Loyal customer. I ordered one item this time (which is already overpriced), then the next day the 20% offer started, I contacted and asked if I could get the discount for my order which hadn't been shipped at the time as far as I was aware. The answer was no, I then asked for a £5 good will gesture and mentioned I can just return the item when it turns up and re order at the discounted rate. They agreed that is fine to do. This wastes my time, the companies and the transporting (royal mail) company. All for i think a total of £8.25. I expect better from businesses and this is clearly not a model that is profitable or recommended in the business space. Bad service. Cost themselves more money and potentially lost me as a loyal customer.

Very helpful with a return
I had bought some salicylic acid to try, I started it gently but unfortunately it triggered my eczema to flare. Such a shame as it has very good reviews! The agent I spoke to was very helpful and they were able to give me a refund. I would use this company again to try the other products they have.

Great customer service after error
After the delivery address somehow appeared as a my previous address and the item was sent back to the warehouse, Natasha got in touch to say they would send to the correct address free of charge and the item was waiting for me when I got home from a holiday. If only all customer service was as efficient, understanding and helpful as this. I’ll definitely use them again.

Good customer service and good quality products
I ordered the 5% Vitamin C Sheer Moisturizer SPF 50, I use it on top of my usual moisturiser. For starters it is the best SPF 50 I've ever used, no white cast at all and good quality ingredients. And the customer service provided was spot on.
The original order arrived exploded in the box. I assumed this happened with the courier. I contacted paula's choice very disappointed with the courier and they immediately offered their apology and arranged for another cream to be sent out without me having to ask, and sent it with a different courier at my request.
Overall very happy with the product and the customer service 10/10.

Worth all the money you pay
After a year of trying different products for blackheads we finally found Paula's choice! My daughter has very very sensitive skin, with eczema, so many oroducts were too harsh. Here we found CALM range which is perfect for her and after a week or so her skin got used to it. Incredible results after 3 days only.
Customer service is " real" and not AI which is very nice too these days.
It is expencive, but totally totally worth it.

I have just had another order delivered. It’s always super quick and quality products; I have never had any issues. I have problematic sensitive skin and have spent a fortune on different brands trying to find some products that might calm it. I was starting to lose all hope, but then I found PC’s CALM range and I am so pleased I did. Thank you!

My first order was a terrible…
My first order was a terrible experience: I ordered 9 items but received only 2.
The replacement order never arrived, and despite all my follow-ups, I was never issued the refund I was promised.
I kept receiving conflicting information from customer service with no real resolution.
I will never purchase from this brand again and will warn others to avoid the same situation.
