Wouldn’t bother say takes 6 days to come yer 6 working days over 14 days as they don’t work Fridays. Don’t keep you updated contact customer service they don’t reply cos they don’t work certain days. When you complain it’s all your fault because it’s stated 6-7 days for delivery ordered 6th aug still not received confirmation when it be delivered. Poor customer service if you ask me. Can order of Amazon for next day delivery. Have one star because when I finally got a reply they issue a refund straight away which I’ll give credit for. There no reason they can’t be delivered with in a few days. You really need to get some better management skills

Doxy die cast r
Very disappointed in the power of this product. It’s advertised as “arguably the most potent wand ever created” but after using it I would advise others to save your money and just buy the magic wand brand. The magic wand brand is significantly more powerful at a fraction of the price. I bought the doxy wand on sale and the magic wand is still cheaper at full price.
Edit: as of today 8/9/25
After writing my original review I contacted customer service and they responded asking for video evidence which I provided. Then they asked for another video showing the product at full power on a hard surface to help indicate the power level which I sent and since then they have failed to respond. I resend the email 3 more times with no response. I am thoroughly disappointed and highly encourage other to stay away from doxy as I now believe they don’t care about their customers. Their product is overpriced and underwhelming.

I purchased the cordless as the wired…
I purchased the cordless as the wired version was brilliant and expected same quality from cordless but after spending nearly twice price head broke so ordered spare then broke again and is very loud now so unusable very disappointed in cordless version! Sent complaint but no reply! Poor customer service! Especially for price paid lasted 3 months original lasted 3 to 4 years!!!

I love doxy
I love doxy, I own 2 of their other wands this compact one just does have the power i was expected or use too. Still though love the product its smooth sleek & easy to put in a makeup pouch on the go.

Very satisfied overall... response time is average
Only needed a few pictures and a description of what happened and warranty services sent me code for a new die cast wand when the one I had died unexpectedly (while under warranty). Service takes a little while to get back to you... response times could be improved, but I still give them 5 stars. I'm very satisfied overall.

Two Stars is Almost Too Generous...
My husband gt me a personalized die-cast Doxy Wand. And, at first, this magnificent toy (thus the VERY high rating of two stars) was my go-to: Always plugged in and ready to go, kept up on its maintenance and followed their manual to a T.
This lasted about 6 months. Then one day, it stopped vibrating. (What's the f'ing point of a wand that doesn't vibrate?!?) It made a sad little noise and went limp. (Something that's NEVER s'posed to happen with these things...right???)
When I wrote in asking for a replacement, (because he bought it directly from their website, it's s'posed to come with a 2 year warranty, but they lied about that, too!), I was denied because I did not "register" the wand. There was nothing in the instruction manual about needing to do that; so we didn't!
(And, really, who registers a sex toy anyway?? I'm not sharing it with anybody...)
And though, when it was working, it was a splendid toy; the price was not worth the poor quality of the wand! Do not waste your time or money on their products! (We've found comparable items, at 1/3 of the cost; with the same amount of damage...er, I mean, vibration settings)

I apologise for any confusion regarding the warranty period. The two year warranty is effective from the 1st July 2024, products bought before that come with a standard one year warranty. The registration form only needs to be filled out if the product was not bought directly from us.
i have looked into your warranty claim and I cant find any emails where we denied your claim.
I can see you received an email from my colleague on the 12/05/25 requesting further information to proceed with your claim. Please reach out to them so we can help resolve this issue.
