The precleanse is amazing!
I have been using this for several years and it is excellent for getting rid of the grime and even make up (including waterproof mascara) before I then wash my face.
It smells amazing, too!

The facial moisturizer that I’d been using for 20 years was recently discontinued. After some investigation of various options, I purchased a $74 tube of Dermalogica‘s Active moist moisturizer. After using the product for a month, the condition of the skin on my face is the worst I have ever seen it. I’ve never had any issues with my skin, but after only one month of daily use, the Dermalogica moisturizer has caused a series of rashy patches on my face and eyelids. I know that this change in my skin is the result of using Dermalogica’s moisturizer because I have not used any other new or different products on my face in several months. I would like to return this product, but I have missed the return window. I’m now stuck with a very expensive and useless tube of toxic face cream. Buyer beware.

Auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Reinigung fürs Gesicht bin ich irgendwann auf die Seite von dermalogica gestoßen. Da ich mir unsicher war was für mich geeignet wäre habe ich natürlich die skinanalyse vorab durchgeführt. Naja schließendlich landete die Fiss Mask im Warenkorb. Was echt ganz cool ist, das man auch die Produkte. Soweit sie verfügbar sind, auch in kleinen Probierpackung bestellen kann. Leider waren ausgerechnet die Sachen die mir empfohlen wurden nicht lieferbar. Zufall? Was soll ich sagen was ganz lustig und angenehm ist an der Maske ist das sie von selbst nach dem auftragen aufscheumt und wieder zurück. Das kribbelt ganz süß auf der Haut. Aber die erhoffte Wirkung blieb aus. Auch hat sie Maske einen sehr eigenartigen Geruch. Selbst wann der größte Teil nur mit Wasser in den Händen abgespült ist. Und ich nur noch die letzten kleinen Überreste mit dem Waschlappen entfernen wollte, richt dieser danach schrecklich. Selbst nach der 60 grad Wäsche richt der Lappen immer noch nach der Maske. Ich kann sie wirklich nicht empfehlen, da keine Wirkung bzw Besserung der Haut zu verzeichnen ist. Auch die Creme die angeblich dunklere Pickel heller machen soll l, ist nicht zu empfehlen. Richt wieder merkwürdig und wirken tut sie auch nicht.

Absolutely fantastic to see that dermalogica is reducing their plastic with large sizes and refills now! I get a regular subscription to some products including the special cleanser (it’s great btw) and I’m so happy I can now switch to refills. Good job dermalogica!

The worst customer service ever. I paid 70 for a cream, they sent me the wrong one, two days they didn't reply, then they said I have to print the label, pack and bring it back to the post office in order to return and then they would send me my creme that I paid for! Mind it would take me like an hour to do all this for their mistake
Wow! I think any respectable company would apologize and send the order with fast delivery and if they wanted to get the other product back include the printed label. I can't be more disappointed as having paid money I have to go through all this trouble and it's been a week since I should have received my creme and now I will send this one back and just wait for another week or whatever time they decide for my refund. Obviously I won't be using them ever again! But just tell me why?? Why do I pay money just to fix their mistakes?! Avoid

I was advised to use Dermalogica products because my face was dehydrated. Since starting the cleanser and skin smoothing cream, my face feels tight & rough and lines have appeared under my eyes. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should stop using the products. I spent over £100 on them, so I will be disappointed if it was a waste of money. My face feels like it is on fire since using the products. I'm not sure how to proceed with them.

Even though I made a mistake on ordering and messaged them immediately they were unable to rectify my mistake and didn't make any attempt to help me. Delivery was quick however.

I have been using Dermalogica for more than 3 years now, I will not use anything else. I had quite spotty skin after child birth and was struggling with high street products, but as soon as I used Dermalogica… my skin has had new life.

The service and delivery is so prompt, as well as the multiple enticing offers they have … all great!

Love your products but took a few days to get to me

Worst customer service. I received a defective product which ended up all over my hotel room bedding which i had to pay for. (Took numerous photos for evidence) This was back in Spring 2022. After a good month of trying to get in contact with Dermalogica, they finally got back to me, asked for my bank details and then proceeded to never actually refunding me. Since then I have contacted numerous times asking what happened and not 1 single person has gotten back to me. Also, I haven't been able to access my rewards section since all of this began. The products are great, but the costumer service is actually the worst. The last time i contacted over these issues were a couple of weeks ago and still nothing back :/
