We received damaged parts
We received damaged parts, but getting the replacement parts was quick and easy! We still need to install the gazebo but the parts seem like good quality.

Great product
Packages came in timely manner. Got two packages delivered then the other two packages the next day all in good shape. If you follow the instructions it goes together with no problems. Just keep in mind it takes a good 8-10 hours to put together with two people

We love the look and style of this…
We love the look and style of this hardtop Gazebo. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is because we are missing a side bracket and the top netting; to prevent bugs or birds from nesting, hook holes do NOT line up with the top Roof Cover.
The Outside Roof Cover and the Inside Roof Cover holes do line up perfectly.
I sent an email to service*domioutdoorliving.com requesting these parts be resent to me with pictures. But now they want me to create a video tape of the netting not lining up correctly.

The delivery came in 3 boxes which made it much easier to move. Assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Everything lined up and fit perfectly.

Well engineered product
Well engineered product. Most everything lined up and went together without much effort. Instructions could be more step by step, ordered and more detailed. Ran short on a few necessary fasteners. The caulk provided was problematic. No nozzle was provided so way too much sealant came out making a mess.

The Domi gazebo is great looking and a good value
The Domi gazebo is well-made, attractive, sturdy and (relatively) simple to assemble. Assembly definitely requires at least two people (three would be better).
Unfortunately, FedEx delivered one of the boxes taped on the end and two of the pieces in the box arrived bent and unusable. I must compliment Customer Service for their quick replacement of the damaged box. Five stars for excellent communication and service.
I am very pleased with the finished gazebo and will recommend Domi Outdoor Living to anyone considering one of their products.
A few recommendations:
- It would be helpful to have a list of the box contents printed on the outside of each box. A total of 6 boxes arrived and we found ourselves wasting time opening each of the boxes to sort through and find the parts necessary for each step of the installation.
- The Assembly Manual should indicate on more of the structural steps where the bolts should be left finger tight and not tightened fully. We needed to re-adjust components throughout the assembly (also wasting time).
- It would be helpful to know, not only the footprint dimensions, but also the total inside height of the structure at the peak. We found it extremely difficult to hold up the top structure on a stepladder long enough to complete the roof frame assembly . We constructed wooden jigs which made it much easier and safer.
- The seam sealant should be applied immediately after the main cross-members are joined - not after the roof panels are in place.
Overall, I we are very pleased with the Domi gazebo.

Packages received in good condition
Packages received in good condition. Instructions hard to follow. Pieces went together until we got to the rooftop and some pieces where to long I would say at least 5 pieces we had to cut. Holes did not line up at least 15 holes had to be redone. Curtain ties were unraveling 2 of them. For the price I paid we should have had received a better product. I have contacted customer service with no resolution.
