trust Pilot before I ordered. Scam.

I was ordering 1 (ONE) pillow

I was ordering 1 (ONE) pillow, but on the place order page, as I was clicking to place order I noticed that I was actually ordering 4 (FOUR)!! I called their phone number IMMEDIATELY and was told that the mistake was taken care of. I found no email as confirmation of this, or of my order at all. When the package was finally delivered I received 4 pillows. I called them and was told that the cancellation had been verified, but the order was already in - again, I called IMMEDIATELY after I clicked the order. I was told nothing could be done but to return what I did not want AT MY EXPENSE! It was their fault that I received 4 because I was told the mistake had been fixed and it was not! AND to return the 3 that I do not need is too much. Also, when I called about receiving 4 instead of 1 I was told that an email was sent to me with the address for the return. I RECEIVED NO EMAIL FOR THE ORDER, VERIFICATION THAT I WOULD RECEIVE 1 PILLOW, OR AN EMAIL WITH THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE 3 PILLOWS THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SENT TO ME ( AS I WAS TOLD I WOULD). This company has lied to me twice, and I am ANGRY. The process to return (the 3 pillows that is their mistake) is ridiculous!! This company is very bad.

Absolute Complete Rip Off

This company is an absolute complete rip off. I tried to order one and when the charge went through had changed it to 4 with some extras. The site says they will fully refund if you are not satisfied. I contacted them for information about how to return the product. They suggested that I just keep all 4 of the pillows (without a refund) and they'll give me an extended warranty or I could receive some other weird product that they sell. Well, I am not satisfied, but guess what, you have to pay for the return shipping to Lithuania? I used DHL to estimate the charges for returning the three pillows I didn't want and it was over $200. USD

Disreputable Company

I was waking up from headaches at night. I attributed it to not having proper neck support so I ordered a derilla pillow, an extra for a friend and two pillow cases. I felt confident that this was a safe purchase due to their satisfaction guarantee policy and my ability to return it for any reason. The shipping cost was $8.11 and It came Quickly enough as it was mailed from only one state away. I tried it out for a couple nights and found it lacking as did not work for me as a side sleeper and decided to return it. I emailed a return request to find out they had some return requirements which would mean that I had to send the package to Lithuania at a cost of $87.00 which would mean I would only get a little over 20 dollars of the $111 I spent. What a scam. Don't do business with this company their products don't deliver, they make false promises and contrive ways to elicit customer confidence to get you to take the leap and buy from them. I'm outraged and know karma is coming for them...

I ordered 1 pillow - charged for 4
I ordered 1 pillow, 1 case. When hitting submit order showed 4 pillows and cases were ordered! I immediately called and was told they would correct the order, I also emailed and submitted a support ticket.
This is a scam company. Returns have to send to Lithuania. A complete con.

I ordered 1 pillow - charged for 4

I ordered 1 pillow, 1 case. When hitting submit order showed 4 pillows and cases were orderemld! I immediately called and no answer. Reached out to PayPal they denied the claim!
Sent several emails to no evail. Scam company. To return have to send to Lithuania. They weren't shipped from there! I haven't opened the package as it reeks of latex. Ad say latex free. Do order from them, they appear to also have other names for different products. I just want my money back... anyone had any luck

Do not order anything from this company.! I wanted to order only one pillow from them and once I ordered it, they had it to where I ordered four pillows from them. Since I wasn’t able to see the over all purchase of what I got. And when I printed out the return label to return three of the pillows, the post office was telling me it’s going to be sent to Lithuania and it would cost a whole lot of money to ship it there and I would have to pay for it! So I didn’t do that because i thought returning it would be me not having to pay anything. So please don’t buy from this company!

Derila is a scammer

I ordered 4 pillows with the belief that they do not come with pillowcases. Because of my ignorance, I ordered 4 cooler pillowcases in addition. In a split second, I realized I would not need this much and called customer service to change my order to 2 pillows. All the while, I didn't get an order confirmation email. The customer service representative decided to talk to her supervisor while I waited online. She eventually told me the order could not be changed, but I could return them If I did not want them. I checked my email and found an order confirmation email for 4 pillows and 8 pillowcases after I called to adjust my initial order. Also, I discovered I was charged for 4 pillows and 8 pillowcases - 4 pillowcases that came with the pillows and the cooler pillowcases I ignorantly ordered when their website prompted me to order pillowcases for my pillows.

When I got the products and decided to return them, I was given an address in Lithuania for the return. The lowest cost of return shipment was over $400, doubling the amount of product cost. I'm still stuck with the products. All attempts to return the product were futile.

Stay away from this company, its products, and its websites! It is a fraudulent system to rip money from people beguilingly. They have no modicum of respect for customers and do not care about people's feelings.

Stuurt ontzettend veel spam, meerdere mails per dag en geen mogelijkheid tot kunnen uitschrijven. Stop met spammen!!! Je krijgt dan een standaard bericht terug dat ze het heel vervelend vinden en excuses voor de overlast bla bla bla maar de spam blijft komen.

Erstmal ein großes Lob an das Team von Derilla.Nach meiner Bestellung und Lieferung von 2 Kissen und Kühlbezügen kam die Ware auch Ordnungsgemäß bei uns an.Die Qualität ist sicherlich auch sehr gut,aber wir kamen dann leider nicht mit den Kissen zurecht.Nach meiner Bewertung vom 12.10.23 kam auch eine Mitteilung zu der Sache.Die Firma Derilla sagte mir dann per Mail eine sofortige Lösung zu.Auch diese Lösung geschah sehr Zeitnah und man bot mir an das der volle Betrag in den nächsten Tagen über Klarna zurücküberwiesen wird. Auch dies ist bereits am 18.10.23 geschehen und das Geld ist bereits wieder auf dem Konto.Alle Achtung , mit so einer schnellen und unkomplizierten Lösung hatte ich nicht gerechnet, dafür alle Daumen hoch 👍👍und weiterhin guten Verkauf

Returnd the goods but still waitng for my money back.... DHL status is delivery but derila response... About the package, would you please let us know the exact address where you send it to.....

I wish I had read the reviews on…

I wish I had read the reviews on customer service of this company before I decided to purchase their product. Having read the negative reviews on customer service and comparing that to my own experience, I can simply say ditto! I purchased 1 pillow and 1 cover but got invoiced immediately for 4 pillows, 4 covers and 4 cooling covers. Immediately, I placed a modifying order to correct this and received an email that a ticket has been created. Six days later, I received a package of 4 pillow, 4 covers and 4 cooling covers. Putting it in dollars and cents whereas I was ready to spend $44 to try this product, I got invoiced for $217. After contacting their customer service, they advised me that I will be able to send back the extra items but I would be responsible to pay for their shipping. The return address being in Lithuania, the shipping cost will be upwards of $140 with UPS. So, they have put me in this situation of either buying extra unwanted items and spend $217 instead of $44 or spend $140 in shipping cost making the cost to me $44 + $140 = $184 for one pillow and one cover.
Both these options are unacceptable to me. Having read the reviews a minute ago, I see many others have had the same experience of ordering 1 but receiving 4.
PS - Does Trustpilot have a rating below 0? I couldn't find it and gave this business a very reluctant 1.

Derilla put minus if possible

Would put minus if possible. The worst products and company. Over £100 on 2 pillows and extra covers, various emails back and forth. It is a pillow that is absolutely useless and you have to return items unused. How can you try any product without using it Derrila? So you put a review on Trustpilot, they copy and paste the same response they give to everybody and request information from you. You send it and get the same email copied abd pasted that you have already received in previous email correspondence. I just want a full refund for products that are the complete opposite to what they advertise.

Prepare for the worst!!!!

Have gone to edit yesterdays review exposing shocking upselling by Derilla and no longer public. I purchased 4 pillow deal two days ago. Had misleading upsale call one day ago which tried to trick me into spending a further £65 on pillow cases. I asked for refund by phone and by email because felt claims about pillow were misleading got hung up on. Followed up with email request told out of time as even though the order was not dispatched they were going to send it anyway. Despite writing a poor review on trust pilot I was called today with a further sales pitch. It feels like I am being harassed now. I have reported this company to the ukicc who regulate sales outside the UK.
I was advised during the second sales call my details were being passed to customer services and they would be giving me a call. Four days on and still no call. I am not expecting this commonly to do anything to correct their mis-selling.

I bought the Derilla Pillow after reading the reviews and seeing the 30 day satisfaction guarantee on their page, but after I received the product, I tried it and was not satisfied, so I contacted them three days after trying it and asked how I return it for a refund, then they told me, I can not get a refund as I had tried the pillow and it was not unopened and not in the original condition. How can you offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee but you are not allowed to open or try the product? What was I supposed to be satisfied with, the way it looks? I find the advertising misleading I am just glad I did not buy the accessories they sell also. Very disappointed.
