Title: Paid £4,861 – nothing delivered, refusal in writing, and my courses removed after I complained
I bought two courses at the live Zoom launches – Art Codes in March 2026 and Pro Tox in April 2026. The sales emails addressed me as an “injector” and contained no eligibility conditions; at the live presentation it was confirmed, in answer to a direct question, that the course could be bought by those who are not medical professionals. The welcome email promised my textbook and posters would “be posted soon” with tracking details “shortly”.
What actually happened:
– Nothing was ever delivered. Six months later, the company confirmed in writing that it refuses to ship the materials I paid for unless I prove professional registration – a condition that appeared nowhere before payment. Money first, conditions after.
– £4,861 was taken from my account across fifteen payments. Their portal’s transaction history displayed only eight of them, and their Payment Plan page showed my fully-paid course as “0/6 paid” and “Paid” at the same time.
– The invoices that do exist show no VAT registration number and name “Profinity”, at the company’s own address, as the “Client”.
– Their emails promised “25% savings (biggest discount ever)” and said “It will never be this low again”. Against their own published price of £3,997, my actual discount was 18% – and similar “last chance” promotions are still running months later.
– The day after I sent a formal complaint, both of my paid courses were removed from my account and my login stopped working. I can log in again now – to an account where the courses I paid for simply no longer exist.
– Their own records show three different end dates for my membership, and the portal displayed cancellation reasons I never gave (“financial pressure”) instead of the reason I actually wrote – their poor management and communication.
– They have issued refund paperwork for two membership payments of £97; at the time of writing, no money has arrived.
I have reported the company to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice consumer service and am disputing the payments with my bank. Reading other reviews here, I can see I am not the only customer with undelivered items and billing problems.
I will update this review if the company puts things right.

We are genuinely sorry that your experience has reached this point, and we completely understand why the situation has been frustrating for you. Regardless of the circumstances around eligibility, we would always want our communication and the overall customer experience to feel clear and well managed.
Dr Tim Pearce has a strict policy regarding who we provide clinical training to. Our advanced injectable training is designed for appropriately qualified medical professionals, and this is an important standard that we take very seriously.
Once a purchase has been made, we carry out checks to verify the purchaser’s medical professional status. Physical materials such as posters and books are not dispatched until this verification has been completed, although some digital course content may be accessible in the meantime.
We did attempt to obtain the information required to verify your medical status, but unfortunately we did not receive a response.
As you are not eligible to undertake the training, we will be refunding the payments made towards the affected courses.
We do want to clarify that restricting access to clinical training is not intended to withhold something a customer has paid for. It reflects Dr Tim’s longstanding position that this type of education should only be provided to appropriately qualified medical professionals. Where somebody does not meet those requirements, the appropriate resolution is for us to refund the affected purchase.
We also recognise that, from your perspective, the journey to reaching this resolution has been frustrating and has taken longer than you would reasonably have expected. For that, we are sorry. We are reviewing the experience internally so that eligibility, communication and the steps that follow are as clear as possible for customers going forward.
Our priority now is to bring this matter to a proper conclusion. We will continue dealing with you directly and ensure the appropriate refunds are completed.

The gold standard in medical aesthetics education
Dr. Tim and his team are the real deal. In a sea of injectors seemingly popping up with their own training programs, his stands apart as some of the most thorough, in-depth, and genuinely high-quality education you will find in medical aesthetics.
What makes Dr. Tim such an exceptional teacher and mentor is that his approach goes far beyond simply teaching techniques. Everything is grounded in anatomy, clinical reasoning, ethics, patient safety, and good medicine. He teaches you how to think as an injector, not just how to perform a treatment. There is also a huge emphasis on the psychology of injecting: confidence, decision-making, managing complications, communicating with patients, and navigating the inevitable ups and downs that come with this career. There is no hype, chasing trends, or unnecessary glamorization of the industry.
If you’re an injector who has been humming and hawing about who to invest in for your education, your search is over. The investment pays dividends in the knowledge, judgment, and confidence you gain, and ultimately in your practice as well.
There is no one I trust more when it comes to education in medical aesthetics. Dr. Tim and his team set the gold standard for how this field should be taught and learned, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I just wanted to share how happy I am with the complete learning package I purchased during the art codes webinar. I have completed the protox course, 8D lips, and working on the art codes course now. I was blown away by the materials sent in the mail that i’ve already started using in my practice. The Protox book has been amazing at showing patients what to expect with certain injections and feels really professional during a consult. I loved the DCAM course items sent as well and look forward to that course. I’ve also been using the anatomy flashcards to refresh my knowledge. Overall, all of these courses have made me feel so confident in treating my patients and provided a really well rounded path to professional growth.

Had a appointment with Dr Tim on Tuesday . The consultation was extremely helpful as he listened to my complicated needs around a upper Bleph that wasn’t giving me the results I had wanted . Dr Tim listened and took his time to achieve my desired goals . I was very happy with his service and am returning in 2 weeks for more treatments. Dr Tim,s calm approach alongside his vast knowledge of anatomy and safe procedure make him for me invaluable .
Great team also with staff there so helpful . 10/10 for me .

As a new clinic attending the pro injector talks. I raised my main concerns around social media and branding….it was probably the wrong forum but Miranda straight away contacted me and I began her DCAM course to start to build my social media presence

Where do I start? I have been using Dr Tim courses for over 12 months. The courses are all so well thought out, I have 8D lips, Pro Tox, Art Codes, to name a few. I return to them time and time again, for detail, and checking myself.

I have completed Dr Tim's online lip…
I have completed Dr Tim's online lip training. I found it very in depth and showed strategic treatment planning for different lip shapes. The 3D visual guide is really great. I enjoy having the physical book that goes alongside the course. I really enjoyed the online course and would definitely enroll onto further training from Dr Tim.
Miranda's DCAM course is fantastic and breaks down everything in detail. It has so many brillian ideas and I found it really helpful when it came to marketing. Even if you have no idea about social media, I highly recommend you get this course as it takes you through, step by step and will help you get the word out about your business.

10/10, would definitely recommend
I bought several online learning courses – all well worth the money – before I committed and became a Success Accelerator member. That’s basically their small group mentorship program with regular calls, an in-person retreat, and a plethora of other bells and whistles to further your business.
After one year, I can confidently say that my business is thriving in large part because of the coaching I received from Tim, Miranda, and the team. As a relatively new aesthetic provider (less than two years of experience before I started the coaching), it was honestly more knowledge than I could implement at once, but I was able to improve on so many fronts that I’m actually a bit sad the program is only one year.
As a Success Accelerator member, you also get access to the Profinity Club with weekly Zoom calls, where there are presentations and discussions on different topics ranging from filler injection techniques to business and marketing, in a larger group (usually between 20 and 60 people). I consider that an absolute value-for-money banger and intend to continue the club membership after the Success Accelerator program ends.
All in all: 10/10, would definitely recommend.
