One star since there’s no option for zero, but that can have that at least since I actually did receive the product. It was then faulty a few months later and I was promised a refund. Communication was poor and I needed to follow up a few times and was eventually told the refund was failing but several weeks later I still haven’t received my money back.

Similar experience. Payment for two monitors. No delivery. I'd advice you to report the scam to you bank and the police!

I wish I had read these reviews earlier! I have the same experience - made a payment for the monitor, which has never been shipped!!! Noone even answers!

It's a 100% scam chinese site. They sell products that they never ship and they refuse to return the money

I bought a screen trom them on black Friday and they didn't sent it. Every time i mail them they have a different excuse. They also don't return the payment. I asked my money back 3 times since 24th of December and every time they say they'll refund me in 3-5 days without sending the money. That's why they don't use Paypal.

this site is scam. They offer 25% discount but they don't ship the products. They also don't refund the payment for the products they don't ship. That's why they don't have paypal. There is only one email for communication in which they respond after a week and every time they have a different excuse.
