I just wanted to give a huge shout to your employee Rob. Heis been a star from start to finish.
What seemed a big task - renovating a bedroom into a bathroom and transforming the old bathroom into an office was very overwhelming however it was a total breeze! Robs professionalism and knowledge, he coordinated the whole thing which we were very grateful for.
Rob arrived on the dot every day, has a really keen eye for detail, especially his unique tiling skills!
Rob kept us up to date with the process and what to expect. We did come across one issue with a wall, however Rob quickly identified it and sorted it for us. It’s been such a relief knowing how much we could rely on Rob throughout the whole process. His cleanliness was exceptional and I
loved his customer focus approach with us. Nothing was too much trouble, a real asset to your company at DPB.

Central heating failure on…
Central heating failure on mother-lnlaws boiler. Struggled to get hold of an engineer.
Contacted DPB Plumbing explained what the problem was, they were at the property within one hour diagnosed the problem made safe. Received the part next day again sorted the boiler checked central heating system.
Big thanks for Dan engineer and Sue in the office arranged a service contract no problem going forward thanks to DPB Plumbing excellent service.

Great service from the initial phone…
Great service from the initial phone call. We could not find the water mains turned off for the house and we had a pipe about to burst and a cistern constantly filling up. We thought we needed to get the mains turned off. Within an hour Sue in administration had arranged a team of engineers to visit our property early next day. The engineers turned up early as arranged, tracked all the pipes through the house and managed to find two places to turn the water mains off. The team were very efficient, polite, friendly and very reassuring.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent service ! Shower screen broken on Monday. Contacted them. Replied within the hour. Details provided. Came and did the job on Friday morning - all done by 10 am. Courteous, efficient and friendly staff who cleared everything away afterwards. No praise is too high !

I have already have the excellent…
I already have the excellent boiler protection with DPD pluming and have just needed a plumer pretty urgently as i had a leak under the bath and dripping from kitchen light fitting. they came within 1 hour and sorted it out. I thought they would have to pretty much rip my floor and lino up but they didnt they were brillian. I would definatly recomens DPD plumbing for any and all pluming you need doing properly and at a very fair price. thank you DPD

Brilliant service
We have a Service Plan with DPB Plumbing. I called them at 8.15am this morning as boiler not working. Engineer, Patrick arrived within half an hour. Very quickly identified problem was electrical and not the boiler. He then traced where the fault was and although this is not within our plan he will arrange for an electrician to call. He could not have been more kind and helpful.
Excellent service carried out so efficiently by such pleasant staff. Would highly recommend DPB Service Plan.

DPB Plumbing have been excellent in my…
DPB Plumbing have been excellent in my dealings with them over a water pressure problem with my boiler. Always very polite and professional, the four times they came about the problem, they came on time and were very considerate at wearing overshoes or taking their shoes off in my house. I initially bought a bronze package with them to cover all parts in the boiler with unlimited visits, but then upgraded to a silver package to cover my radiators too, for my peace of mind. The packages I thought were very reasonably priced. The Call Centre were also excellent in taking my calls and fixing up engineers on convenient days and at convenient times. Very nice to speak too, and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for their expertise and professionalism.

Transparent, honest and quick
Came out next day to diagnose and a day later with a part to fix it. The boiler ended up needing a less expensive part, they were transparent and honest reducing the invoice accordingly. My boiler was fixed quickly, cleaning and efficiently
